I recently visited Rosen Tire in Mount Crawford, VA, and was thoroughly impressed. When I experienced a tire blowout, their prompt and professional service was remarkable. Corey and Jessica's effective communication ensured I was informed throughout. With fair pricing and efficient work, I definitely recommend them for great service.

We got a flat while driving to Virginia from Florida I call Rosen gave them my tire size. When we arrived 6 hours later they had my tire waiting.Service was fast we were in and out.Lady at the front desk was a treat,Professionals all the way. Fantastic experience being a stranger so far from home

Excellent service, I got bad luck getting my passenger front tire pop and also my spare pops on my way to park in a gas stationI spend the night there at the gas station and I start looking for tires shops near by, because I m from Pennsylvania and I don t have any idea what is around me at the moment, so I found Rosen TiresThe next morning I call Rosen Tires and they send a Roadside tire service and get my one of my tires fix then I follow them to the shop to get my other 3 tires fix with really good price and good quality service

Talk about a great group of guys in extreme team work. I had a blowout on the highway. I lived in a closing time stay changed two tires and put the shackle back on my trailer so I was safe. I can't say enough about the wonderful manager and his team

I have been a loyal customer for many years, no more. I will not return with any of the 5 current vehicles or any others in the future. Our car was in at the end of last March for new tires and an alignment. The car gets tire rotation with every oil change at the local dealership, so there should be even wear. Today, we were told that we need new tires, so we went back to Rosen's where we were told that it was due to a previous misalignment. As admitted by them, they were the last ones to align the car and will not stand behind the misalignment. They opted to give us $25 off of each tire, bringing each tire down to $89 per tire without mounting and balancing. I have priced the same tire for $87 elsewhere. I was told that the tire manufacturer recommends an alignment to be done every 6 months, which is not true. Industry standard is actually 2-3 years. As a female who has worked in vehicle parts and service for over 20 years, I am aware of how all of this works and how it should and should not be handled. I would also like to note, that I rarely have anything negative to say in reviews. Only when deserved, and that can be verified if you look at the many positive reviews that I have left on Yelp and Google. CC Rosen would not like the way that this was handled. But I guess since it is no longer CC Rosen, just Rosen and under different ownership that no longer applies. And they care not if they lose a very loyal long lasting customer.

Quick, efficient, and cheap. They helped me figure out exactly what was needed to repair my tires, were incredibly upfront with me about what was going on, and made no intention to overcharge me, even when they had the opportunity.In addition to the work I came in for, I'd noticed a small nail in one of my tires (along the sidewall where it couldn't be patched). Instead of taking the opportunity to upsell me on a replacement tire, they checked it out and were able to determine it hadn't fully pierced and was fine to drive without getting a new tire.I was in and out in less than an hour and charged less that 20% of what I was quoted elsewhere. As an added bonus, if you have an AWD vehicle and do need a tire replaced, they are the only shop in the valley that'll shave down a tire for you so that you don't have to buy two or more to keep your wear even.Highly recommend.

Had a noise coming from my front end that I figured was a pricey fix. Ended up being plastic clips, only costing me $20.I am very impressed with their honesty and don t ever plan to go elsewhere for my auto repair needs.

Customer Service today was amazing. I'm here for the week due to funeral arrangements for a family member, and I had a tire completely blow. They worked with us so my Dad could take the car and was in and out in less than an hour. With all of life's stress that I (and we all) can have, it was really great for Mike to be so nice and helpful.

Rosen has been our tire store for many years. We had the tires balanced and rotated. We trust Rosen for their opinion on all our fleet.

Amazing customer service! Kevin did a great job on my alignment! He walked me through the process and asked if I had any preferences on the setup. It took a little longer than anticipated but they didn't charge a penny more than the original quote even with the aftermarket parts I have and a lowered ride for which they probably had to take some extra measures to get the car on the lift. I recommend this shop to anyone needing an alignment! Thanks guys!

Boys in the back were fantastic. Employees in the office were RUDE. Accused my husband of being someone who owed them money. Proceeded to give the NAME of the man who owed them money. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Will most likely not be back. It's a shame because the guys doing repairs were awesome to deal with! We have been coming here for years and the level of service received from office employees today was highly unacceptable.

We can't thank the crew at Rosen Tire for their help, we were towing our race trailer and out truck got a flat due to a bad Valve Stem. We called them 20 mins before they closed and said bring it on over we will fix it! These guys are top notch, If we didn't live in Massachusetts this place would 100% be my new place to buy all our tires from!

These are people who put people first. They are skilled in keeping older cars on the road, but they are also up to date on new cars. The point is that they look at each case individually. They figure out how to fix it, they present you with the long term and short term fix and let you decide. I have never had a better relationship with mechanics than I have here. They are absolutely the best!

Dropped off my vehicle on Monday and told them they had a week to change the oil and replace the oil sender sensor. Gave them my number and asked them to call if any problems. Called them on Thursday and they said planned to do the work on Friday. I showed up Monday afternoon to pick up my vehicle; they had not done the work and the shop manager could not come up with any reason

Heading to PA I noticed the new front tires were not balanced. I pulled in, explained my problem. The balanced the wheels and also found a stripped lug nut. The price was more than fair. Honest and extremely helpful!

I have been using CC Rosen for over 35 years. They continue to provide excellent service, as my recent experience- came without an appointment for a slight high speed vibration. They found 2 tires slightly out of balance from wear, but the real problem was a sticky caliper. As they have a full service repair shop, they fixed this at my convenience. My dad was convinced some years ago as he had an issue diagnosed and fixed that several other shops could not determine. Recommend to all!

I am a 10+ year veteran of the automotive/heavy equipment maintenance field. There are very few things I can't do when it comes to repairing vehicles. Alignments, state inspections and tires are some of those things. I find it funny that the service advisor tried to sell me windshield wipers so my car would pass the state inspection yet I know that my car did not need wipers because they were practically new and had been replaced before I brought the car in. Thanks for trying to trick me with one of the oldest tricks in the book. I will not be bringing my vehicle back. In fact if I have the bad luck to break down while driving past I'll push my car to Mount Crawford or Bridgewater before I let dishonest people like this touch it.

Horrible company to deal with run run run away. My girl friends vehicle was taken to them to replace an alternator. They damaged her car door and then said it was another customer and they weren't responsible. It took over 2 months and police involvement for them to make and insurance claim. There are many other great companies to deal with so don't risk it with these people
