The price increase on these units are crazy and very constant!! The only bright side is the caring attitude we receive from Ms. Sheena. She can t control the crazy price increases, but she is always willing to assist us with any storage issues. Thank you Ms. Sheena for being a positive asset.

Oh yeah, I gave Sheena five stars because she's that and much more. This why my card decided this day it wasn't going to work. Sheena took time to assist me. When that's her job, but it is her character.

Terrible customer service waited for someone to arrive for more than 30 minutes in the office. For the prices you pay for storage there should be a better level of customer service. Complete money grab at the end of the day. I would recommend any other storage company over this one. I would even recommend a box on the side of the road more than these guys.
