We met Kim by chance when we needed a notary. Since our current auto policy is due to renew I asked her for a quote. She got back to me the same day. She is so friendly and helpful, I can understand by people choose her to be their agent.

Kimberly responded to an after-hours email early the next morning to provide a document I requested on short notice. When I neglectfully called the office without first checking my email, Kimberly responded with graciousness and professionalism.We have held our policies with this State Farm agency for many years due to their exemplary customer service record. Kimberly is one of the reasons we will continue to trust this agency.

I never write reviews but am compelled to share my top rate experiences at Sarah Tilson-Miano State Farm. Sarah and Kim have been so helpful and kind after the death of my father. Kim has assisted with several complicated situations. She has answered every question, researches issues and gets back to me right away. She is patient, kind and understanding. I highly recommend.

I deal with Kim and Sarah quite often and couldn t be more pleased with all the services they offer at my State Farm office. Kim is so knowledgeable and always professional in everything!!!! I ve dealt with State Farm for over 50 years with home, auto, and life insurance and wouldn t go anywhere else. Kim is a sweetheart and this office takes really good care of all my insurance needs!!!!! Absolutely anything I need or questions I have are always taken care of by Kim!!!! She really knows her stuff!!!

Kim Owens helped me get a great deal on homeowner's and car insurance. I ended up getting better coverage and paying less for it. Buying a house was stressful and Kim made this part of that process so much easier. She patiently and thoroughly explained everything. Every time I go into the State Farm Office In Fairlawn ( Sarah Tilson - Miano ) it s like Family Good People !!!! Today Kimberly Owen's was Awesome .. big smile - very professional but kind & very pleasant !! She took care of my Insurance needs quickly & She even gave me some 2024 Calendars !!! For the first time in 50 plus years we have an agent that knows us by name and we can visit their office any time we wish. We have gone to see Kim a few times in the last couple of months and each time we arrive she typically has already checked on our policies and knows the status of any issues that need to be resolved. Aside from that she is professional, knowledgeable, personable and pleasant. We are very happy with Sarah Tilson-Miano and her agency and we look forward to many years of association with both Sarah and Kim.

The agency makes the insurance company s reputation. Kim did a great job initially when I bundled my home and auto and got a great deal. Recently I had an issue with my basement flooring and Kim guided me through the process and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Kim definitely meets the motto Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there .
