Tom is a Master at his trade ! Very knowledgeable and very reasonable. He grew up in High Point NC, which is the furniture capital of the world. From doing a couch or chair for your home or to having a high end business, Boz Upholstery is a no-brainer. There's a very good chance that at some point you have sat on some of his work.. or at least seen it (and I'm talking world wide )! His work is impeccable. Being that it is a family based business and his name depends on it, he goes that extra ! Quick, honest and affordable are utmost importance. Do not take your items to this person!!! He says he will stand by his work and he does not. He quoted me a price and charged me more when I came to pick up my cushions. He did not perform the work properly and caused a baggy fit on the couch and loveseat that made my couches look about 20 years older. I texted him the very next day with no answer. I called a couple hours later and he argued with me, claiming he did his work correctly. I tried to reach him NUMEROUS times and he either sent my calls to voicemail or my texts unanswered or he yelled at ME because I was asking for him to correct his error. I sent him photos of proof of his poor work. HE IS A CROOK! I am taking him to court and have documented all events.
