Dropped a work van off for warranty work. They fit us in faster than anyone else was willing to. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very clean outside and inside. Decent selection of cars for sale outside. Will update when we get the van back and see how the well technicians do

I went to several dealerships out of the town of Bedford and was treated like they're just trying to get the most money out of my pockets they could. It was the exact opposite at Magic Ram dealership. The service was outstanding, and the deal was even better Thanks for the great experience.

Mike Anderson sold my husband and I our new Grand Cherokee L. He was so personable, friendly and knowledgeable. His willingness to help didn t stop after the sale was made. The day after we purchased he called just to thank us and ask us how we were liking it. We appreciate all of his efforts and look forward to working with him again in the future.

When I arrived without an appointment, I was immediately greeted by Dave Wilson, who showed me the Jeep Gladiators in stock. We discussed the options I was interested in, and after considering a factory order, agreed on a 2020 model on their lot. The next day, I drove my trade-in to the dealer site, got an excellent offer, and settled the deal. This is clearly a dealership that knows its business, is focused on service, and treats its customers well. The sales staff and business office work well together, and the clients benefit. Highly recommended.

First time taking our vehicle here. Friendly service and was completed well before originally told it would take. Will be returning for next scheduled service.Update 2/7/24. Getting my battery replaced quick friendly service. Little expensive but whats not these days.

Service Dept: They are very good. I take my 21 year old Honda van, and my 2013 Rav4. Both Audrey & Nickie, are very friendly. Always smiling. So they work on many different type of cars. I get, Jesse, to work on mine, now that guy is Top Notch. He alerted me one time that my Honda needed new brakes, and he was right. He said they worked ok, but pads were wearing down and would hurt the rotors. They look after the customer. Thanks..guys.Update: 3/02/23 Again had my van serviced here again. First, Audrey is very nice and her asst. Tracey also very nice. I had Dave, do my van and he was excellent, when he was done he answered all questions. Thanks, everyone for a great job. Also, I had to use the restroom, while there and it was perfectly clean and tidy. Not to many public bathrooms, you can say that about.I will be back. Greg WoodworthUpdate: 10/24/23 This place is Great. The service you get is the best. Tracie checked me in, and was really nice, and helpful. Audrey also was very nice, just a great place. Then, David worked on my SUV and put in 2 new headlights and did it perfect. Wow, a great place. I'm telling my friends.

4 Months of waiting on my daily driver. $4600 spent . Still my 2015 jeep won t start. Had to jump it to drive it home. Really tough to swallow. Let them know about it, not their problem, they fixed the real problem. Sorry for your luck folks ..I wouldn t trust this place to service your vehicle. You will not be told the truth over the phone, I was lied to about the parts they were replacing.if that s how they treat you on the service side why would you even chance visiting the sales floor where the money in jeopardy is 30 or 60k? Pay all that and find out you re being lied to. Yikes.

I went to this dealership after my mom bought two vehicles from the lot - why not? The salesman, Mike, was awesome! 2018 Jeep Compass- Loved the experience he provided!However, after about a month and a half, I went to another shop since this dealership stays busy in the service department. They sold me the vehicle with only replacing two tires instead of all four and then had to replace the start/stop battery - they said it was a courtesy after showing the diagnostic from the other shop.And now - the screen has a glare in it that keeps glitching, which will not allow me to use it. I called and the service woman got extremely rude with me after asking her if she knew would it could be since they didn t have appointments until August. Sir, I m not a technician, I don t know. So far, I have had a problem with the tires, the start/stop battery, and now the screen. I m not sure if I should be anxious about having 3 problems after buying the car after three months. The woman in the service department needs to be taught a lesson on customer service.

I purchased my first Jeep yesterday from Dominion of Bedford and it was a wonderful experience. Pat Meador was the gentleman that handled my purchase and he was awesome...very knowledgeable about the vehicle and great to work with. The entire staff was a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone....and I love my Jeep!

Pat was amazing to work with! Very honest and kind, he was helpful over the phone and in person. My car is excellent and the dealership as a whole was incredible, and Sherie was willing to assist with the registration and title, even though my registration had expired. I would definitely recommend visiting them and working with them!

Vehicles are hard to come by anywhere you look right now. Bob Kaplan reached out to me by phone after reading an article about me looking for vehicles. I'm so glad we connected! Everyone in service were very helpful and when I requested to look at my breaks while they were rotating my tires, they came and got me so I did look at them.Originally told it would take about 3 hours and ended up being 1.5. Very happy with my first time with them.

I bought my third jeep from this dealership on 12/2/2022. Had such a fun and exciting experience. Jaron Young in sales was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me. Niki in finance was wonderful too. What a fun team. Go by and see Jaron and he might even do the happy dance for you. Niki may even have on her Grinch dress, even though she is far from being a Grinch. What a team. Best dealership and people around.

My wife and I purchased a used truck from this dealership and our experience was the best we have had from beginning to end. I submitted an inquiry form on the dealer's website and received a call from Pat Meador shortly after. In short, Pat provided the best car buying experience I have had to date and It is very obvious that customer service is his top priority. I will HIGHLY recommend Pat and Dominion of Bedford to everyone.

Took my Jeep in for a safety recall. Service staff was great. They, also, found another recall that had not been taken care of and fixed it, too. Would recommend their Service Department to all Jeep owners.

Terrible service. Test drove 2012 Tahoe, like it but it showed some electrical issues. Side mirror sensors were going off, dash was blinking and so was the stereo and Pat the salesman claimed nothing was wrong with it. After test drive advises him I m still interested in buying if we can figure out this issue. It was a Friday and said he would call me on Monday. Well he left me a vm to call him on Tuesday and when i did, he told me he sold it. Why wouldn t you call me Monday like he said but to sell it after I told him we were looking to purchase as soo. As that was figured out. Try to stay local and out but it s not worth it, the hell with Dominion of Bedford!!!!

First off, how the hell am I only the 2nd one star review?! So my brother and I drove up from Salem to look at a Limited Grand Cherokee, pricing was a little high for the year and mileage compared to other dealers around the area, but worth the look as exactly what he wants is a little hard to find. We finally get here, and man, what a dump. The dealership is in dire need of a refresh. The lot reminds you of a JD Byrider or some second rate side of the road lot, not a Jeep lot. Anyways, the vehicle been on the lot for a few weeks, and isn t cleaned. There is old straws under the seats, dirt and yuck in all the crevices and corners and it smelled like an ash tray. Don t most dealers normally try to get that smell out prior to trying to selling it?! Long story short, at least I have formulated a list of questions for the next dealership that I can ask before wasting my time driving up there:1.) Do you clean your used vehicles?2.) Does your dealership look like a lean-to?3.) Do your used cars smell like a porta potty at a Rock concert?4.) Are you going to make a smart a$$ comment about should ve asked if it had been smoked in before making the drive comment?Is it just me, or did the Hills have eyes get filmed in Bedford VA?

A pretty standard car dealership, the service team is pretty good however and was able to accommodate us purchasing a newer model vehicle. All in all the experience wasn't good and I would definitely go back if I needed on another vehicle in the near future.

We found the sales, finiancial and service personnel to be very professional, competent and friendly. There is a good inventory and we were able to find the vehicle we wanted. An hour later, we drove it off the lot.

Just bought a new Jeep and Dave Wilson and the staff were amazing. Got a great deal and was treated with the utmost respect. Highly recommend this dealership.

Red Alert. Read Alert, To all Bedford resident, Lynchburg resident, Forest resident and all people out there. Ed Anderson is the General Manager and he is the most ruthless and rude personality and I encourage you all not to do anymore business with this dirty old man company at all. My friend is 7 months pregnant and in pouring hard raining day this afternoon Ed Anderson did not even bother to listen to her explanation about her car still having problem that she was called back from the service advisor "the nasty woman" to drive it back to Dominion Dodge in order for them to run the updating on the software again by their service technician, The Service advisor "the nasty woman" is so rude and was telling full of lies to her General Manager Ed Anderson just to cover the side of story so that she won't get fired. Ed Anderson without listening to both side of story suddenly snapped and started shouting at my poor friend who is 7 months pregnant with twins and told her off in front of all the people surrounding her at the Dealership and pointing finger to a 7 month pregnant woman and chase her out ad using the "F" word telling her to get the "F" off from Dominion Bedford Dealership, Also, Ed Anderson even said to her that he don't give a damn and don't care if she drive out from the dealership having accident and Ed Anderson also said that he doesn't want her to be in their property. I hope all people out there reach out this complaint.

Berglund of Bedford any day! Dominion is Over priced, I went to look at a truck there. The paint job looked like an orange peel, the undercarriage and exhaust was rusted, I asked questions about the vehicle but the salesman couldn't answer them and tried covering up mistakes he made about the questions he had answered. Never buying anything here.
