HOENST REVIEW: My only complaint is that Google does not allow 10 starts because ETHAN is amazing. He really works hard to find what is best for YOU and your family. Ethan is very responsive, kind, knowledgeable and informative (big plus)! I will definitely continue to work with him in the future! He made this such a smooth process and I really appreciate it! Ethan was awesome to work with! Couldn't recommend him enough. Not only did he find me a very competitive rate on my homeowners insurance but ran bundle analysis to see if I could save even more and was up front and honest with me if he couldn't beat another agency. He offers great rates, a friendly non-pressuring attitude, he's easy going and fosters a community driven atmosphere.. Thank you Ethan!

I had an issue with nationwide were I was what I felt was overcharged for a few days of an extra car on my insurance and left a negative review and 1 star about Ridpath insurance. , but Ethan contacted me to figure out problem,he worked hard for me found me a better insurance company( better coverage, better price)upon my request and was there to answer every question. And my problem was never with them at all it was Nationwide. Ridpath insurance gets 5 stars in my book. Ethan is good at his job and works hard at it. I'm glad I have him working for me.

I have been working with Ethan at Ridpath company for 6 years. Ridpath insurance company is the best insurance company I have ever used. They treat all customers like family. Whenever I have questions, I contact them and am always pleasantly surprised by their quick response, as well as their strong sense of responsibility and care they put into helping customers. Thanks to him, I could save a lot of money. I never hesitate to recommend them to others.

My wife and I are new to the area and came across Ridpath Insurance while searching Google for local agents. We couldn't be happier with our choice. The entire staff is awesome. So friendly, responsive, and helpful. We worked with Ethan Shores to find the best home owner's policy for our needs. Ethan is wonderful. He really shopped around for the best coverage and price. He was also extremely patient in answering our questions, explaining our options, and working with our lender. He even offered a ton of helpful advice about the area. He acted as a true advocate for us instead of the insurance companies. Then when we moved in and discovered some plumbing issues, Ethan immediately came to the rescue and helped us figure out what to do. With his vast and expert knowledge, reassuring attitude, and desire to help, Ethan has gone above and beyond. This is truly the best insurance company we have ever worked with and we wholeheartedly recommend Ridpath Insurance!

Excellent customer service. Ethan was respectful of our needs and took the best care of us. Very professional. This is the first time in my life I have walked out of an insurance office and understood exactly what I was buying. Very knowledgeable on all aspects, and made sure were were covered correctly. I had a huge price increase occur on my current insurance and quickly started looking locally for another firm. I stumbled upon Ridpath insurance just as I was going to Walmart one day. I called a few days later, with all my documents prepared so I could just name off the things I currently had with the other carrier. All workers were extremely helpful during my initial outreach and gathered all my information quickly. A couple days later I received a call from Ethan- Director of Sales who wanted to find out more information about the things we were interested in or changes we wanted to make. We started communicating frequently from the beginning of January and I made it clear we were looking to transition as soon as possible. Ethan jumped in immediately and started working towards our goals, I would say he had quotes to me within the first few days. After, he kept communication as I needed to change some things. Finally close to the end of January, I had decided that we were ready to switch over and the quotes we received were finally comparable with what we wanted. He met with us in person to review/sign all documents and continued to follow up with us the days following to make sure we completed documents at home and that we were refunded from our previous insurance company. I appreciate the communication and dedication that these employees have for their members. It s nice to know that you don t have to worry about anything and someone else takes care of your needs. I would definitely recommend this company, as I left the building and told several family members and friends that Ridpath insurance is the way to go.

I sent out a number of emails through provider websites asking for quotes when I moved to the area. Ethan at Ridpath got back to me quickly - and he was one of two out of six that got back to me at all - and has been a pleasure to work with. Communicative, pleasant, and really knows his stuff. Their mobile app lets me manage my policies with different companies and makes everything seamless, too. I m very happy with Ridpath as my insurance agency.

I have dealt with Ethan of Ridpath Insurance for almost six years now. Ethan is constantly looking out for his clients best interests. When I have a policy about to renew, he will call me and go over various options to insure we are getting the best rate. The service you get here is excellent. Ethan goes above and beyond for his customers. We recently needed some specialized insurance that was difficult to underwrite and Ethan spent a lot of time trying to find what would best suit our needs. He makes you feel like you re his only customer with the way he remembers all the details about your various insurance products. You will not regret having this company handle all your insurance needs.

Everyone in the office is fantastic to work with. I had questions about the new laws going into effect for vehicle insurance. Called and spoke to Ethan Shores...
