Fair prices and decent selection, staff was helpful, but the heathens are destroying the vehicle as they're picking them over. Some random dude was out there walking around asking for tools at the furthest back part of the lot....who comes to a pick and pull without tools? I didn't interact with them. it seemed sketchy.

Nice staff at the info counter. Really cool place to browse car parts, wish it was a little organized better but they had a big selection. Didn't get everything I wanted due to it was way too hot out to get past browsing 1/4 the lot. Hope to come back in the future for parts in a cooler season.Wish we had these lots back up in NY.

Excellent selection and you can still find parts on most cars. Cars aren t completely mangled. Their prices are reasonable for the regular lot but they are too high for their private 900 lot. They wanted to charge me $25 for a part that costs $26 brand new. Overall a good experience. Only $2 to walk the lot. Make sure to bring a lot of water to stay hydrated.

This is the worst customer service anyone can get. I will never advise anyone to go to this place they really don t care to help. This guy German and all that Spanish people, they are not doing a good customer service. They are the worst.

By far the worst customer service place in the area. Whoever is running this place needs to train their staff how to talk to people over the phone. It s a business and was extremely rude for no reason. Do not reward businesses that don t know how to do business. Stay away!

I have only written two reviews in my life and this place warranted one. I needed a bed for my 1986 ford and found a nice one in their inventory. Because I live 1 hr away, I called them to confirm the truck was still here and inquired if the bed was in as good shape as it looked. They couldn't be bothered to check on the truck that was a 1 minute hike from the office. Either way. they assured me it was in the condition in the picture. They also quoted me random prices for the bed and core that were far off from the stated price list. When I arrived the truck and bed were absolutely trashed by the fork lift. When I explained this to the guy at the desk he just smiled and said the fork lift bashes all the cars.I wish would have told me this before I wasted 2 hours driving there and back in addition to the $2 entrance fee.In conclusion, the operators of this business are dishonest and of questionable competence. What you see online is not representative of what you'll get.Just save your time and money and pass on this place.Do you see a difference in these photos?

Absolutely disrespectful attitude and they will hang up on you. If you call they act like you're bothering them. Don't use them. Terrible service and I will go out of my way to make sure noone I know uses them.

It was quite the experience for my 1st time the staff were nice and you just had to follow the 3 digit numbers to find your section of cars you needed to locate but it was definitely busy but much smaller than Fredericksburg location by far, but will definitely return be sure to be bring your tools.

Rude! Kept putting me on hold, or sending me to voicemail. Was told they have no time to check for what I need!

Horrible customer service. Asked about an engine and the guy tried to sell me one they pulled at four times the price of me pulling my own. Guy hung up on me after he wouldn't give information about the inventory in the field. Hung up on me two more times before a lady answered the phone.

This is a great place for the DIYer. Bring your own tools, but not too big a tool bag cause its a hike. You can go back and forth to your vehicle if needed. They are not free consultants, however. Do your homework in advance. Many parts fit multiple vehicle models. If they don't have it in your color, check out the Fredericksburg VA location which is bigger.I always find replacement parts for cheap and have a list when I go a fraction of what they charge for used parts on line. I've never been over charged IMO.They do have a "Private" lot with newer or more pricey cars. Ask about it.

I ended up in this yard today 8/12/2023 looking for a stupid Power steering fluid reservoir cap for my Cadillac because for some reason I've been looking through all the auto parts websites and and local auto stores and I couldn't find the damn thing. Now this place just gave me one cap for free and didn't have to pay for it.They took the stress off my brain and I truly appreciate it.I Would definitely look out for these guys out there.

Not a good neighbor. Stacks cars high adjacent to residential property and leaves fences in disrepair.

I probably have 20 calls to this place within a few days. I got mixed information from EVERYONE. One person, the parts not here, the other person we have that exact part. One guy, "we don't do shipping", puts me on hold, recording says "they ship anywhere", another guy picks up, "yeah we ship". Another guy, "it cost $250". Call back, talk to someone else, "it's $75". Order the part. They took the money out immediately, which I expected, but now the "system is down" to provide a tracking number....four days later. UPS can't help...they've been useless since before inception. However, this MF place. I was told when I ordered the part Monday I could expect it Thursday no later than Friday. When I talked to them today, Thursday, they said it just left and I can expect it tomorrow or Monday. If it's not here Monday y'all can expect me Tuesday. Enjoy your weekend to the 10 different people I spoke to this week.

Some of the people are very unfriendly when trying to buy or look into a part that they might or may not have. They need to understand the meaning of Customer service in which is a major part to paying the Bills :(. Very frustrated.....

I got all the parts I needed for fair prices. It was my first time on a junk yard and at first I was kinda shocked about the handling of the staff with old engine oil or transmission oil (They spill it everywhere, the ground is soaked with oil this ruins drinking water in the area).

Don t take their word for it if they say something is available on the phone. I called earlier to ask if a hood was available for my car, the salesman said there s a nice white one for $200. Drove 2 hours from Maryland for him to tell me it s not there. Shamelessly wasting people s time. You also hear different prices from different salesmen, unlike most junkyards which are no-haggle. They don t even have vehicle specifics like trim level or whether or not a car has leather seats, all they have is one picture on their website. Avoid if you value your time and save the $2 entry fee.

I don't understand the bad reviews on here...Went today (looked at their site to see inventory to) and ask one of three tellers at the counters what model of car I was looking for. I was a little lost since it was my first time here, but they helped me out and ushered me along so they could help others. The WHOLE time everyone was respectful! So after pulling some seats out we were in search for, we headed back. Not even 10 paces and a guy on a forklift stopped and let us know that he head called a truck for us so we wouldn't have to struggle. That's the best I've ever been treated at a junkyard. They even brought it all they way to our SUV in the parking lot!The prices were fair for the seats, and our other miscellaneous stuff was well below market value.Do not let the bad reviews put you off for this junkyard! This has the best customer service I've seen in awhile!

Very well laid out, cashier was able to print locations of particular vehicles I was looking for, and the yard was very well maintained. Most of the vehicles were not hacked up when parts were removed, leaving a high percentage of remaining parts usable for the next person. I've always had good luck finding what I need at this yard, and the pricing is always competitive.

I had never been to a place like this before, but my experience was super easy. No one was rude, everyone just politely pointed us to where we needed to go and the woman at the information desk was great. The price was more than reasonable and I found exactly what I needed within a few minutes. Will be back here if I need anything again.

How this Place is in business they put you on hold right away you get all these messages and even in Spanish even when you don't ask for it . They might pick up for a split second and then put you back and hold I just don't believe this all parts places todayused and new are really messed up . Good by forever .

So i have been here several times people at the desk always give me a list of the vehicles for year range i need. I got a hood rear trunk lid front bumper and mirror for around $200. Bought 4 wheels another time was carrying them 2 at a time one of there guys stopped offered to let me load it in the truck and dropped off over at cashier. People have never been rude always polite/professional.

There has always been an entrance fee since I ve been coming here. Years ago it was $1 and now it s $2. The guys in the office were super nice, which being a girl at a junkyard was a pleasant change not to be dismissed automatically. If you re picking your own parts, just go to the window outside the shop and the young lady will ask for your $2 (no Apple Pay but they do cash or card) and if you have a specific make/model in mind she can print off a list of the cars in the yard you re looking for. The cars have yellow stickers on them with the numbers and you just have to track down the cars you want. I was lucky and found what I needed and one of the guys was nice enough to help me bring it all down the hill in his truck to check out. Super nice staff! 10/10 would recommend.

I have been overcharged by this location at least twice by almost 50% from their advertised prices. The excuse is that they don't have the correct options in the Point of Sale system to charge the correct prices. If I were you, I'd check my receipt and buy things carefully, one at a time here. I should have purchased new or aftermarket online and saved some money.

Called three times in a row and got hung up on all three times. Had to call Fredricksburg location and then get transferd. When asked to speak to manager was told he was outside and then got hung up on again.

You could probably find a good product at this location. But don t expect a good service specially from the people inside the office. First of all the agent sold a wrong part to me which happens ,but he didn t want give me a refund after I took back even if it wasn t my fault. He said I can get only 30% of what I paid. The policy on the back of the receipt doesn t say that. I left the office and decided to talk to the manager over the phone I was transferred to a person who was just acting as a manager and he was very rude and unprofessional. I am not sure if he was the manager. In general, the workers in the office were not helpful neither in person nor on the phone.

Been looking for my instrument cluster for my Envoy for a while now. I Googled this place and called..they had my part for a cheap price. It was worth the drive from Richmond. Fast and efficient service, even better that they pull the part. We definitely be using this place in the future!

If OSHA ever came by this place they would have a field day. I didn't see any employees wearing PPE at all. I get the fact that its a salvage yard but it was nasty as hell and really disorganized.
