We have purchased several cars in the past 10 years, but this was our first from Sheehy Toyota in Stafford. Mo was a great salesman. I did not feel forced in my purchase and I m very happy with my experience. Ashlee was also great in the finance department. All together this was a very quick and easy process (by far the fastest we ve experienced). We needed to leave by a certain time and they made it happen.

We recently drove 6 hours to purchase our Prius and it was one of the best car buying experiences we ve ever had. Jeremy was our salesman and he made this experience seamless amazing to work with and will go above and beyond to get you what you need . We had previously spoke with a local dealership to us that we had the typical dealership experience that you dread. When we went through Sheehy it was a completely different experience no shady practices they went above and beyond for us. I can t say enough positive things about Jeremy and Sheehy they are one of the best dealerships you could possibly ask for.

Stephanie was amazing! After days of torture shopping for a vehicle we decided to try Sheehy in Stafford. We were greeted in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner and Stephanie found us the perfect car within minutes. Micah was my salesperson and he was great. I reached out about a specific vehicle and he was very transparent about its availability. Most dealers want to get you in the door to sell you a vehicle now but he was honest about my vehicle of interest. He informed me the vehicle was recently traded in and it needed to be processed through service to ensure it s up to their standard. I m so grateful he made me aware of this before I drove 2 hours. He followed up with me as soon as it was available and made sure it was ready for me when I got there. I had a great experience with my salesperson and the dealerships finance office. There was no pressure to use their financing and they thoroughly explained all the optional warranty packages in a way that was easy to understand. If I was a VA resident that lived closer to a Sheehy dealer there s no way I would pass up on their service package! Great job Sheehy, I am very impressed!

I purchased my car a few years ago along with the Sheehy VIP package that comes with free oil changes for life sounds great except for when you make an appointment for an oil change you still end up waiting for hours. It makes the VIP package not worth it if you are going to waste time for something that should be able to be done in an hour tops. Every Sheehy location I have been to seems to have this problem. While waiting people would come in behind me and leave before I have. I don t understand why even make an appointment if you are still having to for hours for a simple oil change. I had an appointment at 3 and at 6 I was still waiting.

Easiest car buying experience that we ve ever had. Bob and Carlos were organized, nice, and respectful. We knew what features we wanted in a vehicle. They didn t have exactly what we were looking for on the lot but Bob found a car that was arriving soon that checked all of our boxes. He kept us up to date on the arrival and prepared the vehicle just liked we had discussed when it was time to pick it up. Carlos handled the paperwork which was organized and prepared in a timely manner. Communication all around was excellent.

Ian in service is the man! it is nice when you walk in first thing in the morning to a smiling face. It was my first time visiting Sheehy. I needed to get a key made, and Ian was able to help me, and in the process gave me good customer service.. I m a very customer service oriented person because of my field of employment and I would recommend going to Sheehy Toyota in Garrisonville, and letting Ian help you with all your service needs. Great job!!

We didn't expect to be able to take are new car home that same day. We just wanted to look and have the numbers ran before our ins replacement check came in.Josiah Crawford (Joe) was absolutely wonderful and as soon as we made an inquiry he was on the case and helped us via text/call and email.When we arrived at the store for our appointment at 2:30pm with Joe we found out he was busy with another client. So Ben helped us test drive and select our car. Then Joe came to us and collected our information to run the numbers and pitched two aux sale add ins to us. Both salesmen were excellent in customer service.The waiting game which was "waiting to run the financial numbers" and the back and forth waiting to see if we were okay became tedious but was later explained by the manager as understaffed financial department.But finally once we were saw by Ashlee Jones she was quick to explain everything and pitched the final round of aux sale add ons. And we found out with her that we would be able to take our new vehicle home that day! She was also excellent at customer service.I would give 4 stars instead of 5 because we sat and waited for hours to see the financial department who turned out to be only one person. But everyone we interacted with was absolutely wonderful and deserves 5 stars. But that wait time was exhausting.

My rep was polite, offered a ride home while the car was being worked on (routine checkup on tires, rotations, and oil) and then texted me when it was almost ready to get a ride back. All in all great experience with no issues, it did take a while to get the car back but they were busy so can t fault them for that.

I ve been coming to Sheehy Toyota of Stafford for the last three years and I gotta say, this team is really on top of things. Most recently, Richard A. in sales and Moe M. in finance made my purchase of a new Prius a seamless and enjoyable process. The service department is where I have spent the most time, and so my guy Ian B. gets a well deserved shout-out. These individuals make coming to the dealership, an otherwise mundane task, feel like coming to see a close friend. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out, reaffirming my trust in Sheehy Toyota. Highly recommend!

Making an appointment with the service department is pointless. When I came in for my scheduled appointment, I was given fair warning that it may take 3 hours (for an oil change/tire rotation), and that I had 9 cars ahead of me. Were they overbooked? Were they prioritizing walk-ins before people who had made an appointment? I have no idea. But this is no way to run a business.By the end of my appointment, I had waited 5 hours total, again, for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told multiple times during my visit that my car was being looked at , when I could go on the backlot each time and see it still sitting there.

Good morning,Bottom Line Up Front:-Mr. Mohammed is a fantastic sales associate and a wonderful human being. He gets 5 stars.-Business as a whole gets one star-Rick got involved because he heads up the team of sales associates that led to our issues. Attitude of your team reflects leadership Rick.I have been trying to hold off on my review for awhile because I wanted to give the sales folks a way of bettering the situation. Attached are the business cards that our direct POC for sale of our vehicle and his manager gave us when we bought at the dealership.Up front I will give Mr. Mohammed a great review. He worked with us to give us plenty of information to make the best decision for our soon to be growing family.The sales manager, Rick, needed to be contacted because his sales team was unable to answer our questions.My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned 2023 Toyota Highlander in September 2023. We were told the vehicle wasn't fully certified pre-owned because it was missing the second key FOB. The key FOB was awaiting delivery due to chip/supply chain issues. They assured us that the key FOB would be delivered and it would be programmed for us on delivery. We signed the contract with the understanding that the vehicle was not technically certified yet because of this issue. I will point out that we took a loan out on a certified pre-owned car and started making payments before it was certified.Fast forward to October. My wife was told the FOB was available for pickup and she went to the dealership during our appointment to have it programmed and picked up. She arrived to appointment and was told they couldn't do the programming of the FOB because we failed to bring the paperwork that the dealership gave us showing that we were owed the FOB. The dealership had the paperwork on file at the time of appointment.Being 8 months pregnant she was not able to be as flexible as normal so she departed. A couple of weeks later when we stopped in again to try and get it completed, now with both of us there we were told it would take 2-3 hours. My wife wasn't feeling well and we decided to leave. Another manager gave us a card and told us that Keyway would be a service that could bring the FOB to the house and program it for us so we wouldn't have to make an additional trip. We took the information from Dave Ott and we went home with the understanding that we would be contacted for this in home appointment. Our twins were born in November and we still had one FOB. I called in December and was told because Toyotathon was going on that it was going to be difficult to schedule anything. I was asked to wait till after the New Year.I called this morning on 15 January and was transferred 3 times on my first attempt which ended in a voicemail. The second call I got transferred twice and finally had to tell Enrique that I would not take another transfer unless it was to Rick. He transferred me and Rick took my information. He was surprised that I was told the FOB could be programmed and delivered because the dealership didn't do that. I told him Dave Ott gave me Keyway as the service to do it. He then responded with, "Oh yeah they come to the house to do it." He said he'd call me back. I called Keyway and asked if they had ever heard of us or if we had slipped through the cracks. They said they had not had anything in the system for us.Global demand for cars is down. Dealerships hang additional fees on cars that are already overpriced. The service is bad. People are not helping the case. I would recommend against using this dealership as an option to buy.Toyota should find a way to keep an eye on dealerships such as this.

Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle I was purchasing.When I made it to the finance department to finalize the transaction (I had obtained financing through an outside bank and structured the down payment/ financing according to what I was told regarding their payment policy) things fell apart for a few minutes due to an alleged change in company policy the day prior. The manager had to be called in to waive a fee but the manager was less than friendly and never even made eye contact with us. That situation could have been handled far better.The price and condition of the vehicle were great as well as our salesperson, Jimmy.

Everyone at this location went above and beyond to help us get the new car we wanted. The Sales Manager Ben made sure the car we wanted was on site when we arrived, at no extra charge to us. Bob set us up for the test drive and got our paper work going. Rachael ran us through all the legal paperwork, and was patient in clarifying questions I had. At no point did anyone try to up-sell us, or talk us into anything that we didn't want. There was no "Let me just go in the back and check with my Manager" manipulative tactics I've experienced at other dealerships.When all the paperwork was signed and the car was ours, Bob helped us get the car synced with my son's phone and set us up with the first free oil change 6 months down the line.We drove down to Stafford from Springfield because they had the same car for several thousand dollars cheaper than what was closer to us, and it was well worth it!We are very pleased with our purchase of a 2024 Camry Hybrid LE! My son got 56 mpg on the way back home and was overjoyed!Thank you for making a potentially stressful transaction go so smoothly!

I ve been coming to this location for roughly 4 years now to have my vehicles serviced today will be my LAST! What s the point of making an appointment if it s going to take 3 hours and 30 minutes to change the oil and rotate the tires? Ridiculous!!! I asked for my vehicle back after waiting 3 and a half hours and left! Stop scheduling so many vehicles per day and perhaps you d have happier customers AND mechanics.

Was looking around for a used sequoia and they had one in stock, low mileage and great condition! Took my car in for a state inspection. Made an appointment and when I arrived at my appointment time, they said it would only take an hour so I decided to wait. 2 hours later I went to check on my vehicle. The service person said they hadn t even started yet. I requested to have my vehicle returned to me since I have a job and I could take anymore time away from it. This is extremely poor management in my opinion. Why do you have appointments if you can t even keep close to the given time? Moving forward I will always look for alternatives instead of Toyota

Jimmy Leveque was the perfect Sales rep. Carlos took care of us as well. All of Sheehy staff were kind and welcoming, but never in your face or pushy they were there to truly help.

Great initial experience. Took care in showing us the vehicle we were interested in. Work with us to stay within our budget. However, when picking up the car after paint scratches we repaired. Key fob and getting promised 2nd has been an issue. Still waiting for those items it will be two weeks in a couple of days since purchasing.

My wife had a 2:45 appointment for an oil change, the service writer said it will be at least 3 hours. I called at 5:43 to see if it was ready and was told it s on the lift now so it should be ready in about an hour, they called at 7:25 to say it was ready and since the service department was now closed she d be happy to leave the keys in the car. I think next time we ll go elsewhere.
