Commission Plan = 1/5 stars - I was told that I must leave a review in order for our salesman, Tony, to get paid his commission!!! Personally, this seems very unjust and forces the buyer to leave a review. This is a very pushy sales tactic and I am not enthused by the messages to leave a review or I won t get paid this week when I haven t yet received the title for the car I purchased last week. For this reason, I have knocked off one star, but this is no fault of Tony s. I hope that the management team will compensate him and find a better way to implement their commission payout system.Tony = 4.5/5 stars - Tony sold us the car. He was very accommodating for my questions and sent lots of photos of the vehicle ahead of time. The one downfall is that we asked him to fill the tires with air before we drove off the lot after purchasing because it was making a strange humming sound that occurred with the wheel oscillations. When he came back, we asked him if the sound had gone and he replied yes, which was not true. They also only filled the gas half way when they went to fill it, although I m not sure if that s the case with other automotive dealers as well.Ronnie = 4.5/5 stars - Ronnie is the finance person. Ronnie was reasonable and knocked off a few bucks after we had the mechanic look the truck over and prove that it barely passed inspection regarding the brakes and calipers as well as needing new front tires. The reason for -1 star is that Ronnie had no idea how the warranty worked. We had a lot of questions but he couldn t really tell us much about it. We opted to go with a third party. He was also an hour late after opening. Not sure if that s common for the financial team but it did set us back in terms of the mechanical inspection appointment we set up. It was fine, but I called Tony again this week for another thing and Ronnie was not in again, so it seems that he doesn t have the same hours as the sales team and it would be helpful to note that for buyers who are traveling a good distance for a car.Buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming, but we love the truck and appreciate Tony going out of his way to share details on the vehicle with us.

I want to share my experience with customer service at Prime Galleria. In a word, it was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff eager to assist me. They listened to my needs and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

We were looking for a car for my daughter. Spotted one on the Prime Galleria website, reached out, and got a quick and friendly response from Ronnie. Made an appointment to visit since it was a 2 hour drive. Got to the dealership and we were met by Ronnie the manager and Tony the sales rep. They could not have been any more helpful. After a test drive, we got the paperwork underway and walked out with a great car at a fantastic price. I highly recommend Prime Galleria if you are in the market for a previously owned vehicle.

I found Prime Galleria Inc online and Called and spoke with Ronnie and he gave me a great deal over the phone. I wasn t sure if that price would change once I came ( because we all know that a sales man will tell you anything to get you there) but I took the Risk. I drove a hour and a half to get there. The whole team was amazing and they made car buying for me Super Easy. Ronnie was welcoming and friendly he kept his word and the price for the car was the same price we talked about over the phone. The car was beautiful and Tony was wonderful as well. He detail cleaned my car and did an amazing job and also help me give enterprise their car back, they really went out their way to make buying a car Comfortable for me. I love it I m so happy that I no longer have to drive around in a rental. They Both came through and saved the day. And hopefully I won t need a car for a long long time but if I do I know where I m coming back to.

Our experience was great at this dealership. Zay was our salesman and he was very patient with all our questions and was not pushy about making a sale. Compared to our experience at other dealerships, we were pleasantly surprised at how well we were treated here. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!

We traveled from NC to look at car for our son. The pictures that were provided were accurate when we actually put our eyes on the car. Our sales guy Zay was awesome from beginning to end. He answered all our questions and queries about the vehicle and was great to work with.

I saw the car that I wanted, scheduled an appointment, came in to test drive the car and in less than an hour, I purchased the vehicle and was on my way. Great people! I highly recommend them for your next car purchase. Don't see what you want, just ask and they will try their best to accommodate you! Best dealership and experience that I have ever had!

A few other considerations when purchasing a car from Prime Galleria for future Buyers (Google cut off my character count on my other review so posting a second one):Car availability = 5/5 stars - We made an appointment but ended up coming three days earlier as we assumed the vehicle may sell quickly. We were right. There were four other appointments scheduled before ours that the dealership canceled after we purchased the car, so it would have likely sold before we could have come to look at it. That being said, many of the reviews state to call ahead to ensure the vehicle is on the lot. I do recommend doing this because they only have one salesman and he was with us for our test drive and mechanical appointment so he couldn't assist others during that time.Mechanic review = 5/5 - I 100% recommend doing this. We went to Eddie s repair to have them do a pre-purchase inspection and he told us that while the truck technically passed inspection, that the brakes and calipers were all at the lowest passable level so the car needed about $500 of work for brakes in the foreseeable future as well as had two dry rotted tires. I was able to get the price reduced thanks to this statement from the mechanic. Eddie s is a window appointment which is nice because the finance person was late so we couldn t get off the lot as soon as we had hoped. I recommended them if you get a pre purchase inspection. $60 for the inspection.Cleanliness = 3/5 stars - I am not sure if they use a professional service for their vehicle cleaning but the seats had grime and stains which Tony was not able to remove prior to our purchase. I will have it professionally cleaned. The outside looked nice.Timeliness = 3/5 stars - Tony is only able to show the vehicles once the finance person arrived. He was an hour late after opening hours so we couldn t look at the inside of the vehicle until he arrived and gave Tony the keys. That system could have been a bit better.Sale = 4/5 stars - It was a quick and easy sale, however the person in change of titles and tagging isn t on site and only comes in 2-3 times monthly so it you opt to title and register the vehicle on your own at the DMV or out of state, they have to mail the title to you and that can take weeks. You only have temporary tags for 30 days after purchase, so just something to consider.Warranty = 1/5 stars - They only have two brochures out of the five options for warranty. BBB does not rate the warranty they offer high, and they couldn't answer many of our questions regarding how it works. We eventually got to "read the fine print" but it states that you have to bring the car back to the dealership. Ronnie told us that it isn't enforced, but I don't trust that as we live 2 hours away and some of the reviews on the BBB state lots of unhappy customers with the warranty not validating things. Buyer beware.

We discovered this dealership while searching for a specific vehicle (down to the interior/exterior colors, features, and assembly location). And from the first call, to our first meeting, all the way through to the end, Prime Galleria Inc treated us like family. Everyone was kind and friendly and eager to help. Our sales associate, Apollo, was amazing! He kept in contact with us and even offered helpful advice while we had some bank trouble settling issues with a previous dealer. Another employee, Shane, is also helping us order some replacement knobs for the moonroof and audio. And the owner, Sean, was so patient and helpful throughout the process. The atmosphere was also great. Nothing but good vibes coming from this place. The employees also seemed really close with each other which just made everything feel more fun and inviting.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend giving them a visit if you re in the market!

One of the worst experiences ever.They did not deliver the title in the legal time frame. I drove two hours to pick it up after they told me it was really and when I arrived they did not have it.They were laying constantly they would overnight it.In the end, I started a complaint with MVDB to get the title.Simply avoid this dealer if you want to avoid uncomfortable situations!!

I had an incredible experience working with Apollo at Prime Galleria in Stafford. His level of customer service was exemplary from the start to the final purchase. He took the time to answer all of my questions and to listen to my needs and concerns, from getting a pre-purchase inspection to ordering new floor mats for my vehicle. He was honest and transparent about all fees and ensured I understood everything thoroughly, and they even took care of minor service on my vehicle after the purchase. My father was in a severe car accident in February and his 2007 Ram 1500 was totaled by a texting driver. He bought a 2009 from another dealership that was completely rusted, wouldn't pass state inspection, and was upmarked over $5,000, which ended up being $23,000. I finally got that situation handled, but my dad was again without his vehicle and beginning to lose hope that any used dealership was honest and trustworthy. I found a beautiful pearl blue 2014 in Stafford and I drove him 2 hours north with a prayer. Apollo greeted us with such kindness. There were a few small issues with the truck,. Sean was wonderful. He fixed everything I asked him to without raising the price. We ended up only financing $13,000, with everything fixed that I'd asked for. They even met us halfway so I didn't have to make another 2 hour trip. After our experience at the other dealership, I couldn't be more thankful for the entire team doing right by my Vietnam Veteran father. We ended up with a great vehicle with less miles, and were treated honestly. There's something special about a used vehicle dealership that is honest, kind, and treats people like human beings and not just a pay day. I'd recommend Prime Galleria to anyone looking for a good used vehicle with good honest people taking care of you!3 MONTHS LATER:This truck is still running great! My dad is very happy with the vehicle and service he got! He gets compliments all the time on how great the truck looks!

I had a great experience at Prime Galleria! Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a great price with low mileage & excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. Apollo, Shane & Ronnie are the BEST car salesman I ve encountered thus far, they will ENSURE you leave without doubts or confusion ! I needed a truck and I was referred to Apollo by my former wrestling star. Contacted him via text everything was smooth and efficient. Came to prime galleria the following day and the rest is history , got my F-150 and it was easy as 123. Apollo is more than a salesman , he makes you feel welcome when purchasing a vehicle.
