Did not deliver on set date. Three days without propane to heat home. They came, filled tank but didn t lite.All account was paid in full.The driver that came was very rood and very disrespectful at his actions towards a elder man. Cussed him to not light his heat. Had to have a family member to help. Do not recommend.

Southwestern VA gas has been absolutely amazing! They were extremely fast getting my two 100 gal tanks set. The guys were very nice and hard working. It was my pleasure to talk to the girls in the office. They were helpful and helped me with what I needed all within a week of me calling! I'm so glad that I chose them instead of a different company! I'd highly recommend them.

My tank has been empty since Jan. The gauge reads zero, the tank can easily be rocked back and forth, and the tank sounds empty. They claim to have added 18 gallons on 9/8. The pilot light on my gas logs won't even light. Probably time to find a new service provider.

Have been nothing but completely satisfied with SWVA Gas. They set up a new larger tank for me and always keep it filled.I appreciate their customer service!

I placed an order on October 10 for a new service and they told me that the earliest service date is December 3. I said ok and provided all the information they asked for over the phone. They said my service is scheduled for December 3. Fast forwarding to December 3 ( about 53 days later), I gave a call to them to find out the expected time of service. A lady answered the call and she said they do not have a scheduled service to my area today. She then said there is no service request in my name. I was shocked. She said the earliest date she can put me is January 17, another 45 days of waiting. I asked whether they provide a confirmation number after they schedule an appointment. She said no. I asked what would happen if I reschedule for January 17 and wait for another 45 days and then I again find out that it was not scheduled. She comfortably said that all she can do is reschedule and I can go to another company if I want to. I wanted to speak to a manager or a supervisor and she said she is the manager.The worst experience ever with a service company. They are rude and do not see you as a customer at all. They make you wait for 53 days and then suggest another 45 days of waiting as if nothing happened.They would have zero customers if they operated in a big city.My suggestion: Avoid them if you have an alternative.If you have to work with them, give a call every week to make sure your name appears on their calendar.

After 20 years with this company I'm finished. Called on February 7th because my tank was down to 30 Gal. Was told it would be midweek before the route was ran again. That week came and went still on gas. Called on the 17 to tell them to come and get there tank because I found another gas service and was told a workorder was put in to have it removed. A long story short it's the Feb 21st and still nothing. Not sure what has happened to Southwestern VA gas.

During COVID 19 when banks and businesses were forgiving payments to help. Southwestern gas sends a bill for $25.10 for NOT using gas, Called Angie inquired about at this forgiveness at this time and her answer:" We have to pay OUR bills so this needs to be paid or we can pick up your tank."Obviously she doesn't think she will ever be hit with virus.

My bill is paid. And yes it was a little late. They told me they would be at my home on Wednesday the 11th. I am a single disabled dad with kids and no gas. Still havent showed up and today they said it would be 2 weeks before they can get to me.Gas in my home is for my heat and my water and cooking. No gas means none of these items.So tomorrow i am going to call the news and the newspapers and see what can be done about this.They also want me to pay an extra 100 dollars to have my fuel delivered. Cant afford it so i dont know what else to do

Customer service is awful. Called them on 12/13/19 to let them know my tank was running low. They told me I was not due for a refill for 10 more days but assured me I would be moved up. Over 10 days later, still waiting. Do not go with them, find another who understands customer service.

I called SWVA Gas Service around noon today and they just finished filling my tank around 2:30 PM. The lady that answered my phone was very nice and helpful. I am happy with their services.

I called twice over the last 3 weeks and left phone messages during business hours about needing gas. No delivery, no phone call, nothing. I got a hold of someone this morning and have cancelled my service with them.

Southwestern Gas is the best. The office staff is friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to help and accommodate our needs and schedule. I highly recommend Southwestern Gas!

Our bill was paid on time!! We ask them to come fill there tanks!! Two weeks past no fuel we called no service one day southwestern gas employee shows up and takes the tanks!! From our office and homes!! This is the worst gas company in the area!!

TERRIBLE!!! The only reason they got one star was because you have to select at least one star. I put money on my account two weeks ago and they still haven't came to fill my bottles. So now we have no heat. Terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere if you can.

Frustrated with these guys. They make it hard to do business with them. Time to look for a new propane supplier that can deliver LPG and process payments hassle free.

This place is completely a joke I've tried for 3 weeks to get tank filled...no show yet I've called several times keep saying we get you soon as possible...well 3rd week no show yet iam calling tell them come get tank iam done with these people the intre staff is a joke .Take you business to someone else .....

Ordered gas delivery a week ago -no delivery yet, have a 72 year old disabled veteran about to freeze as they are the only heat in his home-run away as fast as you can & find someone else
