Abdul was such a pleasure to work with that we drove 4 hours to meet up with him; we got a great deal and walked away with what exactly we were looking forward to. He exceeded expectations and was nothing short of courteous and welcoming. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything carefully from start to end and filled in the gaps with questions we had. Excited to have a new vehicle and look forward to many more trips; will be back for sure!

A friend of mine bought a car here, I was his ride down from Fairfax. It is a great car at a very reasonable price. I feel bad about it, but we got there pretty close to when they closed to test drive the car - Abdul was patient and friendly. Kudos to these guys, clearly doing something right!

Typically, I don't write reviews but I had too. I purchased a 2005 Toyota Corolla for my son two days ago. I came from Maryland hoping for the best the car was in great shape. I was greeted by Shaw who provided great customer service, answered all my questions and was very patient. Later, I found myself finalizing the deal with Abdul who provided the same great customer service. All my questions and concerns were addressed from warranty and inspection details. We officially had the car pass MD inspection today. I definitely recommend visiting to purchase your next vehicle.

In August I purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla with about 152K miles. So far, even with mileage and age, there have been no problems! I am very impressed! It is truly a great car and I'm very happy with my purchase. My parents and I went to look at a different car, which had fewer miles but not as great of quality as the other one. We went later in the day, yet Abdul was eager to work with us. The Corolla I ended up buying had just arrived and was not even listed yet, but I knew it was the car I wanted. After we test drove it the next day Abdul was very helpful and honest and helped us through the whole buying process, even staying late after their closing time to work with us. It was my first real purchase of a vehicle, and I am very pleased with the above-and-beyond customer service Abdul and the others gave us! This dealership may not look like much, but it is the best experience I've ever had! I 5/5 recommend going here for your next car!

I purchased a 2005 Mercedes C240 class about 10 days ago. The guy was super nice and seemed upfront and honest. I test drove the vehicle with my son. The vehicle looked great. I did notice a crack in the windshield. Even though it was small, the windshield had to be replaced before it could pass any type of inspections. The car pulled slightly to the right when driving so I knew it needed an alignment as well. Bought the vehicle $2000 under the Market value but when a deal is too good to be true, it's not a good deal. I had to buy 4 new tires, when they took off the tires they checked the break pads and the front breaks were down to the metal. The break drums looked like they were recovered from the bottom of the ocean next to the titanic. Some of the wheel lugs were rusted and stripped and kept turning, they would not fit snug so the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The break lines were so rusted that they need to be replaced, exhaust needs to be replaced, the sun roof has a safety recall, all four wheel lug housing pieces need to be replaced, etc. The car max report stated that the rotors had been replaced which was a lie. I normally buy new but I learned a valuable lesson here. Never buy a car from a dealer that gives no warranty because of its age. Maybe it's mostly my fault but this guy sold me this car knowing it was unsafe. My son was driving it for a few days. I'm glad that I had it checked when I did. Over $7000 so far and they may still find more. Just my advice, never leave without some type of warranty. Worst car buying experience ever

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 4WD in October 2023. After buying the vehicle there were a few minor issues with it, but when I took it back everything was fixed exceptionally at no cost. Abdul, one of the sales Representative, was very professional in handling all our enquires and needs. Its indeed a great dealership with a friendly family atmosphere and I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a vehicle in the Woodbridge VA area. H.Dadzie

Do not buy a car from this auto group without thoroughly inspecting it. I live in the Northeast and decided to purchase a vehicle out of state to avoid rust. I had been working with a few auto dealers, all of whom made sure I was aware of any and all issues mechanically and aesthetically with the vehicles I inquired about. I was facetimed by a salesperson at patriot (I don't like to name names) who strategically made sure I did not see the many issues this car had. When the phone was quickly moved over detailing, I asked what it was and was told a manufacturer detail. I asked if they could hold the car till the following week, with a deposit, and I would come down and see it, they said no they would not hold it. I had been looking for a hybrid SUV for a long time and decided to trust the company and purchase it without seeing it in person. I also paid top dollar for a low mileage, hybrid SUV that had many options and appeared to be in great shape. I sent a family member who lived in the area to pick it up. When I received the car I discovered: Tacky detail stickers on the front and side of the car from a pervious owner, the front end had been hit resulting in a cracked and peeling grill and the bumper clips broken so the bumper is not clipped onto the frame in places. There were 2 spider cracks in the windshield that needed fixing, permanent marker scribbled on the dash where the airbag is housed, all of the console components were missing leaving just a hole to the floor of the car when you lifted the lid. None of the cold weather package options work, this includes heated mirrors and heated seats as well as the rear defroster. It was listed with a back up cam which is really just sonar and works intermittently. You'd expect a used car to have some wear and tear but there were deep scratches and gouges on the hood. It appears someone scraped something off the hood. A deep sideswipe dent/scratch on the side. Greasy handprints on the visors and a filthy rug. To add insult to injury, the car absolutely reeked of cigarettes, it had been on the lot for a while, I suspect those on the lot had been smoking in it. When I received the title, I learned that since the car had been in their possession, upwards of 18000 miles had been put on it. Probably used to drive between their various car lots, and definitely not treated with respect. I bought this car in the summer and really want to put my bad judgement behind me and move on. Unfortunately, every time I get in I'm reminded of how much I overpaid for it and how na�ve I was to trust them. You might be able to get a good deal here, I see many great reviews, but please don't make the mistake I did. Please, see it in person, test drive it, and have a mechanic check it out.EDIT: I believe the response from patriot (below) illustrates my point. They feel no obligation to disclose issues with their vehicles. Their philosophy is that the responsibility lies 100% with the buyer. They'll tell you what features the car has, they don't feel responsible to tell you if they work etc. Buyer beware.

I recently tried to obtain a title for my car that I purchased from Patriot and was denied by DMV twice. I phoned Patriot and spoke with Abdul who was very polite and seemingly anxious to help me right away. After speaking with Abdul I visited Patriot and met him in person. Again, he greeted me very politely and asked me to come inside so that he could assist me. Abdul had the problem solved within 5 minutes which delighted me as this was something steming from 2022. No problem with having everything straightened out because of Abdul's willingness to work with me. Abdul is a great asset to Patriot Auto Group and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to pay a visit to Patriot... thank you again, Patriot and especially Abdul.

I don't always write reviews but I am definitely writing this one after my experience with Abdul at Patriot. I went into the dealership a few times as I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter. Abdul was so welcoming, warm and generous with his knowledge and expertise. He answered all my questions, provided guidance and direction and knew alot about the cars on the lot. I respected his opinion and I'm thankful that we chose Patriot.

I recently purchased a new car from Patriot Auto Group, and I had the best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and wants, and they worked hard to find me the perfect car at a great price even when I was undecided. I ended up test driving about four cars before settling for the one I bought.The finance team was also great. They were patient and explained everything to me in detail. They made sure I understood the terms of the loan, and they answered all of my questions.I also appreciated the fact that Patriot Auto Group was willing to work with me even without a trade-in.
