My family and I have been loyal customers of One Stop Auto for years, and with every visit, the service keeps getting better. Recently, I brought my car in for a water pump repair and was blown away by the level of care and expertise provided by Mr. Jimmy, the owner. He even took the time to give me a ride home and educate me about my BMW X5, emphasizing the importance of families knowing about their vehicles. It was evident that he genuinely cared about the safety and empowerment of his customers, and we felt so valued and respected.Not only was Mr. Jimmy incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable, but every team member was friendly and welcoming. I received valuable tips about my older car and left with much new knowledge. The prices were incredibly fair, and I am so grateful for the exceptional service I received. If you're looking for a small business that genuinely cares about its customers and offers top-notch service, We highly recommend One Stop Auto! We will be returning for all of our automotive needs.

my family and i have been coming here for a few years now, and i brought my car in for an oil change. the owner came and greeted me personally and let me go back and taught me more about my car and made it very clear that he wants women to be well equipped and knowledgable about their vehicles and to keep themselves safe, which is so important nowadays and made me feel valued not only as a customer but as a person. i got some great tips on my car too, which is a bit older and as someone who loves to learn but doesn t know how to start, it was an awesome experience. not only was the owner very thoughtful, knowledgable and kind, everyone else working was too. the other mechanic and the people up at the front were so friendly and welcoming too. i will never stop coming to one stop auto. if you re looking for a small owned business that cares about each of their patrons and are good at their jobs and INCREDIBLY FAIR with their prices, come to one stop auto!! you will not regret it, i promise. :)

Extremely proficent in their trade and know what they're doing. Took my S10 there for a ring and pinion and they set it up right the first time. Reasonably priced and wonderful people. Would recommend.

Shop was recommended. Dropped off truck and was told would receive a call by the end of the day. 2 days later no call, called and was told no one had looked at it and would receive a call by the end of the day. No call. Called back, was put on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on. 10 days it waited. Called and they said engine needed to be replaced and would cost 10,000$. No explanation of actual issue. Took the truck elsewhere and had it repaired in a day with no engine swap.Reviews are definitely fake and written by business. Avoid.

Found these guys on Google to provide us a pre car inspection on a used car we were considering buying (which we did). The tech Jimmy was very friendly and extremely helpful in providing us feedback. He took the time to actually drive the car and obviously go through an inspection. We felt very at ease given the car was being sold from a questionable dealership.We felt like this place was an honest business and would definitely consider bringing my car here for service.Thanks

Phenomenal place, they are very honest and will actually tell you if your vehicle needs something or if it doesn't. It's hard to find an honest shop, but they are legit. I had 4 of our company trucks serviced there with no nonsense.

I ve been taking my out-of-warranty vehicles here for over 18 years. By far, the best and most honest auto repair shop I ve ever done business with. I d give 10 stars if there were that many to give!!

I can not praise Jimmy and his crew enough for everything they have done for me. Jimmy is knowledgeable, skilled, straightforward and actually cares. These are attributes that are rare in today's world, especially in the service industry.

Jimmy and his team at One Stop Auto are the most professional, considerate, and thorough auto repair shop, I have encountered in decades. As a woman, trying to find a mechanic and/or auto repair shop that is trustworthy, honest, and offer fair pricing, is incredibly difficult. This shop provided all of that - every time and often went over and beyond that... they take the time to explain the issue, saved parts to show me the difference between what was there and why it needed to be replaced... I never do recommendations... but Jimmy's customer-centric service is simply unmatched. I highly recommend One Stop Auto, 3542 Richmond Hwy, Stafford , VA, for all of your automotive maintenance and repair needs. Hands down, the very best!!

This is my new Go-To shop for assistance on my vehicles. I was able to get my car and two motorcycles inspected back-to-back-to-back with absolutely no delays. I also have a 1978 El Camino my father and I rebuilt that could use some TLC on the brake system. One Stop informed me they can take care of that. The staff is extremely friendly and informative. This is a great, honest shop for your auto repairs. I took my SUV in for a last minute repair, 2 days before a road trip. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem with great professionalism. Was Traveling North on 95 car started to make a loud clank, pulled over ask someone where there was an honest repair shop nearby and someone from Home Depot recommended this shop. These guys are the best, they could of told use anything but it was just a missing screw which they replaced at no charge. Very friendly atmosphere and highly recommend.

In March I took my Chrysler 300 to Auto Zone because I had the check light on. I got code numbers P0302 cylinder 2 misfire and P0128 thermostat. I took my vehicle to One Stop Auto to get 2 coils and the thermostat replaced. I was informed that 2 coils needs to get replaced and the thermostat and it will cost me 833.84. I found the price to be extremely high however, I did pay for it. My wife drives the Chrysler 300 and we need a working vehicle for her. After picking up the vehicle from One Stop Auto the check engine light came back on and I informed One Stop Auto of this. They asked me to bring the vehicle back in, I informed them that I can not bring it in because I was going on vacation for 2 1/2 weeks. After coming back from vacation. My brother passed away from Cancer and the Covid 19 stay at home started so I was not able to take the vehicle back in. Last week I was able to take the vehicle to One Stop Auto to get the thermostat replaced because they never replace my thermostat although I had already paid for it. I was informed they never had an order to replace the thermostat and the all 6 cylinders was replaced as well as the spark plus. I was in complete shock! I asked why would you replace all 6 cylinders when only 2 had to be replaced also why would you replace the spark plus and not replace the thermostat?I said to them I paid you 833.84. To replace 2 cylinders and the thermostat not all cylinders and spark plugs. Here is the document they gave me which I didn t even read because they had great reviews. I am taking my vehicle to a certified FCA mechanic to find out if all cylinders was replaced as it only looks to me that 2 was replaced. Here is a picture of the cylinders. It looks to me that only 2 cylinders was replaced not all 6. Now I wonder if the review were fabricated. I will never take any of my vehicles to One Stop Auto! They are crooks! They over charge double and triple! They are liars! They appear to be honest people but will steal your money as soon as they get the chance!

The owner of this facility and the service people there are top notch and I am always more than satisfied with them.They recently went out of their way to take care of me and my Ford F-150 pickup's brakes and rotors...and all within a day!I will always recommend these fine folks to anyone looking for tender loving care on their vehicles.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

I had taken my Buick Encore to several shops to have it fixed and it continued to jerk and eventually cut off at a traffic light.It wasn't until I left my truck with One Stop Auto to get the job done. They found the solution and I haven't had any problems since. I forgot the mechanic's name, but I truly appreciate them all including the receptionist.

I ve taken my mini there several time for issues that just seem to come out of nowhere and the staff there has been super helpful every time. I appreciate them more than they know for keep that car running in tip top shape. !

Avoid this place if you have major problems. They can ONLY do inspections and other small repairs, BUT for anything major or complicated they will do the usual guessing game, which will cost you arm and leg.I took my wife's car to fix overheating engine and coolant leak problem and they said it's just a broken coolant reservoir, and we needed to replace it. It took them one day to get it fixed, but we drove it for 5 minutes and it was like nothing has been done, engine and overheating light turned on, literally after few minutes, when we went back they said we didn't say anything about the engine light and the overheating problem. But guess what, that was the reason I went to the shop. They only gave us a 30% refund of what we paid, so in other words they acknowledged it was a scam but there is nothing we can do.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Emily was exceptional and provided me with constant updates on the status of my vehicle. The technicians did a great job with my vehicle and ensured it was fixed properly without cutting corners. The staff was friendly! I had to get my car towed there on a Saturday afternoon and only actually saw them in person on Wednesday to pick my car up. Had never been there but saw the reviews and took a chance, GLAD I DID! You can tell they actually care about the customer as opposed to just rushing through the job. I had my car towed there because it wouldn t start and if it did start it would smoke really bad. I told the mechanic to fix whatever would get me back on the road. After nearly 4 months of being in the shop I was told my car was ready. I went to pick it up drove it home and it was fine. The very next day I started having issues with the rough idling and smoking. I took it back to the shop and the mechanic popped the hood and did something that made it run properly again. I went to work and back home no problem. Woke up today heading to work and the same issues started again and I m actually currently broke down on the side of the road. I called the shop and spoke to a lady who sounded like she had an attitude even though I just paid nearly a thousand bucks for their services but haven t even been able to drive my car for real due to issues they said were fixed. Very aggravated because that s a lot of money to pay to have to keep driving to the shop everyday because somethings not working right that they did. It s making me late for work daily. I m never rude to them at the shop but if I pay for a service I expect it to be done right especially after waiting so long to get my car back. I hope when it s towed in today they actually fix the problem so I can go to work and not have to keep coming back to the shop every single dayService: Battery

Not only was I late, because I mixed up appointments, but they called to remind me once I was already an hour late. They were overwhelmingly understanding and still took my Jeep right in when I got there. Not only did they understand and still allow me to come in, but they even took me home instead of making me Uber home. The price was far better than my dealership, they did just as good of a job, and in half the time. They were pleasant, helpful, and have been nothing but honest and trustworthy since I ve started using them. I will be back, I told two other people today to consider using One Stop in the future, and will continue to recommend them and their wonderful service and staff!!!Service: Brakes

Wow I am so blown away by the customer service at One Stop Auto. I brought my Tahoe there after the AC went 2 months out of warranty. Sandy, Emily and their team was always very friendly. Prices are VERY fair and their team worked with me when I was in a tough spot when other mechanics would ve taken advantage of the situation. Very satisfied- we will be back! (Hopefully for maintenance and not a major repair )

The shield plate on the bottom of my engine was not bolted back on after I went to a Jiffy Lube. When I was driving down the highway, the shield dropped down and began scraping the road, making an awful noise. A friend had told me about the great service at One Stop Auto Service Center, so I went there. Although I got there at closing time, they stayed to fix my car and were super nice. The receptionist was very kind and courteous, taking time to talk to me. The gentleman who fixed my car explained what he saw and how he fixed it so it was safe for me to drive. This could have been very dangerous as the plate was hanging down in the front of the car. I am very thankful that they fixed it. Very professional and very good!

I needed emissions on my vehicle before the end of the month. I called several places but was told they were booked until next week. Being new to the area, I just continued to call around. One stop auto said they could do it today. I went there and the young lady at the service desk was very friendly. Then the owner of the shop came out and introduced himself and took my keys and explained to me what he was going to do. About 15 minutes later, emissions was done and I was on my way home. It was a very pleasant experience. I will be using One Stop Auto Shop again. Great customer service
