Best location ever! The customer service was top tier and each person who worked there was professional and communicative about what was going on with my car, how long it would take, and gave recommendations of what I should take care of. Edwin at the front was very kind and made sure to check my car in and out efficiently. Jesse and Jose helped change my windshield wipers at the last minute in record time. Each time I come in, no matter how much I need to get fixed on my care, I always walk away as a satisfied customer knowing that the NTB staff at this location do great work. I can't wait to come back the next time to service my car!

had 2 new front tires installed... well now I have 2 scratched and chipped rims. not to mention all the residue left over, sloppy and lazy. and the left tire only had 10psi!!! do not come here

Absolutely fantastic service each time we've been there. We started off with our Toyota Highlander and now take our Teslas there (we keep catching nails and screws). Ronny runs a great shop. They are courteous, knowledgeable, timely and reliable and as a bonus he has a great sense of humor. NTB is one of my favorite vendors in Stafford.

I walked in to get an oil change and had great service. My car was ready within 30 minutes and they even performed tire rotation and brake checks. The staff was extremely nice and helpful in getting the right treatment for my car! Will be back soon

I've been buying tires and having them serviced there for many years. They come through every single time. Edwin has been amazing and I fully recommend them. They're friendly, timely, and seem to have my car done very quickly every time. Recently, I bought a set of tires there on special but I had to have them installed by a date I couldn't make. I called them up, told them about the special, and still gave me the special price, even though I was a week or so late on the install. A++++

Shout out to EDWIN!!! I was here maybe 2 months ago and today and he helped me. He is honest and forthcoming so you know you re taking care of and not cheated. I ve gotten new tires, brake pads, and routers from this place and it normally took 1-3 hours for completion and everything was perfect. only advice I can give is to listen to Edwin, I went against what he told me and didn t get the break pads replaced to save money and I should ve listen. Great place and great people. Also a little 7-11 need door and Chinese place to eat within walking distance.

I ve been going to this location for about 10yrs now and they have never been as phenomenal as they are now. To whomever has taken the reins here, hats off to you!! Check in process was effortless, vehicle was ready BEFORE they said it would be, and they even checked into replacing my spare, per my request, and took the time to tell me why it was unnecessary and the size limitations where my spare sits in my truck. I really can t point to one thing in particular that made this visit so much different than the previous ones. Instead it felt more like the experience has improved in all facets, which is why it was noticeably more enjoyable this time around!!

I bought a tire 2 weeks ago bc I had a flat! Well got another flat on same tire went to take it off it was way too tight so one broke but they went above and beyond and fixed everything for free! Also was told any other problems bring it back! Definitely recommend

I've been here twice because it's close to my place. Both times I made appointments for tire rotation and oil change. Both times it took 2.5 hours after being told it would take 1 hour. Drop off might be fine, don't go on a schedule.

Stopped in today to get a tire changed for Junk Gladiators DMV and Jessie and the crew couldn t have been more helpful. I recommend this establishment any time to everyone. Top notch service. Will be my go to tire shop

I have been going NTB for years!!! They have excellent service and very professional techs. EDWIN is always fantastic!! His costumer service is what brings me back! He always provides and explains services throughly with no pressure to purchase additional (recommended) services. Always a great experience!

Another NTB installed a tire 2 days ago on Richmond Highway in Alexandria. While on the road to my new duty station, not even 20 min into my trip, my car shakes violently. I pull over and 2 of my lugnuts sheared off and are sitting on the pavement and the side of my tire is shredded.got towed to this location. Manager and crew got me back on the road as soon as they could. No hassels, they understood my frustration. As I am writing this, the original location still has not called me back after assuring a manager would get back with me ASAP. I called at 0856 this morning and it is now 1311hrs. I thank this location for making things right as much s they could to get me back on the road.

i ve always experienced the great quality service from NTB, however, today, Edwin was outstanding. He provided every service that I needed, and also was able to inform me of other miscellaneous things that I would have needed. Without Edwin, my car would not be as strong as it is back on the road today.

Booked all day with appointments, still managed to work me in in between for a routine oil change. Manager is very polite and respectful. I also overheard him take several phone calls and he handled them all with great professionalism and respect. I will be back to this location in the future. The atmosphere with his employees was obviously positive as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The sales manager Tony and technician Rob were professional, fast, and highly knowledgeable! They quickly serviced my tires with no wait time even though they were busy!! For fast and reliable service & repairs I highly recommend National Tire & Battery!

I went to the store here in Stafford 610 I had a nail in my tire and fix it quick I would recommend this store and I would come often if I need anything so glad they fix my car thanks Edwin
