I was on my way home from DC (live near Raleigh) and my car started overheating in the middle of holiday traffic, of course. I pulled off of 95 and found Victory Lane Auto Service. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and started taking things apart while waiting for the parts to arrive, so I could get back on the road as soon as possible. They replaced my thermostat, thermostat housing and water pump in just a couple of hours - I decided to replace them all to increase the chance I could get home sooner. Great guys, would return. Came here after looking for a Mechanic Shop on a Sunday. I didn't know where to go and most places were closed. I had to replace my belt tensioner and the belt itself. I originally came to Stafford to get it fixed by my Friend's Dad who's a mechanic but he could not take out this lug nut to save his life. I came here because no other shop was open on a Sunday and they received me the minute I came. The first mechanic tried taking it off but gave up in concerns for liability in damages, another guy ( I forgot their names ) had more confidence to solve the issue. He said he didn't normally work on Sundays he was just cleaning up the shop. He had to side drill it out but managed to fix the issue and replaced the belt with the tensioner. I was deeply grateful. They worked as fast as they could and their prices were great! I would drive all the way here because of their experience and competitive prices. Thanks guys!

6 price increases in 1 year but no raises for staff. Slow. Outdated setup. Fake discounts. Tell you one thing when it s really another. No one even does mail-in rebates anymore wish I could give them zero starsService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Jeff and his staff are top-notch. We've been having our cars serviced here since 1999. No job has been too big or too small for the technicians. Fast, efficient, professional auto service at reasonable prices. We highly recommend Victory Lane Auto Service!

The owner, Jeff Wallace, and his technicians are men of integrity. This is a veteran owned establishment and the staff is military friendly. Costs for repairs are reasonable and much lower compared to other auto repair shops because they work with the customer to determine the safest, most financially prudent, and best course of action to repair vehicles. They have proven to me on numerous occasions that integrity and customer satisfaction come before profit, i.e., ill-gotten gain.

Had brake pads replaced. When I left my car was making strange noises. Took it back and was told I needed rear shocks. Decided to do it myself. Found that all of the rear lug nuts were dangerously loose and nothing wrong with the shocks. Tightened the lug nuts and the noise was gone. Was it incompetence or deceit? I don't know, but I won't go to Victory Lane Auto again.

I've been a customer for about 2 years now and i like the place. I've been looking for a trust worthy garage for a while and someone recommend Victory Lanes. Good service and reasonable rates. Try it once i think you'll like it.

Small auto shop with extremely friendly staff. They re willing to under price all of their competitors and I have yet to find a place that services my vehicle cheaper than this one. Amazing hard working staff

This a wonderful place, small, down to earth shop, honest and great service. I was getting an Oil Change and it was quick and simple and no bull. then only tell me what I need and not sell me something I didnt like other shops do, I been going here for 5 years and now I work here. Im proud to work at a place like this.

I take all of my vehicles here for service and repair: 2006 Ford 150, 2013 VW Beetle, 2011 Subaru Outback, and 2001 Honda Accord. I always get fast and reliable service at reasonable rates.

Dropped my truck off for a state inspection. Showed back up 2 hours later and they told me other people showed up and my truck got pushed to the back of the line. I won't come back.
