I have had nothing but positive experiences working with Stacey Allen at State Farm Insurance in Radford, Virginia. She has helped me with various insurance needs, some of which were not served by other insurance companies. Stacey has always been very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. I am so glad to have found her!

I really appreciate working with state farm, i haven't had as personable of experience with others insurance places. I'm now a dedicated state farm customer. Please keep doing what you do and how you treat your customers state farm :)

I feel like I'm in there family and Christy has got to be the best agent I've ever dealt with.she is so intelligent and knowledgeable about all my insurance needs.she follows up and keeps my insurance policy going strong with affordable rates and the coverage I want. They went beyond the normal after my truck was hit in a parking lot. They found everything possible to make sure I was taken care of even giving advice on how to make it so I could keep the rental car that was provided until the job was finished even though it went beyond my coverage. They did all this even though I was a new customer absolutely amazing. The lady in the office even remembers my health issues. When I talk to her they make you feel like a person so glad I switched from GEICO.

Stacey is very knowledgeable and willing to answer *all* of my questions without making me feel like I was just another number or like I was wasting their time because insurance is *so vast*. She took her time to make sure I understood everything we went over and walked/talked me through what I didn't understand. 10 outta 10, highly recommend!!

New customer. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Stacey Allen, and she patiently answered all of my many questions. She also provided multiple quotes so I could see the impact of the repairs I am making to my property. She was knowledgable, professional, and pleasant. The quotes were competitively priced and I bound coverage today. No claims yet, so I can't comment on that yet. But my evaluation and the onboarding process was very efficient and very positive.

My husband had a serious health problem and Stacey Allen helped us get life insurance. She was easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different types of policies. I would highly recommend her.

This past week has been an incredibly stressful one. I called Roger Allen State Farm and talked to Christine Black, and needless to say she not only calmed my nerves but got my home insurance in order for me. She was able to process my information and get my insurance going all within one phone call so I could keep my mortgage and my home. I will forever be grateful for her kind words and her ability to help fix my situation. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. You all are amazing! I can t wait to eventually switch my auto insurance over to you all and possibly get a personal policy for myself.

I have been very pleased with my experience with the Roger Allen team at State Farm. Easily accessible for any questions or concerns. I had been with another company for 46 years when I switched to State Farm. This agency has been great for me.

Christy is the best no matter what i go thru she helps me figure it out! I also called her and got cheaper insurance for my son on 2 cars cheaper by 300.00 ! Renters insurance is the best and cheapest, thanks for all your help lady

Christy has helped us on countless occasions to add vehicles, life insurance, and home insurance and is very knowledgeable at finding us the best fit. Roger called me and told me he liked to review his customers policies once a year. He was so friendly and informative. I really had a great understanding of my insurance and was able to get a discount on my car insurance by purchasing life insurance at a great cost! I feel so much better about my insurance and what I m paying for. Thank you for such great customer service.

Tanner is great to work with. He is always pleasant and is extremely knowledgeable in home, auto, and life insurance. If you are looking for great service you need to contact Kristy at Roger Allen State Farm. She is warm, friendly and professional. She did a great job informing me about the new Guaranteed Life Insurance Policy. I feel confident knowing my family is secure.

Tanner was able to get me to the right guy for a flood policy even tho he couldn't help himself. He went above and beyond, answered all my questions, listened to me ramble, interjected and added value where necessary. This man is a rising star and you can just tell no matter what he chooses to do in life he'll be successful. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He's also a witty wise cracker with a great sense of humor. Don't go anywhere else, give Tanner a shot. He'll even tell you if you have a better option, that's Professionalism at its finest.

I spoke with Tanner Cox, and he was unbelievably helpful. He was able to answer all my questions with great knowledge. I felt like he really cared about all of my coverage needs. I highly recommend him and their office. I recommended them to my friend Susan and she also had a wonderful experience and saved tons of money on her new policy. Tanner was even able to increase her coverage and STILL save her money.

I just wanna thank my good buddy Roger Allen, State Farm Agent. We were running into a snag while buying our Log home. Much to our surprise some insurance companies will not insure log homes and those who do have outrageous premiums. I made a call to Roger and he dropped everything to help me obtain a homeowners policy for our home. He not only beat other quotes by 30% he increased our coverage by 25% and made sure we had the best coverage if their were to be a total loss. Within 10 minutes we had our homeowners policy. We are so great full to have Roger on our side during this homebuying process. He slayed the competition. He also beat my mothers current homeowners and vehicle policy by 15%. Thank you Roger for everything you have done for us and going from my previous Manager to my Agent for life. I ll keep you updated on our farms progress.

I contacted this office regarding a review of my home and automobile insurance. The agent I spoke with was David Harrison. He meticulously compared State Farm s policies and premiums with my long term company. Although I elected not to change companies at this time, the review with David was very helpful. I do plan to insure some valuable property items with State Farm, because my current company does not offer that type of coverage. Pleasant and professional agents!
