Was in a pinch due to last minute travel and didn t have time to leave my car and wait at mechanic, or do the oil change myself. Being that it s a fast service shop, I was a bit skeptical about quality output but all services provided were explained throughly and no pressure was made to purchase additional (recommended) services.Received an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter replacement for a fair price (check for coupons online) in lightning fast timing (approx. 20 min). They made sure to show me the dip stick oil levels repeatedly to make sure everything was filled accurately, which I appreciated. I was able to stay in the car while oil change was happening but had to get out during tire rotation (for obvious reasons). Excellent service and would definitely come back! Phenomenal job guys and gals!

Fast friendly service. About the same price as the dealership for an all synthetic oil change but WAY faster. 10-15 minutes. In & out. They ve seemed to backoff the up-charges and add-on services. Appreciate that. 10/10 would recommend.

Took our vehicle in for the first time to Valvoline and I was incredibly impressed with their service. I went in for an oil/filter change and decided to add the air/cabin filter replacement as well given the vehicle is just shy of 30K miles.Cost - They are very upfront with their prices and there is zero pressure to upgrade anything. For the oil change, before they start the service, they will show the different prices based on the type of oil used (synthetic, high-milage, etc.) that you pick from. For the air/cabin filters - same thing - no pressure at all. It's very matter of fact if you want to get it done. Additionally, with your receipt they give you a price list for other services that you might need in the future - fuel cleaning, tire rotation, etc. and at what interval they recommend each service based on your vehicle. They also give a first responder/military discount which was a nice bonus.Time - I went in the afternoon after checking Google to see if they were busy (Google said there was little to no-wait). I pulled right in and parked the car in the bay. You stay in the vehicle the whole time. From the time I parked the vehicle to the time I left was no more than 15 minutes. They are incredibly efficient with what needed to be done.Staff - In the short amount of time I was there - they were incredibly friendly to each other and to me as the customer. I always watch how staff interact with each other (if they are having fun, being respectful) as it tells me what type of environment it is to work in. Everyone was great - asking how my day was going, any plans, etc.Just very impressed overall with their customer service, speed and price. Got me home in time to watch afternoon college football as well - highly recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

They were respectful and I assume the service is good. I did my oil change and transmission fluid change. They also gave me a quote on brake pads and rotors, but I didn't go with them as it looked pricy for me with $570 only for labor.But in general I think this is a good place with medium price. Workers are young and cool.

First visit at this location and everything went great. Customer service was great, staff was friendly and there was no wait so I was out in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely return in the future.

Had my first experience at the new Valvoline in Stafford today (9/24/2023). I wasn't aware that you stay in the vehicle, but have to say I enjoyed the experience. They were very quick and professional and got me done and on my way in about 20 minutes. Price was what I would expect for a full synthetic oil change with checks on transmission/coolant/tires/filters and topped off washer fluid.

I have been there twice. The App always says 0-10 min wait and it s always more than 1hr. First time after my wait they said they didn t have my vehicles oil filter So wasted my time. Today waited over an hour & then backed out as the line never moved. How in the world can this place stay in business?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We had a great experience today at Valvoline! We usually go to another nearby quick service oil change, but we decided to try Valvoline instead. We will be going back here! We were greeted warmly by Jaylin and Travis, and both of them provided excellent customer service. They were cheerful, helpful, and showed me that my battery was not doing well. I chose to do a battery change in addition to the oil change, and they did a great job. The best part was that we got to stay in the car the whole time! They checked tire pressure and fluids too. I highly recommend!Services: Battery, Oil change

I stopped in to get an oil change and ended up having my air filter replaced, but was still in and out of there very quickly! I have always had a good experience at Valvoline but the people working at this location made my experience even better. Nashawn was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. His great attitude and kindness made my day better. I did not catch the names of the other two gentlemen that helped me but they were very kind and efficient as well! I will definitely only be using this location going forward due to the amazing work and customer service I received.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Excellent customer service from each individual that I came in contact with. Informative and also I had an issue with a drain plug. They were honest they didn t nickel and dime me, they actually gave me a break due to not being able to perform all services . I totally understood due to the communication the mechanic told me. They still did all the checks and gave me 150 percent same customer service and thorough check of the vehicle. This shows me they care about me and my vehicle. Just from me coming in as a customer I am now going to sign my business up for a fleet account for the maintenance of my vehicles . Great job staff just don t lose what y all got going on. Your pricing and customer services and work is great . Stay consistent with what you have and you guys will shine.Services: Tires, Oil change

I ve been to both the Jiffy Lube and the Valvoline up on Garrisonville rd. The jiffy lube is pretty standard service, no complaints. But the Valvoline place is really top notch. I needed to get the oil changed in my Elantra this morning and they have been phenomenal with their customer service, their cleanliness, speed of service, and attention to detail. It s worth the extra 5 minute drive it takes me to go to them.Services: Tires, Oil change

Within a few minutes after getting my oil changed, I heard a scrapping noise from my car whenever I went faster than 50 MPH. I went back to the place and let them know about this. The manager went under my car and sealed the oil panel with extra screws. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me going to Valvoline. When I arrived, I specifically said that I wanted an oil change, and my transmission fluid changed. The person I spoke to then tried to sell me a transmission service that would cost more than a fluid change. I declined and went through for servicing. Halfway through, he tries to sell me the transmission service again, and I decline... again. I am handed the invoice but didn't read it fully (my mistake), but it's not until I get home that I read it and find out they didn't change my transmission fluid like I asked at the start.There are only 2 good things about Valvoline. They are fast and they are nice. I don't recommend anyone go there for any of their services. Take your car and money somewhere else. No matter how nice Valvoline employees are, they only care about upselling you.

Overall good experience. Their lift was not heavy duty enough to do a tire rotation on my Ford Transit 350. They offer military discount as well.

Took a CR-V in for oil change and tire rotation and was impressed at how professional the techs were and they showed the status of everything they did as the job was happening. I inquired if they could do a transmission and radiator flush on my truck for the 100k mile check. They said sure thing. I came right back and had the oil changed, transmission and radiator flushed in 30-45 minutes. Overall great experience and a lot cheaper than the dealership to get the extra maintenance done. Whole crew was professional and personable. If you have a 4-wheel drive or lifted vehicle the lift will not go high enough to do a tire rotation though.

Brought my work car in today for an oil change and the service was fast and professional. Customer service was on point and friendly, the guys showed me what was needed for an air filter since mine was dirty and needed to be replaced. I appreciated the military discount that was offered without having to ask, we will definitely come back for service.Service: Oil change

Oil change was fast and professional. I felt like the workers there actually cared about me and my car. Great experience overall. Ryan in particular had some excellent customer service skills.The only minor downside is that Valvoline charges extra for a tire rotation, whereas most mechanics around here like Kaz will include that in the cost of the oil change.

They were exceptionally fast and very professional. Did oil, transmission, n rear differential changes in like 30 mins. They're very knowledgeable and literally show you everything going on in your engine. Went here for an oil change and it was almost 50 bucks. For just a conventional oil change. Nothing special. Should have gone elsewhere when I heard the price but I figured I was already there so why not. They did check the fluids in my car which was nice however, from the second I started pulling into the drive through garage, the guy who I assume was the manager was extremely rude. His name tag said Ryan. He wasn t just rude to me but he was really nasty to all of the associates. Everyone seemed to be almost scared of him. He was being nasty and sarcastic and yelling at all the employees the whole time. Very unprofessional. Not to mention how nasty he spoke to me too. The other guys seemed sweet. They said I had a major oil leak but couldn t tell me why or where it was coming from. They just filled my oil and said to get it checked. Forrest was on the computer taking my info and he was a sweetheart, so was the other gentleman actually working on my car. I couldn t read his name tag but he had longer, straight, reddish hair and he was very nice. I think this place would run a lot smoother if they had a nicer manager who had better customer service skills. Personally I won t be going back.Service: Oil change
