Joe s Auto Services is reliable and reasonable. I take I take my cars (which are 18 and 12 years old) there, and am never disappointed with the service or the price. They keep these old car going dependably.

Joe and Carol always offer great service on my vehicle and exceptional customer service! Accommodating when I was in a bind during a move and squeezed my vehicle in to attend to failing brakes with a quick turnaround.

Carol was responsive and helpful. They got the job done the day they said they would and for a reasonable price!I took my Saab to them and they were willing to install a replacement part for me that I provided, this was very helpful because these cars are not very common and parts are harder to find for shops. This kind of flexibility is what will bring me back to them.

After being less than impressed with other mechanics around Stafford County, I tried Joe's, and have been a loyal customer ever since. They're honest, fast, fair-priced, and don't try to get you to pay for repairs you don't need. I've recommended several of my friends to them. The only negative thing I can say is that once I had to return the car to get them to take a second look at a squeaky belt, but other than that minor incident, they've been great!

This is the best auto shop in the area. I needed major work done and called around every shop within a 40mi or so radius. Not only were they the cheapest, but the customer service is top notch. I have since sent everyone I care about, to this shop for work (even including inspections) no one has been disappointed through the years. I have since moved out of the area, and married a backyard mechanic, so I thankfully haven't needed an auto shop. However if something were to happen Joe's would be my first choice! Always, hands down.

Honest, efficient, friendly; won't push work on you. Unsurprisingly, such a valuable find is popular so be prepared to have to schedule your service. Worth the extra wait.

Was caught off guard by a different shop that wouldn't install customer supplied parts and had to have the work completed the same day. Joe's installed my Bilstein shocks no questions asked as I didn't have the ability to compress my coils. If they did alignments they'd be my go to shop for all my repairs/ maintenance!

This is the best place to take your car for service in the area. I've been taking my cars to Joe's Auto Services for years and have never had a problem. Everyone who works there is friendly and polite. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

This business has been here for over 30 years and still keeps a great following. I've told Joe that if I can't do the work, he's the only other person I trust to do it. Great place to do business with.
