-I drove to this Walmart bc my local Walmart didn't have everything I needed.-Great customer service when I arrived.-Always a long wait if you walk in bc they have appointments nonstop.-Nice associates.-I was in and out in about 1.5hrs.

The man who checked me in was really friendly, put 4 tires on my car with no notice ahead of time, really quick, only took about an hour, and they were busy!

I had a positive experience here today. They only do walk-ins, but I called ahead to make sure they had the tires I wanted. There was a good line in front of me and they still had the tires on in 1 hour 45 minutes. The Walmart app with auto updates was also great. My son and I walked around Walmart until the car was done.

Nobody ever answers the phone.It is the worst Auto care and I am so sure allot of people can agree so much. Need a oil change? Expect to wait 2 hours ..new tires? Looking at 3 hours...you will spend mostly your entire day waiting. Most I have waited is 4 hours. And u do need to watch them. Some have no experience in what they are doing and some will try to rip you off like u ask for a oil change they don't change the oil filter. Allot of work needs to be done here.

I had a 0800 appointment to get 4 brand new tires . I went inside to let the greeter (Harry B.) know that I was there it was 0745. I told him that I had an appointment between 8 and 9 this morning to put 4 brand new tires on this morning. Harry told me that just because your early don t expect to get it done early. I wasn t even thinking of that cause I was early even tho I just worked 14 hours. I waited patiently and they didn t get started until 0955 to work on my car. My car with brand new tires was finished at 1100. I talk to one of the Team players and explain to them that there needs to be some kind of communication with employee to customers just to let them know what s going on. He says that everyone is new and that you should be in that time slot as scheduled. When I left to go home I inspected the tires and noticed my chrome tire valve caps were missing. I went back to the Bedford Walmart Auto Center and asked (James B.)and(Hunter U.) about my tire valve caps and they said they couldn t find them and might of put them on another car or the manager might of taken them . I ask if they will replace them . They went over to we re they were working couldn t find any but found only 3 chrome caps . I told them I was missing 4 not 3 and they said they don t have all 4. (I know the caps aren t expensive but the principle is that they should be more responsible with the customers stuff and just be very careful going over there to get your cars worked on and make sure you inspect the inside and outside when you get your car back to make sure nothing is missing. Lastly, when you get your brand new tires make sure you take your tire caps off before getting the service because you may not know if your going to get them back.)I m going to add to this review: wrote to the Walmart headquarters about the situation and they emailed back and said the manger will call within 3 days from the store which they did. A (coach Eddie)called and I tried calling him back and there is no answering machine so your calling back and calling back no answer at all.

Such a terrible experience.First, I got a notification saying my tires were delivered. Went to get them out on and they informed me that they weren t actually delivered.Then, when they finally arrived days late, I waited for 3 hours for them to be put on. As I m driving home, my TPMS light came on minutes after they had put new tires on my car. I came back the following day and they informed me that the sensor in one of my tires just happened to have a dead battery . Such a coincidence. They said they could replace it, but it would be a few hours until they could do it. And, to make matters worst, they realized they forgot to put caps on my tires the previous day.Completely disappointed with the customer service at this location.

Took my Jeep in to have tires rotated and oil changed. I asked them to replace a malfunctioning valve stem and asked them why they didn't replace it when they put the tires that I purchased at Walmart on months ago. The manager said yes they should have replaced it when they put the new tires on and so therefore they would do that at no charge. About 2 hours later I went out to the Jeep with invoice in hand that states all tires are at 35 psi. Well air pressure was all over the place. One had well over 40 psi. One had 32 etc... When I put the gage on the broken valve stem, I discovered it was still broken. The technician had not read the comments on the order. So they apologized profusely and another 2 hours later. I drove the Jeep home. Air pressure was not the same on any 2 tires. I was to drive to DC early the next morning for a flight to Canada for my sister's funeral. My husband put air in the tires for me and said...Well they changed 2 valve stems but not the broken one! I haven't had the time or energy to take it back to Walmart to address this situation. If they had only put a tire gage on each tire so that each tire was indeed properly inflated, they would have discovered the broken valve AND FIXED IT!!!

I ve gone in here twice within the last week and a half. Called before hand said they weren t busy to come right in. When I got there I told them I needed all four tires done and both times they didn t have the tires in stock they told us the truck would be there later in the day to come back. Immediately came back and again I was told they didn t have my tires in stock.

Had a 9am appointment for 4 tires on my car. Car was pulled in at 930, didn t get started worked on till 10, didn t finish till 10:45. The service manager kept saying how short staffed they were and somebody was being trained, meanwhile you had 3 guys standing in one spot messing off and one woman doing all the work, they are staffed up plenty they goof off and don t care, I won t come back to this circus show.Service: Tires

Was in Bedford for family emergency and needed to have an oil change before driving 700 miles back home. Took it to the only place near which was the Walmart Auto Center. I want to make clear that the technicians in the auto center were very nice and helpful, however they failed to put the oil cap back on tightly or at all, leaving me with a BIG problem. Oil all over engine, smoking, lost oil and the fact that oil caps are specific and very hard to find!!!!I called the store, the phone rang for 26 minutes, was put on hold for over 22 minutes to be told they didn t have the cap!I went in to let customer service manager? know what happened and was greeted by a blank faced stare and not even an apology - just sorry the auto center manager is off today. I m sorry I didn t think to take her name.BEWARE- if you get an oil change at this place, check that the cap is on and secure!I was really in a tough spot with no help from the people created the issue.

The guy that worked on my vehicle is the most annoying staff I have ever seen. All he does was talking with his 2 other staffs and he was taking so much time to get one thing done. I was there for oil change, filter and change my wiper, I spent almost 2hours while he was just chi-chatting. I had to walk up to the man at the register that this is taking too long while there are no other cars the guy is working on but mine. The Supervisor or Manager had to come to my rescue and spoke to this unreliable staff to finish up my car and get it done quickly, within 10mins, everything was completed. This is so disappointing!

Was told there was one vehicle in front of my tire change. I brought the two wheels in from my tailer and the 2 tires I bought off line at Walmart.com. All they had to do was mount and balance the tires. 2.5 hours later still waiting and was told 30 more minutes. I will not be back!Service: TiresService: Tires

Everytime I've went they put the wrong size tire on at least twice... They hire just about anybody only reason I ever go is for emergencys and it's only for tires. They take an extra hour on top of whatever they do because they talk the whole time. Took about 2 hours for 3 people to change out 2 of my tires.

The older lady at the counter named Cindy is very RUDE!! I stood at the counter to come back to check on my car. She never would speak to me, look at me but yet the man that came in behind me oh she greeted him with a smile and started to help him and he looked over and said oh I'm sorry were you in front of me and I said oh yeah but she won't acknowledge me!!!!! I asked her how much longer on my car and she wouldn't even answer me! I had to go outside to ask the mechanic! If your a male she is eager to help them.I will NEVER be back to this auto service!!!! You've lost my money and business!!

Opened late only 2 employees we were told would be working and the other was not there yet. Came for a four tire install after waiting for a good period of time I was never recognized as a customer so I left still without any interaction with the employee.

Ordered tires online and they contacted me to come in. I came and have them mount them on my truck. It took them five hours. I have watched the workers. They have been laid back and talk too much and on mobile phones. Not quick with their works on cars at all.

I just had an excellent experience at the Bedford, VA Walmart Tire Center. My wife had a flat tire this afternoon. After I changed the tire I took it and the car to the Tire center to repair the tire and remount it. Not only were they quick and courteous but they put the spare, the jack and tire iron back in it's rightful spot. This was an unexpected courtesy! Kudos and many Thank you's to the group of Tire specialists at Bedford VA Walmart Tire Center for going above and beyond the call of duty!

Chipped the paint off my wheels and scratched them all over. Then put wheel weights on the outside after specifically asking them not to. Kids basically hanging out in a tire shop. The gentleman at the counter literally told me he "turns his brain off when he comes to work" and also tried selling me a broke down car... needless to say this was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had!

I'd do less, but you can't write a review without putting at least one. I went in to get a patch/plug for a front tire at 5:15 p.m. Was told "boss said not to take any more", dark outside, woman with a small child, flat tire, really? Yeah Walmart, that's how to keep customers as well as back your warranty! Hard to find good help still I see!

I took my newly purchased car here for a routine oil change. Before I took it in, it was running fine. After the oil change, my car's check engine light came on and it started blowing BLUE SMOKE...AFTER the oil change. NEVER, EVER take your car here. They have no idea what they're doing and will damage your vehicle!

This is the only Walmart tire center within 40 miles I would visit. I dropped off a vehicle for tires and they called me shortly after to tell me they sold the only set right before me. Bill the manager personally drove to another branch to get more and fix me up. That is the kind of service that creates retention. I will be back - I am a business owner with 5 vehicles.

My fiance found a nail in my tire after it had been leaking air. We were about to leave for vacation so we had no choice but to have it repaired that day. We were told it would be a 2 hour wait, so we agreed. 3 hours later, after I watched them take the tire off the wheel and look at it they came to me and told me they couldn't find a leak and charged me $10. Left with a nail still in my tire.
