This was my first time at the Radford, VA Sherwin-Williams store and it will not be my last. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The manager knows his stuff and promptly assisted with finding a replacement when the paint I wanted wasn't available. It was a perfect match. The manager even made a point to say goodbye as I left. I felt like a valued customer.

The customer service was outstanding! Amber went above and beyond to assist me with my order and selection of color and product. Highly recommend the Radford store and SW paint.

I highly recommend the Radford VA location. Mark Barnett was extremely helpful he spent the time with us needed to ensure we purchased the correct products for our cabinet make over. He also gave us excellent advice on how to prep and and ensure a good outcome. However I do not recommend going to the Christiansburg VA location if have questions you are just a bother to the person supposed to be providing you with excellent customer service. They just wan to throw a book at you and shove you out the door. Can't be bothered with answering any questions. If you want to go to Sherwin Williams go to the one in Radford VA ask for Mark B he knows what excellent customer service and customer satisfaction is all about.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great for professionals or do it yourselfers. Highly recommend, if they don't have they can get it or point you in the right direction!

They know THE answers to solve paint issues and problems. Have used them throughout the years. Paying a little more in the beginning pays off in the long run. The paint goes further and covers better.

Can get almost any color and quality paint. Wait for 30% or 40% off specials. Quick service and very helpful.
