This place sucks, I was first in the line but a black associate processed two black customers before me. When I protested, she responded that it was a mistake. she then took another black customer and didn't care. I demanded to speak to a manager but was told he is not available. then they called a department supervisor (seems like he was powerless) and basically did nothing. I was there for almost 4 hours. remeber, I was the first one in line and took me that long. hate this place.

Found a great price for tires online so I bought them and showed up for my appointment I booked through the app. They were short employees and only had two there but they still got me out in about an hour and a half. Friendly staff, I m done overpaying for tires elsewhere.

Unless you are really broke or need to come on Sunday, it is not worth taking business from the small guys, like Buraq.Despite having an appointment, it took 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change. They did not reset my oil maintenance light or remove my old oil change window sticker. The next day my low tire pressure light came one, which means they did not check the air in my tires like their print out said they did. I feel like I can t trust anything extra they claimed to have done on that paper.Not coming here again. I ll stick with Buraq.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

This Walmarts auto department is horrible. They wont ever answer the phones. And when they actually do, I get someone who cant understand english. Last time I was there, they said they wouldnt rotate my tires because of dry rot. They looked fine to me. I took it to another Walmart and no issues.

Takes to long and I just needed a valve replaced today on 1 tire I waited 1hr and was told I would have another 1hr and some changeSo, I left They need to do betterThey need a bay for quick repairsBut,, they put air in all 4 of someones tires but they couldn't take my 1 tire off sooner than 2 1/2 hours

Avoid the Stafford Walmart Automotive center like the plague. Had a 7 AM appointment, they told me they had the tires I ordered when I checked in. Put the car on the lift and then couldn t find two of them. I waited 5 hours will they put on 2 tires and looked for the other 2. Never found them so had to reorder. Never followed up when they came in and I had to call 7 times and was hung up on 3 times trying to reschedule. Finally rescheduled for another 7 an appointment which they promised my car would be first on the lift. I get there at 6:45 and they tell me there s a 7 AM appointment ahead of me I d give zero stars if I could, never again Walmart!Service: Tires

It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me even though they ALL directly saw me at one moment or another. Then when they said they would help they ran around for several more minutes. It took nearly 20 minutes for anyone to ACTUALLY help me to find out they couldn't help me due to a mix up over available tires. I will not go back regardless of them being a better price on tires. They have zero customer service.

They didn't keep their promises of fixing my tires but just sold me the tires to fixed it myself even though i book an appointment and told them i lives in another state and leaving that day but still didn't care

Took my son's vehicle in for front tires, he had a flat on a front tire. Long story short, no work was done and I am left to replace at least two wheel studs on my own. Read on for details--- The technician told me at least two lug nuts were cross threaded, BUT they were not cross threaded when we changed the spare less than 24 hours ago. I then spoke with Patrick, the automotive manager. He told me they were cross threaded and he did not want to break them when removing, so they stopped all work. He said they would have replaced the studs, had we purchased the new studs at a parts store(they apparently do not keep them on hand). They tried calling my son's number, but he was at graduation practice, hence did not get message until 4:30 PM. Patrick was insistent that somehow I cross threaded the lugs, and that they were cross threaded when his technician was loosening them. His customer service skills are horrible . I come from a 20 year customer care background, and while not all customers are right, he did nothing to calm me or more importantly, to "make things right", but he does not possess that skill . I then went to the service desk to speak with the store manager. The woman there told me the manager is on vacation and to call 1800WALMART, which I did. I believe that maybe Patrick was having a bad day, but to speak to a customer as he did and to raise his voice and become a tad argumentative (about them trying to call and got no response), is unacceptable. I got the keys and left with the wheel like it is in photo shown, which was probably not safe. I now looked at the Google Reviews for this department at Walmart, it has terrible reputation and unhappy customers. I don't know if "Big" Walmart cares that their automotive business at this location as such a terrible reputation or not. Maybe they do not make much profit from their auto centers or maybe they are subcontracted out and not really a part of walmart...who knows. If I were the store manager, I'd try to discover where the trouble is and attempt to rectify the reputation. NEVER Again...I may even stop shopping there.

I scheduled an appointment to have a new tire installed 8 days in advance. I got notified today that it will be delayed (it s not for another 5 days). I checked the tracking info on the tire and it says it was delivered yesterday. I ve been trying to reach the store for almost an hour now and nobody in the tire center answers. The operator who is directing the calls keeps picking up every 10 or so minutes and is increasingly rude each time I tell her I m still waiting on the tire center. Whenever she transfers me I can hear someone pick up and transfer me right back to her. This is infuriating.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

My wife had an emergency and needed tire service asap. Even though the service section was closing for the night Steven Vale stayed behind and went way above and beyond to help her. We run a transportation service and really can t afford down time.Steven Vale not only helped us by plugging the tires and putting on the spare for her but he also showed my wife a little trick to dropping the trailer that she pulls to unhook faster.Steven seems like a man who really enjoys his job and really genuinely wants to help people whenever he can.He is the perfect example of a hard working dedicated person and Walmart as a corporation will definitely miss out if they let him leave.He should be not only acknowledged for his work and dedication but amply compensated as such to show Walmarts appreciation for having him.Thank you again Steven Vale for what you did and also for what you do to help those in need.

Don t come here. Service is horrible. Came in on Thursday AFTER scheduling an apt. Arrived a few minutes before my apt time and was told to leave because they were too busy. I came in today. The place opens at 7, few people were already waiting in front of me, no one showed up. It is no 7:30 and no one is here. Customer service is horrible, I wouldn t trust these people with my car.

Bought a new replacement interstate battery from them but the Scion was having other issues.... They loan me a tool that I went ahead and replace the starter while I was there.... Rarely will a shop or a mechanic allow this on the property.... Worked out just fine and at Potomac Mills Mall which is complete chaos , a hellish monstrosity....

Trying to get tires to go first no one answers the phone. Then I go there and it took the guys over an hour to pull the tires and write up the ticket. I could not imagine how long it would take if you had them install the tires. At least they had the tires in stock and the price was very good.

It's fine, it's not that expensive, accessible for those of us who don't earn much, the only thing they say is to check the air in the tires and it's not true one of my tires is 26 and it's still 26 after they only mark that everything was well and that the air in the tires put everything the same. I checked for the second time always the same. They only fill the page to get out of the commitment but customers service good

I am currently awaiting replacement for 4 tires I ordered online and came in early which I appreciated. I called 3 times before ordering. I went today to have installed (didn't want to do on Christmas Eve, although I received 6 emails yesterday and afraid they would send back). The guy who signed me in was nice, professional. I called for status and they said I still had 6 people ahead of me. I have read the posts and can confirm in real time this place either doesn't have enough people or how they do business is very inefficient. I am fortunate they close at 12, so they have to be done this afternoon.

I have no complaints except there aren't enough people working in that department. Wasted over an hour cause tire guy didn't come in. Had to call in a guy. About 6-7 people waiting. Got 4 tires put on in less than a hour when guy showed up. Could do more business if set up and staffed better. But I was happy with the price of the tires.

Update: went back for my tires to be installed and they broke my hubcaps and stole 2 valve stem caps. Called immediately and they hung up on me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOUR DIRT POOR. customer service was like pulling teeth to get simple answers on do you have tires in stock? Or Do I need to schedule an appointment to have my tires installed? I didn't feel valued as a customer.

This place is horrible. I went here 3 weeks ago and purchased 4 new tires for my Yukon Denali. I called to set an appointment they told me no worries just come in. When I arrived there were 2 cars in the bay. I was told it would only take 1 hour for my new tires to be installed. It took 3 hours!1 week later I woke up to, my rear passenger side tire flat. I took it back and they told me I needed new rims!! My rims are fine, they didn't replace my tire stems that's where the air was leaking from. 2 weeks later passenger side front tire starts to go flat. I take it back. It took them 2 more hours. I Finally lost patience when they again said I needed new rims, I DONT!! I said, I paid for 4 new tires and stems, REPLACE MY STEMS!!I finally said look, replace the stems on all 4 They said ok. Today, my drivers side tire is losing air!! I took it to my uncle who is a Metro mechanic, and he looked at my tires and said, the tires look good but they should've replaced all your stems. They only replaced 2.DONT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!

They have good, inexpensive tires but their customer service is slow and very disorganized. I paid for my new tire and the guy told me they didn't have my key up there yet. So I stood waiting for 10 minutes and nobody ever brought it in. I got the guy's attention again and noticed the key was sitting by the register the whole time. It should've been in a service bag and not just sitting on the counter

The employees were nice. I talk a few a minutes with the tire guy. I told him what I wanted. The prices we lower than the other places I went to. I was there less than an hours. I was shocked by the price. I was walking out the door an hour later. I got new tires and did my grocery shopping and saved a lot of money on new tires, food !!!! Thank you, WALMART

This is the worst tire services experience.I called to assure they have my size. When I arrived, the tire Associate (toll guy) showing zero customer service confirmed by showing me all four tires I needed. After two hours of waiting, I called me over the phone to tell me that they have only two tires for me. I told him that I was not interested in any kind of game. He went to check the back room. He come back to tell me that anyway, I will have to wait for 45 minutes more. I waited until after 5:30 PM.Please someone has to take care of this.It is sad because this is my local Walmart.Eddie Umba

I brought my car in to have new tires put on. I had already purchased the tires from Walmart.com. After letting me wait for about 2 hours I was told that they don't have the correct equipment to change the tires on my car. My car isn't unique or special. Just a Hyundai. They couldn't have told me they can't change those without a 2 hour wait?

Super rude staff not only to me but the other individuals that were waiting in line. I was told too take my tire to the vehicle bay for them to get my information. One of the employees told myself and another to step into the bay because it was raining. as soon as we stepped into the bay another employee started to yell at us and told us to leave the bay. I had no problem standing outside of the bay but don't yell at us when one of your employees told us to come in side.

This shop failed to take my tires off twice. I had to go to another shop and have them take the tires off and put them back on the same specification. When I went back to Walmart they increased the pressure of the machine to be able to take the tires off which they could ve done the entire time but chose not to. Once they finally started to change the tires it took 3 hours!!!

My experience was horrible. Yes, I understand that I was a walk-in, but I only needed a single tire and have the TPS replaced. I got here at 8am and now it s 10:30am and they still have not gotten to my tire. They need to get people that know what they are doing or people that actually want to come to work. One employee got upset about something and just decided he didn t want to work for the day and went home. They have a supervisor that, supposedly isn t allowed to work on tires because he s supposed to supervisor. If you re short handed you do what you have to to get the work done. I guess that s not he case for Walmart tire and lube. I will NEVER come to Walmart to get anything done automotive wise again. I wouldn t recommend their tire and lube service to anyone, not even my worse enemy.

I bought 2 tires on Walmart.com and due to an error they set me up for an appointment even though before my tires arrived. The second appointment I gave instructions on the two tires I wanted removed (both had nails in them. After 3 hours of waiting, I get me car back but it was too dark to really inspect my tires. I realized the next day that the wrong tire was removed. After month of calling the store (I don t live nearby to stop by), I finally reach someone but they tell me they can t help. Don t recommend.

Waited 6 hours today to get new tires put on my car ,had ordered online, was texted tires were available at Stafford Walmart auto/arrived before 11 am. Left at 4:50Was told it would take 3 hours.. was actually ok with that happy to get done on my day off FridayBut 6 hours?!Was told at one point they were on their lunch breakNever again Walmart
