I worked with Zian to purchase my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I was in a rush and he did his best to get me out as quickly as possible. The vehicle had a mechanical issue a few hours after buying. They drove an hour to pick up the vehicle, brought me one to use temporarily since I traded in mine and completely fixed the issue by the next day! I have had no issues since and would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND buying from here!

Excellent customer service! Very straight forward and transparent. We were looking at two different vehicles and they broke everything down for us comparing everything between the two so we knew our best options. I would definitely recommend this as your next stop if you're looking to buy a vehicle!

Purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra at the end of May. In October the transmission went out. Purchased the extended warranty thank God. But took about a month to get fixed. Two weeks later my truck is down again. Attempted to speak with management to see if we could work something out. I honestly wanted to remain a customer. Spoke with James who immediately became defensive and rude. I was put out of the dealership and told I was stuck with the truck. Was also told by mechanic that there was an excessive amount of rust under the truck. I put a massive amount down on the vehicle and am stuck at this point with a truck that I m sinking money into. They have a great selection of trucks but unfortunately, I would suggest this dealership to anyone. Beautiful truck, but appears to be junk .

D'NX Motors is the only place we'll be buying used vehicles from now on!This was our third dealership in two weeks, on the hunt for a decent, used tow vehicle within a reasonable budget. We were so grumpy with the entire process by the time we dragged ourselves to D'NX Motors as a last-ditch effort; and after being treated so horribly at the other dealerships, we didn't have high expectations. Boy were we wrong!Zien was immediately friendly and helpful. He handed us the keys to a Ford F-150 we were interested in. Very up front about any and all possible issues with the vehicle having 114k miles on it. CarFax came provided in the vehicle. And he told us to take it out for as long as we wanted for a test drive. The only dealership to actually negotiate on price!!!!!!!!! offer us a LEGITIMATE trade-in value on our paid-off Honda Civic!!!!!!!!!! and actually listen to us on WHAT we were looking for and WHAT our budget was!The only place my husband was able to show up as a professional mechanic and be treated with respect. We were SO DONE being treated strictly like money machines at other dealerships during this process; D'NX Motors salvaged us a positive experience with the used-car buying process. Thanks, D'NX Motors!!

per comment below for some context - my initial buying experience mentioned in the reply was fine. We actually left a great review for that. The way you all treated another family member who we recommended to your dealership, however, was extremely unprofessional. There's no point getting into details on Google, but it was in regards to a Buick SUV.

The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because the CAR WARRANTY they sell is 100% USELESS!!! no one in town will take the thing and the people at the car warranty company do not respond to anything you ask them. SAVE YOUR MONEY do not buy the extended warranty you won't be able to use it if you do.

My husband and I just purchased a truck from here, and we have absolutely no complaints. The truck is great and the price was very reasonable. The people here are kind and genuine. Overall, we loved our experience and have already recommended this place to friends and family.

Best purchase experience ever!! I am extremely happy with my used Toyota Tundra. The price was extremely reasonable after much research. Hands down unbeatable. Highly recommend DNX for anyone looking for a used truck in this highly competitive market.

Disappointed. They sold me a car that did not pass inspection. The warranty package is also not worth purchasing; it looks like it covers a lot but it actually doesn't cover anything that commonly occurs while owning a vehicle. The salesman was nice enough but they knew they were selling me a car that needed $$ of issues fixed without disclosing that. When the horn doesn t work when you buy it, it means that the inspection was not passed even though there s a sticker that said it did.

My favorite car dealership to shop with. I have bought both of my family vehicles here, can't say enough about how easy they are to work with, get with Zien and he will get you right. Good, honest people.

Great experience. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Came in expecting the typical car buying experience and was pleasantly surprised. Also, Kodi and Lady were the best dogs!

When my son wrecked his car, we came here. The staff were great to work with! They provided him with a wonderful deal on a car that has less then 70k mile. Overall, it was great for his first car buying experience!

Bought a 2010 Tacoma recently from them at a great price, and honestly couldn't ask for anything more. They were really forthcoming on notifying me of any issues it had (very minor) before I had even asked. They explained every step and upped my warranty with no higher cost to me. Couldn't recommend more!

0 STARS. If I could leave negative stars then I would. The 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee I bought has multiple issues that was never spoken on, highly disappointing and unsatisfied with my purchase. The check engine light came on as soon as we got on the highway, the back up camera does not work at all, the heat and air system stopped working 2 weeks after we got the car and now it has not even been 30 days and the car will NOT start. I do NOT recommend DNX Motors to ANYONE. I asked multiple times what is wrong with the vehicle and no one stated anything or said they don t know what s wrong with the vehicle. Should have kept looking because the stress and inconvenience that I have experienced with this car is unacceptable. DNX Motors should not be selling cars. They are not professional

I came in to purchase a VW CC last weekend and definitely had a underwhelming experience. Not only misleading info as the sunroof cover was missing, no nav, no back up camera and etc. the sales rep hovered over me like I was going to steal the car and when I asked about the car he said he didnt know and also was not engaging at all. As a veteran to the US Army and a customer that had the check ready to buy I expected more out of Customer Service but these day and age it doesnt exist.

EDIT: Per the response below, the "3rd party inspection" is actually a VA state inspection, which anyone whose ever gotten an inspection knows, is hardly rigorous and is completely inadequate for determining the overall soundness of a vehicle. I have also since heard that this dealership has a reputation for spraying the underside of vehicles with flex seal and marketing it as "rust resistant coating". Flex seal isn't meant to be used as a vehicle coating and makes an epic mess which is incredibly difficult to get off. Yes I didn't buy a car there like I said in the interest of disclosure, but I still find these things extremely offensive on behalf of those that have been impacted by them. They by far aren't the only sheister car dealership around here (side note - what is the deal with dealers around here selling salvage vehicles that look like a toddler with a caulk gun went ham on them?!). However, I hope that sharing my recent experience saves someone some real heartache.I was looking at a truck to buy that the current owners bought from DNX motors, which according to the vehicle history had spent some time in New York. I had my garage inspect it and the whole frame and under carriage was completely rusted out to the point that big chunks of rusted metal were falling off the truck. The drive shaft looked like it would completely crumble away if you touched it. Needless to say, I didn't buy it. The worst part was having to see the defeated look on the owner's face when I handed him literal chunks of rusted metal from the truck that had fallen off when putting it on the lift. He said it must have been like that when they bought it and I completely believe them as according to the vehicle history report they have only put 5k miles on it. DNX is obviously not committed to selling quality vehicles, because if they were they would never have let that truck leave their lot. Any way you look at it shows a complete lack of integrity on the dealer's part. If they didn't know about the rust, they are not even looking at their vehicles before selling to verify that they are safe quality vehicles. If their 3rd party garage that they are so proud of is saying vehicles are sound when they aren't, they either are not auditing their service providers adequately or are turning a blind eye. Only other option is they knew it wasn't a sound vehicle, put it for sale anyway and lied by omission. Someone had spray painted over the rust to try to hide it, which leads me to believe they knew full well about its condition. The current owner has had an extremely hard turn in life and today I had to deal him another blow in letting him know he had been taken advantage of. I know I'm not really impacted by this dealership's lack of integrity, but I feel this needs to be said to hopefully save some others a lot of trouble. Cars aren't cheap and getting a bad one can be devastating. Meanwhile I know where I won't be buying a car.

Warning: DO NOT BE DECEIVED. The people seemed to be nice but they sold me a piece of junk that has cost me more than what the car is worth. They will sell you a car with water damage, a rusted and broken subframe and all kinds of mechanical issues and not tell you and the owner will tell you there is nothing they can do for you. They were the biggest mistake of my life. Now I have no car and I still have a loan to pay. They should be out of business.

Had called a day before to check inventory of a certain vehicle. The salesman who seemed super helpful informed me that they did not do holds or deposits on vehicles. I explained I was coming from little over 2 hours away. He assured me that he would call me if it sold before I arrived. However we arrived at 2:30. The guy behind the desk said oh it sold at 12. With no form of apology or care in the world. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. Lost 4.5 hours that would have been avoided it the salesman Jesus would have done what he assured me he would.

Won't buy from these folks again. Not only were they very high on their processing fees. The car sold to me had significant previous damage done that was not fixed properly and was not noted in the Car Fax.Be careful what you buy! SMH

Drove an hour from Roanoke to look at a truck. Called in the morning to see if they still had it. Couldn't be there until late afternoon, they said they would call if someone bought it that day to save me a trip. The whole staff was great. Never pushy. Gave a lot of info about how they buy and sell cars on their lot. Most impressive thing was they stayed past closing and got the payment where we needed it. I've bought a lot of cars from different dealers and these guys by far are the easiest and most organized. Ill go back when Im in the market for another vehicle

Just bought my first car at a dealer and they were awesome! My rep with me on a test drive and let me fully test the car for how long and how far I wanted!! The guys were quick and very resourceful! Great prices on vehicles and cashed my check easily. The best dealer I have ever been too and will return in the future!

Ran my credit, dinged my credit without informing me only local banks participated - I then on my own received 100 percent funding from two banking institutions, which they rejected - but both institutions, I was told verbally and in their advertising they would accept. Then vehicle showed up the next day at a much higher price because they decided they wanted more money. Also, the miles advertised did not match the actual miles on the vehicle and when I called to try to talk to the owner the receptionist accidentally put me on speaker phone and the salesmen were all making fun of me (I am disabled). Additionally, the owner Eric is unpatriotic and serves a majority of a community who spent their careers serving this country but does nothing to recognize this - veterans and active duty take your business elsewhere. This is not a matter of trying to buy a vehicle from out-of-state or not meeting expectations. This is clear deceit, dishonesty and discrimination and impoverished and ignorant business practices. Complaints with BBB and DOJ have been submitted against this business due to their harmful business practices.

5.0 stars all around, staff is very friendly, and they weren't pushy, I found a couple of trucks that were in my price range (hard to do in this area) they let me decide what I wanted to do on my own they just answered questions when I asked. I bought my truck, and they made the paperwork very easy. I would definitely shop there again.

Nate was awesome to deal with. Straight forward no nonsense. In and out process. Highly recommend. Very nice vehicle. ThanksUpdate: Vehicle had an issue that I had to get fixed. Spoke to the staff after I had it repaired and the owner cut me a check on site. Not something 99% of dealerships would do. Just another thing to make me a repeat customer in the future. Thanks everyone at DNX.
