Shawn is the best. He helped me from start to finish as I believe the main salesman was assisting another customer. Shawn made be feel very comfortable and was willing to be flexible leading to getting me in a brand new ATV. I will be going to this dealer in the future.

I had an old 1996 Polaris Magnum, Brought it in to them and asked for it to be restored to running conditions. The service department fixed what I asked and were more than willing to work with parts that I sourced elsewhere as it turns out that 1996 break parts are all but extinct. I was given a fair price for the work and was given a fully running bike. I see a lot of people complaining about the money but I have multiple ATVS and it is not a cheap hobby so you have to expect a price tag to match professional repairs.

Shawn is top notch with waverunner knowledge...great personality and extremely courageous. Darrel did paperwork quickly and knowledgeably.I drove three hours to get my VX Cruiser well worth the trip.Go there and get some honest old time service!

I took my dads Articat to them it was stolen from my father s estate ,, it was in great running condition,, and the police found it I inherited from father s estate , so when I got it back all the ignition wires was cut, nothing working,, so I called Lynchburg Power sports and told them about my situation, they told me they would absolutely fix it ,,I told them to go though it completely from the cut tire , the cut wires ,,, they did not do that .they charged me 159 for a piece of plastic I could have bought off line for 20 dollars , a speed odometer they charged me 450 ,, oh a one tire they charge me 300.00 and I gave them 3,000 cash money !! My advice to anyone ,, do not take your ATV to them they lie,,, after all that it sits under my deck not running because it has internal problems ,,, so no YALL DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!and honestly they don t deserve 1 star. After talking to a sales associate at Lynchburg power sports who told me my ATV was fixed and ready to pick up. I went to their location and insisted a test drive around the parking lot. After a lap around the store I returned to the front. The ATV would not idle correctly and after it sputtered and turned off by its self was hard to get started again. The sales associate rushed us inside to promptly pay him. We paid then returned home. Decided to take a 1/4 mile ride just to make sure things were good. The ATV died at the end of the trail and wouldn t start. I found that the carburetor was pouring gas over the engine. Made a temporary fix to the carburetor and limped home. Called Lynchburg Power sports back and they didn t care. Said we could take our ATV to Waynesboro to the Articat dealer there. If they couldn t fix my ATV why would the take my money to start with??

Such a great group of guys working here. Everyone is so pleasant and knowledgeable. We bought a 2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 ESP. Most dealerships when they find out you re still looking around would back off and show no interest in helping you. NOT THIS PLACE. This place took us through all the fine details as to why Polaris is the best ATV out there. Their prices are very good, and their customer service is fantastic. The ATV was actually a Christmas gift. They held it for us longer than they needed to, so that it would be a surprise on Christmas. When they delivered the ATV. It came with a full tank of gas, and the gentleman stayed for about an hour showing us how to maintain, and enjoy it.I cannot day enough about this place. It was such a nice and relaxing experience. No games, just pure business.We paid all in cash, so they were much more negotiable. So if you have the money to pay in cash. I d recommend doing so. (They also showed us ways around paying for certain fees .)

Left a front shield off during service. Had it when I went back looking for it. Easy to understand what happened. Unit was torn down into pieces for almost four weeks waiting for parts. Over all did a good job. Found ways to save me money in parts and labor. Very good to work with.

I m new to riding and Shawn at Lynchburg Power Sports was more helpful than I could have expected. I had lots of questions about what I wanted out of my first four wheeler. He was able to locate a four wheeler that I liked and was in my price range. I look forward to continuing to do business with a company so focused on a positive customer experience. Highly recommended.

Worst dealership I've ever seen! Won't return calls, can't ever get the parts department their always busy with customers but walk in an their on the phone with personal matters. What a joke!

Bought a 2020 sportsman 570 today. Daryl was very nice and welcoming. All the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained all the ends and outs of the bike for me. I defiently would recommend this place!

Waited 6 weeks to get my Polaris Ranger fixed. Finally got it back and it still doesn't run right. The story they told me is they couldn't find any decent knowledge help. Well it shows by getting back a piece of equipment that doesn't work. I was thinking of purchasing a new Ranger. Not anymore and and If I did it wouldn't be from them.

Been looking a long time for the right UTV and a place that would work with youThese guys were great and made it happen.They won out over the other Polaris Dealers in the area because of their STAFF!Everybody sells the same models of Polaris!It s the Service that makes the difference

I took my Rzr to them for a recall, I did not buy from them and made that clear. Everyone there was just as nice and pleasant even the mechanic. I wish now I had bought from them. Top notch peeps there!

Didn't have any issues with old management, but things are even better now. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Shopped and had our stuff serviced here and always had food experiences.

Very poor service, they had my Polaris M1400 for 9 months and wouldn't or weren't able to make repairs. They are like a PICK A PART REPAIR. Took 8n for check engine light came back to me with a New Computer, speedometer, wiring harnesses, spacer, and speed sensor. New speedometer was not working, same check engine light. So after contacting Polaris they don't wish to make any more repairs or fix the problems that they made.The M1400 has the same engine as the Ranger 500.Piss poor service.

Took my jet ski to get serviced here; HORRIBLE. DO NOT trust Lynchburg Powersports with your equipment. They made a mistake during my jet ski s annual servicing that lead to my jet ski immediately sinking the instant we put it in the water, and refused to believe they did anything wrong and will not pay for the damages they caused. Terribly rude to me, and egregious service. Even if its only 1 out every 100 vehicles they service that are done poorly, its the fact that they brushed me off and told me it was somehow my fault, something most other dealers in town would never do. I will never trust these people again, and hope you do not either.

Hats off to Eric Mays(Service Mgr.) for helping my family with a repair estimate concerning a jet ski accident. Eric went above and beyond staying in contact with the Insurance company and preparing an estimate that was fair to both the company and ourselves. Also , kudos to Shawn(General Mgr. ) for having a great staff. Lynchburg Powersports will always have our business !

Expensive on sales & service, if you want to save $1500-$2000, go to Sport Cycles in Rockingham, NC. Can t be beat.
