Came in for a new power steering pump for my Dodge Ram. Received a very reasonable quote over the phone, took it in the next day and my truck was ready in 2 hours. Professional, knowledgeable, HONEST, value for money. Zone Auto Tech will definitely be my first choice for any future vehicle repair needs. I HIGHLY recommend!

I've now been here twice for some pretty big repairs (clutch replacement and some abs related repairs) and I can say with absolute certainty that I will continue to service my cars here for the rest of the time I live in Stafford. Knowledgeable employees and the ability to recognize the wants and needs of their customers is second to none. Thanks zone auto for keeping my car out on the road!

Had a great experience here. Had my oil changed in 2001 Honda. They pointed out the tie rod end on one front tire was bad and the tire wobbled. Gave me a very reasonable quote to replace both sides in the front that included alignment. Came back a few weeks later to get that service too. The actual charge was about $30+ LESS THAN their quote. Loved that.I had previously been told by a different establishment in Fairfax that I needed not just the tie rod ends, but the entire rack and pinion assemblies, replaced. Turns out, that wasn't necessary.My new favorite shop. Honest, efficient, and competent. Not looking to add on unnecessary work. That's worth a fortune to me!

This place is the spot. I had a fuel pump that needed to be replaced for my 370z and this place did an amazing job. It also beat all the other auto shops on price, like Firestone on Quantico, Meineke, Quantico Tire & Auto care. Raul did an amazing job and a great price. Somewhat new to the area and after weeks of trying to find a work around for my motorcycle exhaust, I called and they said bring it by this afternoon. 30 minutes later, I was (quietly) back on my way and ready for track day!I've now found my local mechanic

Went in for a new battery. The battery was easily replaced, and I was told of a knocking noise in the engine while idle that turned out to be a vacuum pump needing replacement. Was able to get that fixed by the dealer under warranty -- something they had missed but Zone Auto caught.

These people are amazing!! I was there a couple months ago. I do some of my own work. I went in because my van would shake violently when I hit 40 mph. I thought my tie rods were bad. Well they were not. I had my 1 year old with me and it was raining. Nightmare situation. They got me in quick. Raised my van and immediately found the problem. My shock was broken. Thank goodness they were able to get a new one quick and installed. I tried other places and they said they couldn t get to it for a few hours or even the next day even though I explained my situation. I understand shops are busy. We were just in a unique situation and crazy situation. I was on way back home (Manassas)from Stafford taking my oldest son to physical therapy (lives with his mom in Stafford). I wasn t being rude to anyone anywhere. I don t mind waiting for a little while. These people were just truly amazing and got us in and out pretty quick, maybe a couple hours. Also fixed my 3rd brake light. I have quite a few mechanic shops near me. However I will be going to them to get my new tires, (I always get used) but they have really good prices and the fact that they care, inspection, and Emma ions, which my check engine light is on but I feel like I can trust them. A highway bonus is one of them is. Veteran!! Late review because, well life gets busy.I can t recommend them enough!!Trying to post picture of the problem they found

These guys are the best! When you're looking for an Auto Mechanic Stafford you must give Raul and his team a try. They were fast, HONEST, and reasonably priced. I checked around and for what I had done, others would have charged over $600 - with Zone Auto Tech the price was just under $400!A fair price for great work! Thanks Raul! I've been living in the 22554 for a little over a year now and almost every day on my way to work or to any outing I would see the shop open and have always wanted to stop by but never could, until last week. I'm so glad I did because I went to realize how great of a mechanic shop Raul runs. His customer service truly exceeds any expectations. He was able to squeeze me in and even offered to stay after hours to fit my schedule and complete me automotive needs. If you want an honest, highly knowledgeable mechanic, look no further! Raul is very personable and upfront with your vehicle issues. Also, his front desk assistant is very kind and helpful. From now on, this is where I will be taking my vehicles for service. I will also refer my contacts to Z.A.T for service. Great experience!

Dean and his staff have been servicing my car for years. I moved out of the area, 90miles away and I still bring my car back to their shop. They show a great deal of patience when I'm trying to explain a, "funny noise," that I might hear or, "the car doesn't feel right." They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable. Thank you Dean. I dropped off my 2009 Mercedes Benz to have all four tires replaced and an alignment and inspection done. I was advised that the rear brakes needed replaced and a fog light needed replacing in order to pass inspection. The tires were ordered and the repairs done in record time. I'd especially like to thank the guys at Zone for selecting such a superior tire-an All Season with superior speed rating and tread depth. I'm going to return here for another issue with a second truck. I highly recommend ZAT!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Dishonest, they replace parts with used parts that were defective and charged me for new parts!! The main guy/owner was so incompetent that he couldn t even perform an alignment and still tried to scam me.

Zone auto tech is a very professional and reliable mechanic shop. I came to them for a second opinion after having my SUV checked at another automotive shop not too far away. Zone auto tech fixed the issue at a fraction of the cost that I was quoted and they also provide detailed information and knowledge of what s wrong and what it ll take to fix it. Great experience. I called the shop Friday afternoon at 11:30 to get a tire mounted and balanced while I waited. They said sure and within 30 minutes I was in and out. Mark was friendly and accommodating as was the tech who changed the tire.Service: TiresService: Tires

Raul and his staff are amazing at assisting you with simple to major repairs atthe fairest price in town. Hes been here for many many years but has now settled off Dorothy lane and renovated the old office to look modern comfortable and convenient. He is reliable and fast and very efficient in explaining any other troubles he sees so you can know and be aware of those repairs of needed. He is quick to respond to any of your questions or concerns. He is a staple in stafford. I will be doing business with him for as long as I am capable to do so!! Zone Auto Tech is the family shop you miss with modern insured work. He can work on the oldest and newest vehicles as well as commercial vehicles!

I am surprised to read some bad reviews on this place. I have been taking my car here for 5 years and have never had anything but the best work done. they warrant the work and fix it free if something goes wrong. Dean is always helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation to refer people here. My one issue is that the shop and lobby are getting kind of run down looking. Would help potential customers if the shop looked better. But I go for the service, not the looks of the place.

On a recent road trip out of New Orleans we had our ABS light come on ( late on a Friday afternoon ) These fine folks took our van in on a Saturday morning , diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in about three hours.Friendly polite and courteous not to mention very reasonable as far as price . They also checked and topped of the fluids. It doesn't get any better than this . I highly recommend !!!!Service: Brakes

They took care of my Mazda rx8, previous problem with my engine check for another owner for me I can trust many other mechanics but they said before that this is taking a long time to check my lights and for these guys, workers, very honest people, they always tell me step by step, every time they call me, they find out what the problem is, how much it is for a quick and honest solution and it is going to be closed for good. I can trust them because they do it well. Price and honesty for people, so I can give you the card to repair, they make you hard and hard work after finishing ... I have had nothing but good service here. I was referred here after getting a big quote from a dealership. Most of what the dealership recommended was not required and there was no leak when they said there was one. I have had no problems with the service or the customer service. I feel my vehicles are taken care of and I have saved some money.

I have taken my cars to Dean for many many years. Always pleasant and fair. To those bad reviews, I don't get it. Sometimes a cars problem is not obvious and it's the process of elimination. Dean has always done excellent work, communicated well and taken the time needed to get it done right (even though I'm always in a hurry). You can trust him. Rare these days.
