I went for a state inspection. No appointment, no problem. They were professional and courteous. I have been there previously to get an oil change with a similar experience. I will go back again when my car needs servicing again.

After a bad wheel balance job on a service of an Enterprise fleet vehicle I had done at a Jiffy Lube in Richmond, and after 3 other Jiffy Lubes in the Lynchburg area either refused or were unable to correct the issue, the employees at this location jumped right on it without hesitation and performed the best balance job that I ve had since the trucks been in my possession, at no charge to anyone. I really appreciate you all and wanted to make sure you knew that you are the best in the area.

I called 3 days in advance to make sure I could get a state inspection first thing on Saturday morning. They told me yes, absolutely. I show up first thing on Saturday morning and The guy who does our state inspections couldn t make it today. Zero reliability.

Kept pressuring me to get synthetic for my mid 2000's Japanese V6. I kept repeating myself that I want conventional and it's totally fine. Would not take no for an answer about the synthetic until I had to get pretty stern about the whole thing. They finish, and tell me I have a massive oil leak which I know is not true since I've never had oil stains under my truck and know how to check my engines oil levels. I kept an eye on the oil level for 5,000 miles and it never dropped. They are pushy about products you don't want and lie about mechanical issues when you stand up to them.

I'm delayed in posting this but want to provide feedback for their excellent customer service. I was driving through Forest on my way to a long weekend destination when my tire pressure light came on. I stopped at this location for help. The staff immediately had me pull my car in, checked and filled air in all tires. I was back on the road in a matter of minutes. Thank you. Great job!!

This place is great! I left the Timberlake location because I was totally ignored and came to this location. As soon as I pulled up, a friendly lady came up to me and asked how could they help me today. I will continue to use this Jiffy Lube location for oil changes. I hope that management gives Tiffany a raise because if not for her, Jiffy Lube may have lost a longtime, loyal customer today!

Stopped by last week for an unplanned oil change and I am so glad that I did! I was pleasantly greeted by Ashleigh as I walked into the lobby. She was so friendly and made waiting super comfortable. Had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany, who manages the place, and helped me get in and out fast w/ a killer oil change. She also flagged a tire issues that I didn't know about but could have been really problematic had she not seen it. As a woman I realized this is the first time I've ever had my car serviced by another woman and it was reallly cool to notice how much less worried I was about my car, the interaction in general, services needed, etc. I don't live in Lynchburg but will 100% be getting my car serviced here when I'm in town for the holidays .Thanks Tiffany!! :)Service: Oil change

I always go to Jiffy Lube on forest and always get great service. Car is always done in a timely manner and the front desk is always so kind and helpful. Everytime I come, Tiffany is always kind and helpful with getting me in and out, today in particular, Ashleigh did the same along with Tiffany, and also the guy with hair in bun is always here working hard! GREAT staff overall!! :)

A bit expensive, but they were quick and provided full synthetic for our high-mileage van. Check for coupons to save a few bucks.

I have always taken my car to this Jiffy Lube for oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments. The most recent two times that I have visited this Jiffy Lube have taken well over an hour. They did not mention to me that they did not do their own alignments but took the cars to the Goodyear two doors down, leaving me confused as to where my car was.This Jiffy Lube has always been quick and knowledgeable with great customer service. Although the staff was very kind, I am disappointed to say that the quality in other areas has decreased significantly. I will not be returning.

The receptionist Ashley was GREAT! While waiting on an oil change and an inspection that I was told would take 3 hours we talked about our dogs, kids and family. That kept my mind off how uncomfortable the seating area really is the seating is low hard and horrible. Thanks to Ashley it wasn t that bad I pray she s here on my next visit.Service: Oil change

Oil was leaking from car after oil change from jiffy lube on Rt 221. They did not put the drain plug gasket back on after oil change. Took vehicle to Toyota dealership to see where the leak was coming from. Jiffy lube would not reimburse the cost of their mistake. Lesson learned. Obviously someone is not getting trained properly. Fire the whole group!

I feel like they're overpriced and maybe even scamming people. I have a 20/20 Nissan kicks. The lady suggested I get synthetic which is fine because that's usually what newer cars require. The least expensive was like $65. Then they added $10 for the filter which I thought came with it. My total was $71.74 with a $10 off coupon. I've never paid that much ever for an oil change

I stress here that I only use Jiff Lube for oil and filter changes. They are excellent and that's their strong suit. They are reasonable priced and often coupons are available for a discount. The are friendly and usually fast. In between oil changes you can stop in for free and have them check your oil and top off all your fluids plus tire pressure. Great service!

I walked to this location to perform this service and it was done at no cost to me. I brought my car in to get 4 spark plugs replaced, I did bring my own parts and checked ahead of time if that was ok. They mentioned nothing about a higher labor rate on the phone. The job took about 20 minutes and they tried to charge me $180. When I complained the price was dropped to $90 which is still way overpriced for the amount of time spent on my car.

Went there for an oil change. Met Megan she was running the show. She was FANTASTIC! Had all the kids with me. She said everyone can stay in the car. The staff was great. And Megan laughed and joked with us. She is awesome. If I ever get a garage I want Megan to run it. Thank you for making our day great

Amazing! Took me right in, gave me a run down of options and prices, and got me on my way in 40 minutes! I even forgot to use my coupon and didn t bother going back because the price was better than expected even with the more expensive oil option. So glad I could get this checked off my list of errands so quickly! Definitely coming back again.Service: Oil change

After sitting in a waiting room at the Honda dealership yesterday, I left after an hour and 45 minutes with no oil change. There was a mix-up with my care and my service was never done! I was so frustrated at my experience at Honda but really needed an oil change, after wasting my entire morning sitting at that dealership. I ran down the road and found Jiffy Lube. I arrived and was met with a very nice lady, had my information taken waited in the clean waiting room watched a little TV while they did my oil change in less than 30 minutes. I got in my car and it had also been vacuumed in the windows have been cleaned and I just said they re so relieved I was able to have that service done by people who know what they re doing! I will never I can go to the Honda dealership for an oil change again! Thank you, Jiffy Lube for saving my day yesterday!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I took my vehicle in to get the A/C and a tail light looked at. I left my car there after being told it would take about an hour and then I would receive a call to come get my car. After 2 hours I decided to just go see if it was done. It was parked out front but no call to me. I went inside to pay only to find out they had forgotten to change the tail light while my car was there for 2 hours. The next day my A/C is out again. Clearly there was a leak. If the recharge doesn t take its $50, if it does it s $100. The recharge clearly didn t take. I should get a $50 refund but they refused. This is why I don t go to jiffy lube. Should have learned my lesson. The people I spoke with (other than the manager, Steven), were pleasant and the facility was clean. Steven was rude to me over the phone and to my husband in person and was very dismissive of our complaint. We have often used jiffy lube for things we needed done quickly but I d rather drive 30 minutes and drop my car off for the weekend somewhere else than drop $100 for nothing but rudeness. Save your business and get that guy out of there!

Jiffy Lube always does a great job. I pull in and they always have a smiling, friendly employee ready to greet me when I pull up. They quickly service my vehicle and get me back on the road in no time. This place is my go to!!
