Friendly, fast, accurate service. Excellent customer lounge. Clean restrooms. A little expensive but worth great service. Coupons and reward points are very helpful

Did an appointment, and once I got there my appointment wasn't. Had to wait 1hr just for oil change. Second and last time I'm doing service there.

I cannot recommend Pam Goodman enough for anything and everything you need service related. She is timely with her responses and very knowledgeable. I truly feel she gives each customer the best service she can possibly provide. I will never go anywhere else because of her!

Been very convenient so far. The got grease inside my fiances new car, I figured this was thete for good, took it in on a Saturday, and the made it dissappear, great job.

Great staff!!! Service and the mechanics were professional. Didn't purchase my car here but went there due to a warranty issue. Rodney helped me out and was the best. Received a rental on the spot well within 15 mins of showing up and explaning to them of my car issues. Car was done professionally, in a timely manner and the work so far has been excellent.

The staff was very helpful the time I was there. My car broke down the same day I was there. They tried to help me with gas & give me a jump but cause my car had other problems it didn't work. I brought my car from a private owner. The staff at Lynchburg Nissan let me leave it there until I could tow it off of their property.Lynchburg Nissan has the most caring staff.I give all of them a 5 Star rating.

Tim was amazing from day 1 of talking to him about my situation. He asked me what I wanted and found it for me and even had it brought to the lot. I drove it came back an hr later looking at more with my husband and we ended up buying a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. Tim was not pushing on any vehicle he drove us around the lot and was just being a people person. I would do it all over again it was an amazing experience being in the situation I was in after just totaling my old pathfinder he was patient with me and delivered exactly what I wanted which was another pathfinder. I would go back to Nissan over and over again this is my 4th vehicle from the Lynchburg Lot and they have always done me great. Thank You Tim for selling my family our new pathfinder

Had to have my Nissan Rogue in for a checkup. It wasn't that bad just the cost for the diagnostic test and a quick computer reset. I was in and out in less than 2 hours.

Service will ignore your calls and try to rob you blind. Also, consumer affairs has no power to do anything against Nissan. Even when Nissan is in the wrong.

Service was good, tried to sell me new tires when mine only had 27,000 miles on them. Said new car tires do not last long. Mine were Michelin tires.

Not a fan of there "Policies". (2020 Nissian Murano purchased brand new)A few trips up there because radio, touch screen and steering controls will stop working clock will switch times by hours and stay on one time and best answer was it's the cell phone that the blue tooth connects to and the service provider needs to update there system.
