I got an estimate for $2,600+. Took my vehicle to be repaired based on the estimate and was told the price could go up - no problem. The next I was called and the new estimate was $5,000+, they said there were other damages underneath the fender. So, I said No Deal and went immediately to pick my vehicle up, they hadn t even touched my vehicle, but claimed there s additional damage. Very dishonest - no way on earth an estimate is going to be off that much and then double the price.

Got into an accident a few weeks back. Insurance company forwarded me to Service King (Collision Champions now, I guess) all the staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable, taking their time with me in identifying the areas that they would be working. Total repair time took about two weeks. When I received the vehicle, it was restored back to its original condition with exception of two issues:1. There was an oversight on the paint job regarding a scuff mark on the hood where a rock left a noticeable mark. Failed to correct the imperfection and I now need to go through my insurance to open another claim to get it fixed.2. Whoever drove this vehicle while it was being repaired left a large gallon water bottle on its side on the passenger seat and it leaked out. My passenger seat is completely soaked, and we're waiting to see if it had damaged the leather.

We took our vehicle here at the recommendation of our insurance company. We were treated well by Brian, Lee, and Brooke. Our vehicle repairs were completed on schedule and they kept us informed during the entire process.Two days after we picked up our vehicle, we noticed an issue that had happened during the repair. When we brought it to their attention, they were quick to get our vehicle back in to their shop and fixed it right away.We would recommend this shop.

I went to Service King Collision Repair after my car was not completely fixed from a previous repair shop. I was expecting to have to schedule an appointment and wait a long time before my car could be fixed. Larry looked at my repair and told me he can fix it on the spot and free of charge. His customer service was excellent. Now my car is fixed and I'm happy. I definitely recommend this place and Larry is awesome.

Unbelievable pleasant customer service! Unfortunately, it's not something I would expect from a body shop. EVERY single person treated me with respect and made sure I was taken care of AND my vehicle was done way sooner than estimated

Love love loveee Service King! The scheduling was a breeze; I was able to schedule over the phone and the dates were really flexible despite the supply shortage. Everyone at the shop was so friendly and welcoming. From the front desk secretary to the Navy manager, everyone was very personable and professional. They really took their time to reconstruct my baby. I received frequent notifications from Kevin throughout the process that reassured me they were working on my car in a timely manner. When it got time to pick up my car I was really in shock with how well they had done. My car went from busted to brand new! They hand mixed the paint and matched it perfectly, repaired everything as expected and even detailed the inside of my car. 5 star service for sure. Cons:Owner is rude to customers and lacks kindness and understanding. Yelled at me while I was trying to find my car in the overfilled lot out backEstimator is not compassionate and doesn t seem to care about customers, only money and insuranceGave me a date to pick up my car and after 5 days told me they actually thought they weren t going to fix it and would ask insurance. Never heard from them again. Just got an email from my insurance. Poor experience with management team all around at this placePros:They know how to hire support staff. The receptionist was STELLAR. And deserves a raise.I was there early and out in the cold. A woman working in the back came and let me in even though they weren t open and let me get warm and have some tea or coffee.After getting yelled at by the owner, while I was near tears, a gentleman came out and helped me find my car and get the plates from my car and wished me happy birthday (totaled car on my birthday, couldn t matter any less to the management or owner)Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Repaired tailgate, rear bumper after rear end collision. Office personnel was very polite & courteous. More importantly, they were precise in keeping me informed as to work as it was being performed. I took my car here to get the fuel door painted satin black. I explained how I attempted to do it myself but wasn't satisfied with the results. The manager explained the process then brought out the painter to speak with me. I explained what I wanted and he understood. About a day later the manager called me that the work was done but it didn't meet his expectations so he was having it sanded back down and repainted. He explained it would be ready the following day. I appreciated the communication on letting me know the status of the work being done. I received a call the following morning from the manager that my part was ready and I could stop by anytime to pick it up. I came in and was greeted with smiles then shown the work. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and my car looks great! I highly recommend service king for autobody repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Please Don t use this business for anything. Service King took 3 months to repair my vehicle. Upon picking it up my windshield was broken. I brought it to Kevin s attention, he went and got Jason the manager who advised me that they were not responsible for my windshield because it was broken when I brought it in for repair. He was very nasty and rude towards me, telling me to get off the property. The worst part is the insurance company sided with Jason even though I have pictures of my car before and after the broken windshield. Jason s allegations are totally bogus, he damaged my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very impressed with SKs thorough approach to the entire process of auto repair. Service staff is professional and efficient. Repair estimate was quick and fair. Particularly impressed with their continuous communication throughout the entire process. Staff was anxious to answer all questions I had and to ensure I was knowledgeable of progress being made or any delays (COVID affects everything).End product was beautiful! Hopefully I won't have to use collision services again.....but if so, Service King is my choice.Service: Body & Trim

Service King Stafford was absolutely superb. Great customer service! I was kept fully informed of my car's status every step of the way. The repair is unbelievably great! Superb craftsmanship. While I hope I don't need their services in the future, they have absolutely earned my strongest 6 out of 5 star recommendation!

Excellent, Excellent customer Service from Ty the General manager. There was a delay in getting my car fixed and the rental car company (Enterprise) at 14655 Jefferson Davis was not willing to reduce the price of the rental car (poor customer service) to where we as a consumer would not have to pay out of pocket since my insurance was paying for the repair. Ty assured me he would take care of it and i would not have to pay anything to stay in the rental. Thank you Ty for the great customer service. God Bless You

Recently had my vehicle repaired from a deer incident. The way the vehicle is designed, they only had to replace the passenger front bumper, grill, fender, etc. The driver side bumper had rock chips which they tried to buff out as a courtesy but ended up putting several scratches all over the paint that I didn't notice until the next day when the sun was out. I immediately called and they had me bring it back in. They tried to fix it and ended up just offering to repaint and they also covered up a small ding in the paint since they already had the color mixed. Manager and staff were great! They will do everything they can to make sure their customer is happy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We were very satisfied with Service King over their repairs to our Rav 4 recently.They got us in quickly, had the estimate done and approved with our insurance company almost immediately, and had our car back to us days ahead of the promised date. The car was very clean when returned, the staff was great throughout at keeping us informed of progress, and everyone we dealt with could not have been more kind and helpful. In light of the covid 19 pandemic, we found this especially gratifying! We hope we won't require their service again, but will certainly choose them again if we do!

I had my car taken here after an accident (the other guys insurance covering it). They refused to work on a couple issues claiming pre-existing damage (but the car had no issues before the accident and had no check engine lights from those before), and when I brought my car back for those issues and more importantly the screeching sound that happens everything I turn to the right they basically told me to get lost. They didn't even tell me what they had refused to fix, or give me the option to pay for it myself.

First-class experience. Service King addressed all of our needs and repaired our vehicle to it's original condition. The service was too notch and the manager have us excellent treatment. I had an excellent experience in July of 2016, My car was struck in a parking lot (2014 civic). the repairs were done perfectly to include replacing door, rocker panel and blending paint across the rear door to the front panel. Lisa Holley was very helpful and explained the entire process to me. She kept me up to date as the repairs took about 7 business days (not too long). I was very pleased with the outcome and the customer service.

I had an appointment to have a small mark, hopefully, buffed out. I arrived before my appointment time and they saw my car immediately and buffed out the mark on the spot. Great service, friendly, and helpful people. Will definitely refer and visit again if needed.

My car was scheduled to be fully fixed and picked up on may 26th when I called to confirm on may 26th they said they were still waiting on one part and that it would be another few weeks. I told them I needed my car today and they said they can give it to me today and I come back in a few weeks to have the rest of the damage fixed. The reason for the one star is because they can t ever give me an estimated time and are always confused when I tell them I need to pick it up. It took them four days to do a inspection on it. Don t recommend this place if you need your car back fast and within a few days.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

I ve had to bring my car into Service King twice for major body damage. They re work is exceptional, A+.. Service King is the bomb.com. They ll update every step throughout the process, very responsive. I honestly wouldn t take my car any where else besides Service King. We chose to take my car to Service King after a collision as USAA recommended it. During the whole highly stressful and emotional process, they have been super sweet and helpful and have been able to answer all my questions. I am truly impressed by the amazing customer service. Minor damage done in parking lot, This is my 2nd time with them. Both experiences were fantastic, the quality of the work, to delivery, to having warranty explained to us. The customer service was good, I had no issues with the estimate or the assessment of the vehicle, but when I got my vehicle back I realized cookie crumbs (clearly someone was eating in my car while it was getting serviced) and I also realized an air freshener had been stolen from my middle console. I will definitely not be returning to this location. An establishment with dishonest employees like that is not worth my time or business.

Took my Dodge Ram 2500 in to have my bumper and a scratch on my fender fixed after someone hit my truck a couple of days after i purchased it. The service here at Professional Collision was absolutely phenomenal for me. I was helped by Lisa, she walked me through the whole processes of what they were going to have to do with great detail. Such as what parts had to be removed, where they would have to spray, how long it would take and everything. I was also notified by email of each stage which I thought was pretty neat. Overall my experience was a lot smoother than I planned it to be, everyone who I encountered there greeted me with a smile & made the whole experience comfortable. The work turned out great as well, looks brand new. Thanks again guys will return again if anyone decides to hit my truck again! A++++

Outstanding service, friendly and knowledgeable couldn't say enough good things about them. I would have even had them fix my car if I didn't have a good friend who was in the body business. My car was towed here after it was wrecked. They held the car in their back lot for about a month and did not charge me, it was very nice of them and they were all consumate professionals. When my battery was dead from sitting one of their body guys cheerfully came out and gave me a jump start. I can't say enough good things about the place
