I am a dedicated Mazda owner. It is all I drive. I needed help with a broken remote, only Mazda can program and I was locked out of my vehicle. I left a message, I never received a call back. It is a one star because I can not leave 0 stars. I will drive to another city rather than buy my next Mazda here.

Customer service seems to be good, but you're constantly LIED to! And you end up spending WAY too much money in labor when your vehicle is just sitting there!
