I've taken my car there a few times for They've typically done a good job on whatever was needed to be done. I was reading some of the lower reviews. And I'm bit puzzled since most alternative jobs are ballparked,$ 250 for parts and labor, I'm not really seeing where 280. Is that much out of the ballpark for that kind of work. As for the complaint about the inspection just because they can Inspect The car doesn't mean they've got men to work on the car the same day of the inspection The inspection is only about a twenty minute job What needs to be repaired could be a 2 hour job and they may not have the slot that day to do it. So I think some of the lower ratings are kind of petty , just my take.

Fell in love with this place. I think their prices are fair. They do good work. And they back to their work up. I would recommend making appointment ahead of time because they're very busy.

Their prices are extremely high. I had an alternator put in and they charged me $280 for the part and I called O'Reilly's and could get the exact same thing for $150. They're labor is not that bad but that's ridiculous. Almost double the price for something that's just ridiculous

We had our daughters car towed here because the transmission left her stranded. They were honest and told us it should go to the dealer and gave us the manufacturers customer satisfaction code from the manufacturer for the transmission problem. Nothing beats honesty in business. I have a shop in Nebraska and it's good to know there are others you can trust.Service: Transmission

I ran over something in the road one morning and punctured my tire. It was a slow enough leak for me to make it to their shop. I told Crystal up front what had happened and she got my car right in To repair the tire and get me back on the road. I took my car in for new brakes. They came out to tell me my brakes still had a lot of life. And to wait to change them. That's Rowletts in a nutshell, I appreciate their honesty. I recommend them for all of your needs.

Had a K N intake put on a 2021 Ford Ranger, great service and great price. everyone was very polite made you feel at home. Also very clean establishment.

Brought my car in for state inspection. It failed the inspection and they would not do the simple repairs on the same appointment. Had to make another appointment. Broke down in VA on my way home and was towed here. Thank G-d I ended up at Rowlett s! Jeremy shuffled things around to replace my clutch and get me back on the road within a day and a half. Crystal up front was super kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Clutch is smoother then I ever remember it being and have 4 new tires as well. Appreciate the service, kindness and integrity of everyone in this shop. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to have their auto repaired.

Went there to have a screw removed from a tire only to discover it didn't actually puncture the tire. No charge they said. Got a quote on some Michelin tires. They quoted a very competitive price. An honest establishment.

Always willing to work me in, even in lunch break when I hit a ground hog and it made underpinning on car drag the road. Reasonably priced. Helpful staff. I have all my vehicles maintenance done here.

Went to get tires on my car and they decided because they were aftermarket wheels they wanted to put SUV tires on which were completely wrong for a passenger vehicle causing a rougher ride through stiffer side walls also making the car look like mad max. Owner claims to know a lot motors and vehicles but after a brief conversation it was very apparent he knew nothing about anything with a motor. Save your money and go elsewhere.Service: Tires

I have a small fleet of work vehicles Rowletts keeps up for me. They have always been honest and professional. One of my work vans has almost 400,000 miles on it and runs like a champ- enough said.

Terrible Management and Service! My car had a rough idle, Jeremy charged me $210 to ONLY diagnose what he THOUGHT was wrong with my vehicle. There was no repair done and no plan of action. I called and left a message with Crystal about the overcharge, the only response was "Well, he did spend a long time trying to figure out what was wrong."Then later in the day Crystal, not Jeremy, called and left a message that it would be another $600+ to replace PCM. Do NOT be fooled by this business! Go somewhere else!

DO NOT go here. My car came out worse than it went in. They didn't hook wires back up and had a belt off by a couple of teeth. They were willing to invistagate the problem, they caused for $600.
