I found a car online and gave them a call. Karim was so helpful and courteous. He was able to show My daughter and I the car via FaceTime. We flew into Richmond (from Middle TN), caught an Uber up to their Car Lot, and test drove the car. The car exceeded my expectations and we went through with our purchase! We then drove 500 miles back home. Great Experience Overall! I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Again Karim and the Timeless Motorcar Team!

Karim and Shawn were fair, fast and respectful. They allowed us to take the vehicle to get an inspection done at the Toyota dealer and were willing to repair the issue found. 10/10 would recommend putting these guys on your list and give their inventory a look!

Many members of family have purchased cars from Karim here, not been disappointed once. He's honest and charismatic, which was a surprise to me. I'm used to salesmen trying to persuade me to buy bigger, better, above my budget. Karim was respectful, logical and helpful. I have recommended my friends to shop here first as I believe the value they provide is worth the trip.

We had such a great experience buying a Tesla model 3! We went to Timeless Motorcars in Stafford because they had 6 Teslas, as well as a Honda and Lexus we were interested in and because it s one of those rare used car dealerships that actually conditions and inspects cars before selling them (unlike the Dulles and Sterling dealers in NoVA). Very nice and honest owner he and his team are super helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond for us! Gave us a great deal on a Model 3 long range dual motor performance edition, and we drove it home the same day. If you are in the market for a clean, late model, beautiful car, go see Timeless Motorcars. They will treat you right. We can t recommend them highly enough!

My husband and I were looking for a car on short notice, though we did not end up buying the vehicle we were looking at we wanted to write a positive review on the dealership. Karim and staff were extremely kind, understanding and helpful. The dealership is very clean, well decorated, and family friendly. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and kind. They have some very nice vehicles in there, and we did see them with other customers as well, and all of them were greeted with friendly smiles, and were all happy as they left. We will definitely be back in the future.

Karim was great - as well as the whole team. It s a small shop, and everyone was approachable.They were honest and resolved any issues I had with the car on site in a timely manner.They took my old car for a trade in which was extremely helpful and made my process easy.Happy Birthday Karim. I love my new car.

Got my car delivered in 24 hours and on Easter Day!!! Thank you so much Karim for taking care of everything all the way up to delivery. I found Timeless Motorcars through TrueCar, was able to do all the paperwork online and have my car shipped all the way here to Florida.

Karim was patient with me and allowed me to inspect the car in order for me to feel comfortable in my purchase. I can be a little tough in trying to get the best deal and Karim stuck with me throughout the process. He was very professional, helpful and polite. I m looking to buy another car and will be looking to see what else Karim has available.

We were looking for a new car for the family. I was just browsing and wasting time on all local dealerships in stafford zipcode 22554.Met with Shaw & Kareem at the Timeless Motors. I ended up with a low interest rate 2021 Lexus and is FSport with manufacturer s warranty still there for 21000 miles.. the car is 7k cheeper then if buying from Lexus dealership.I recommend the honesty and integrity of this dealership. If you are in stafford this should be the place someone should stop first when looking for a used vehicle.Love and care for the guys at the dealership you all are very nice people who understand client needs.Thank you Timeless Motors!

I had a great experience shopping for a vehicle here at timeless motorcars. They had a vehicle I was interested in that had low mileage at a good price. I called the office and they were very helpful explaining me the procedure to purchase a vehicle and even started the process through the phone so that by the time I arrive it was just an easy pick up right when I entered the office they immediately assisted me, knew exactly who I was and let me test drive the vehicle. Karim and Shawn was welcome and kind. I felt like as if I was visiting one of my friends house by the way they offered me coffee at nice office to sit in with plenty other good choices a vehicle outside to explore in case next time, I know exactly where to come again. Overall customer service was great, location is nice, good selection of vehicles.

So happy I decided to go to this dealership! They were awesome and we test drove a limited edition saleen mustang and I fell in love with it. It s now my car and I am so grateful. Karim was great to talk to and extremely helpful. He took care of me and made the process very easy for filling out paperwork and explaining procedures. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about my experience with Karim and Timeless Motors!!! My husband and I buy several vehicles a year (work trucks mostly). We hate working with dealerships and typically look for private sellers. However, we found an anomaly of an 2015 Ford F250 online nearly no rust, super clean interior, and a super quiet V8. We are located 9 hours away from Timeless Motors and have never purchased a vehicle remotely before. We decided we would make the drive to Virginia to see the truck. When my husband called about the truck, Karim went above and beyond to communicate with us promptly and went above and beyond to send all of the videos and photos of the truck we had asked for and then some. He then let us know that he could have the truck delivered rather than having to drive all the way there for less than what it would cost us to drive and get it. He communicated with us every step of the way and made sure to get the best delivery guy he had to send us our truck so we could have it for the work week! Thank you Karim and Timeless Motors for making this experience fantastic!!! We will definitely be working with you again!

We bought a Nissan Altima from this place after my in laws bought a Pontiac from them and recommended this place to us. We did not regret it all. Karim helped us and he was very nice and funny, he was also very helpful and understanding he is also very honest. I would definitely come back and get another car from him, and recommend my friends to go there as well when they need another car.

I went to buy a Tesla and Karin and Majid were very helpful. The car had a minor issue at first but those guys were up to the challenge and made sure everything went smoothly. I gave them a bit of a hard time and they were extremely helpful. Will buy from them again. Cool guys.Update: Make sure everything is checked out from these guys. They did the minimal to pass Virginia s inspection, but it did not pass Maryland inspection. Even after I asked them to fix the issue. They told me they did fix it and didn t. I drove it off their lot and was on my own with some expenses. Not a good feeling after just buying the car. My issue was just tire related but beware.

From the moment I called inquiring about a specific vehicle Karim has been nothing but attentive. Karin is knowledgeable and easy going, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with, I never once felt pressured into the sale. Went home with a great find, ACURA TLX SH-AWD 2018, thank you Karim!!!
