Great team, affordable and reliable techs. Aside from the long wait (though it was a busy Saturday), the crew provided quality service and great customer service!! The lobby also has crayons, coloring books, and reading materials for customers who stay and wait. Manager is super friendly and I will always choose this location!

Great and honest shop! I ordered four tires online and after they looked it over, they told me I really only needed two tires. I also mistakenly ordered the wrong size tires even after looking at them they were able to change the order and had the correct size in stock. Very helpful and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. I've used them for the last several years and they have always been like that. Thanks!!!

Your Customer service guys, especially the manager was great! I sat waiting for my new tires and heard him on the phone and in person with customers for 2 hours. They were short handed and very busy - probably overbooked. He was amazing with every customer he handled. He stepped away for a break and I believe Drew stepped in for him. He was just as nice and great with all customers. When the Manager came back he checked me out and I was happy with service, wait time, and even their bathroom and waiting area was clean. Thank you for taking care of us!

Even though I was a half hour late for my appointment, They still took me in, and got to my vehicle and finish it within a reasonable time. They hand torqued my lugs so that I had No problem breaking them loose myself with my own tire iron. They stored my spare time under the truck without being asked to do so. The receptionist was very friendly and so was The person who checked me out when the new tire had been installed.

These guys are phenomenal! I've been using them since around 2018 and I've never had a problem with them. They're always accommodating and nice when I go in or call. I've had to use Tire's Plus in other states before as well, and haven't had any issues with those stores either - I look for Tire's Plus first before going to any other repair shops.110% recommend - if you go to the Stafford location, ask for Drew!

Giving one a star due to the time it took for them to replace 4 tires on my vehicle. The vehicle was dropped off Friday at 1pm and it was partially completed ( they were not able to complete alignment and I needed my vehicle back asap) Saturday 12:30pm. I honestly don't know why it would ever take that long to do an at best 2hr task.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The Store Manager (JoeHughes) was very nice, helpful, and explained everything very well!! He kept me very informed and updated on work that was needed for my car like front brakes and alignment. I will be back! THANK YOU!

I had scheduled an appointment for new tires and alignment. The worker had put me down for a set time. I get there and the worker says the tire guy is backed out a bit and will get to my car soon. I call 10 min before closing and says they will be done shortly and I can go ahead and be there. I get there and it s still not ready!!! The worked then stated he had just finished switching out tires and will be doing alignment now a few min. after 7. It took them about 30 min to tell me they can t do it and something wrong that they can t do the alignment. I don t understand why I had to wait 30 min for them to tell me they can t do it.

These guys are wonderful! My daughter was traveling back to college and had a tire issue - they were able to help her quickly and get her back on the road. They were helpful, courteous, efficient....and she was so thankful they had a charging station in their waiting room too (since she was almost on 0%). Very thankful for you all!

Mr. Drew is a saint. We rolled in out of the blue because we had sprung a flat tire. We were trying to get home as fast as possible because we had just learned family was in the hospital. Mr. Drew fixed our tire, put it back on our car, checked the rest of our tires and sent us on our way with his blessing and making us promise to drive safe.Mr. Drew, thank you so much. Truly. My family will not forget you.Update: Mr. Drew, my family made it home safe and sound. And my husband was able to get to his brothers side. It is thanks to you that we were able to make it. Took my tires to get balanced at Tires Plus a couple weeks ago. They called me and asked if I wanted clamp on weights or stick on. I asked for their suggestions and they told me clamp on. I believed the clamp on would only be on the inside of the wheel. They put them on the outside and scratched my 1200$ wheels. They fixed by rebalancing my wheels. Overall would not recommend and I was calm at the time, but reflecting I should have made a bigger deal out of this as they damaged by wheels. Would not recommend.-Thomas C

It was nearly 5 pm on a Sunday when I noticed my tire was deflating. With a 1.5 hour drive ahead of me, I went to Tires Plus and hoped for the best. Preston and Keanna exceeded my expectations! Understanding my predicament, they promptly and cheerfully repaired my tire, even though the business was minutes from closing. Thank you, Preston and Keanna!

I believe the man s name was Jason (and if I m wrong I ll change the name to the correction) who helped me and he was absolutely wonderful! Called about seeing if they could look at a tire my friends and I repaired ourselves, and he was so nice about it and came to look at it. Once they saw there were no leaks he carried my tire back to my car and I asked him how to position a jack (as I wanted to put the tire back on myself and my dad never taught me). He was super nice and walked me through the process and also gave me the run down on how to change a tire. I had no intention of paying anyone to do it as I felt like I needed to learn myself for anymore flat tires in the future. He recognized that and I really appreciate him just explaining it to me and not pushing a service that I didn t want. With his teachings I changed the tire myself in the parking lot (which was a lot of fun!) and even after his shift and he came out and watched me do it to give me advice. When my tire was good to go he commented on the air and sent me around the shop to have one of the workers put some in for me. I don t know the name of who put the air in but he checked all my tires and not just the previously flat one which I m grateful for. All in all their customer service and level of care was awesome. As a 19 year old girl who s always nervous about car shops taking advantage of my inexperience, I ve never felt so safe, catered to, and welcomed. Awesome customer experience and if I ever have problems with my Ford 500 crapbox I will for sure be going back to them as well as recommending family!Service: Tires

This time around was better than October of 2020 when I purchased a brand new set of tires that ran me over $1000. Great tires, but all four of my rim's were damaged/scratched during the tire installation. Prior to the work being performed, I actually requested that the manager (Jessica) inspect my rims to see that they had no damage because of a previous bad experience once before, somewhere else. After the job was completed, of course I inspected my rims and immediately reported the damage. I was told to come back on two different occasions so that Jessica could inspect the rims to see the scratches. She assured me that she would find out what company Tires Plus uses to refinish rims and would contact me in a few weeks to have them repaired. I called once and sometimes twice a month to follow up for six months to no avail. Each time I called, I was told that the company they used to use had gone out of business during COVID and Jessica personally told me she was still searching for another company. I've made other attempts over the last six months and still nothing. It has officially been over a year and no repairs to my rims. Last week, I ran over something that damaged one of my tires and since I purchased road hazard last year, of course I went back to Tires Plus. I mentioned the damage from over a year ago and expressed my frustration directly to Jessica and stated that not only did I feel that I was being dismissed, but the customer should NEVER have to make so many phone calls to an organization to rectify a problem that was their error. Tires Plus should be reaching out to the customer so that they do not get bad reviews like this. If it hadn't been for the fact that I purchased road Hazard for those tires, I would have gone some place else because I was not only concerned about additional damage, but my original damage has never been addressed or taken care of. I asked if there was a note on my account and was I ever going to get the repairs completed as promised? Hmmmmm, I have my doubts. I'm still waiting Jessica.

If you don t mind being ripped off, go to them.I will NEVER go there for anything.They tell you one thing and do the other!I went there for my breaks, being told that I need one front rotor and one caliper. They charge me for 4 rotors and 4 caliper.

I have been a loyal Stafford Tires Plus customer for the past 6 years. All has been great until the last 1-2 years. Last year, I brought my vehicle in for a flashing TPMS light. All tires were properly inflated, which suggests that 1 or more TPMS sensors was failing (totally reasonable as the vehicle was 9 years old at the time). Took it to Tires Plus and they diagnosed it as a bad TPMS sensor and replaced it. A few days later, flashing TPMS light came back on. Brought it back in and they diagnosed it as a second bad sensor and replaced it. However, light was still on. Tires Plus said they replaced the wrong sensor, so they replaced a third sensor at no charge (thank you for that since it was an error on their part). TPMS light hasn't come on since. HOWEVER, a few months ago, a had a flat tire due to a nail puncture and the TPMS light never came on, despite the tire being almost completely flat (6 psi). I brought the tire in and had it patched, but the light never came on. I then deflated another tire to 20 psi and the light still doesn't come on. I don't know what Tires Plus did, but now my TPMS light doesn't work at all and no one has worked on my car other than Tires Plus.Additionally, I have the lifetime alignment package for the same vehicle. I brought my vehicle in the other day for an alignment check. The tech came back and said the alignment was off, but they couldn't correct it because "both my tie rods were seized" and they needed to replace both the inner and outer tie rods on both sides of my vehicle. I was quoted $691 to replace the inner and outer tie rods. I had an alignment done at this same location only 4 months ago and they had no issues so I took it to another location. The other shop was able to complete the alignment with no issues. Like I said in the beginning of this review, I have been a loyal Tires Plus customer for over 6 years now, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

10/10 service and work.Able to quickly schedule, service, and return my vehicle. I had done the tie rods, breaks and rotors myself and knew I needed an alignment after. The service tech was able to deduce that it was probably so far out of alignment due to tie rods replacement. He took the time to call and confirm with me and make sure there was no underlying issues. The front desk was 10/10 service. Remembered me from calling to check availability and when I came back after the service.
