Two nights ago my son drove off the side of my driveway getting stuck in a very precarious way risking damage to his car. I've used AAA in the past and it took 3.5 hours last time. A friend recommended One Stop Automotive which has a 24hr towing service. From the moment I called the tow truck was in my driveway in 30 minutes which was a welcomed surprise. The personable young driver knew exactly how to handle the situation and even made it look easy. You can always tell when someone genuinely enjoys their job. It's not often I'm impressed by exceptionally good service but when I am I will go out of my way to leave a good review for others to see.

My bf got a truck from this place a few weeks/ a month ago. It is now in the shop after finding multiple things wrong with it after buying truck. Goes against every lemon law and will never pass state inspection as we were told. My bf works hard for his money and no one should buy a vehicle from here unless you bring someone who can look at every aspect of the vehicle who knows what they re doing before purchasing.

They sold me and my girlfriend a car that has been in the shop every single week since purchase with something different wrong with it every time we haven t even made the first payment on the car yet and it s been in the shop 4 times now! The people there are nice, but that doesn t help my girlfriend have a stable car. She goes to work and home everyday that s it!Services: Auto water leak repair, Electrical, Transmission repair, Air conditioning

Best service is town. John the tow operator is fast and attentive. Bryan the owner is very fair and a good guy. Definitely will use them for all my automotive needs.

My car was stolen about 6 weeks ago. Roanoke City Police couldn't find my car. I chose to just try and purchase a new Vehicle. I filled an application at One Stop. Instead of selling me a car, Brian the owner said lets find your car. Within 15 minutes of giving him as much information that I had, he found my car and retrieved it. He took no money for helping me, he went above and beyond to help me. If you want a great car and a company that will treat you good, Go to any One Stop Automotive. The world is an ugly place right now and One Stop Automotuve is an amazng company that will help their customers feel right at home. Thank you Brian and your employees for going beyond measure to help me.

A total waste of my time I was told that he would be calling me in a hour to see if we could make a deal on a vehicle I was interested in and 3 days later I have still not heard back from them and a lot of the vehicles I saw there were all overpriced and rusted out junk anyway and there's plenty of other car lots to choose from so that you won't be wasting your time on someone who doesn't have the sense to be honest and truthful with someone who could have been a customer but they showed their true colors and I would not recommend them to an enemy if I had one how hard is it to take 15 seconds to call or text a potential customer that you won't be seeing them in a hour like you said that is not a very good way to do business since you only get one chance to make a first impression they could have made a sale instead they chose to lie to me and give me the run around

I was stranded on 81 in Salem with a flat tire and no spare. These guys were so kind and prompt to rescue us ams make sure we got safely to a tire shop. I m so thankful for the prompt kindness, professionalism and caring. Cannot say enough kind words to these guys for turning a bad and potentially dangerous situation a bit better!

Great service and fast response. Price was pretty good for a Saturday and they were super responsive. They took great care of my car during transport and unloaded right where I asked them to. I ll use them again!

I just bought a truck from them today. Showed up at 445pm right before they closed and finished all the paperwork and drove away around 7pm. Great people there very quick to come out and see me on the lot looking. I would recommend them to anyone

Thank you for your wonderful Towing service!! Buddy was my Tow Truck driver, very nice and courteous. Was very knowledgeable and check to make sure everything was fastened and took great care of my car. Great to see there are people who take pride in their job. Thank you again.

I've been doing business with One Stop for over 10 years! Bryan has always been wonderful, hardworking, honest, fair pricing. Ive bought my favorite cars from him. A suburban and elantra. I was in an accident that totalled my transmissionon my elantra, Bryan got my car in very quickly and replaced the transmissionand a fixed a few other things and did great quality work. One Stop is also where I've gone for most of my car repairs. I'd rather drive over 3 hours round trip to get good honest service from a place I trust with no regrets than to go 10 min down the street and regret it. Anytime I've needed a tow, a car, or car repair or have known someone who has, One Stop is the place I prefer to go!

We purchased a 1976 Checker Marathon A12 in Texas and drove it back to New England. It broke down outside of Roanoke <<trauma!>> but we were lucky to find Brian and the gang at One Stop Automotive. It took some time to source the parts (the radiator blew) but they were great communicators and highly responsive. In the end the price was fair and we were treated with constant respect and flexibility throughout the process. I highly recommend them if you're in a bind or have a "weird" car like ours, or just for regular high-quality automotive service.

I just bought a car from One Stop and the transaction was quick, simple and seemless! The staff even stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule. I have all 5 of my vehicles serviced here because they have the most knowledge mechanic, Jimmie, and the best customer service! They are all so friendly and welcoming. I've used their services for the past 6+ years andI highly recommend them!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Great price of towing $50!! I have used them many times for towing. Even gave me a e.t.a of when the tow truck should arrive. First place ever to tow my lifted truck without any problems and without damaging it also. Other places have broken things. All the drivers are friendly and more than glad to help and understanding of your needs. I will not use anyone else. This is the place if you want your vehicle in good hands.

This towing company picked up a vehicle for my neighbor today. Rather than use the property of the person that requested their service, they used our driveway to maneuver the roll back. They got off both sides of the driveway asphalt which is never a good outcome with an oversized truck. The terms that come to mind for this type of behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional. They obviously can't read since there was a no trespassing and surveillance sign posted. Better do your homework before using this company!

I got my Toyota Camry from them back in 2021 I had no issues with that car I loved it! I got a Kia on 10/19/22 & it caught on fire on the highway on 11/5/22 which is 2weeks after I got the car. This is by far the worse experience of my life.

My 18 yo bought a car there. 1 week later we had to put a serpentine belt on it. Had brand new tires put on there & Bryan (the owner) lets his 14 yo drive the car, put the tires on, & pull it out the shop. Unsupervised. Lugnuts on backwards! Daugters car breaks down, AGAIN. Hey atleast she has a warranty, that only will reimburse a car rental AFTER its approved AFTER the shop can file the paperwork. Bryan told me to get off my period irritated because my 18 yo daughter got on his nerves calling trying to check on her car with him while also trying to talk to Jeff about buying another car. I have a recording. This has been the worst experience. AVOID. He even posted 2x on his social media about her

I cannot say enough good things about Bryan (with a Y) and One Stop Auto. Honest. Reliable. Tells you how it is and doesn t try to get one over on you. Customer service is down to earth and what I expect in the client/ owner relationship.

Jeff came in on his day off and worked hard to get us in a nice, clean reliable vehicle. The entire process was easy and everyone was a lot of fun to talk to. Will definitely be doing busisness here in the future. Highly recommend these guys as Jeff and Bryan will go to the end of the earth to help you.

Had a 16' box towed. They put us on their schedule and delivered with no issues. Ladies in the office were super sweet and the Driver Thomas was very nice and professional!
