Owner Brandon... service coordinator Tammy... mechanic "CornBread"... are all gems. Trustworthy, practical & extremely fair priced. We LOVED our other mechanic in town... and then we got a citation for not meeting several minimum state safety standards! The estimated cost for repairs $2300 on a vehicle I paid $4500 for!!! I really didn't want to but felt I had to get a competitive bid. THANK GOD I did! Several $100 less out the door with my state certificate! These guys a miracle workers! Do yourself a favor... check them out next time you need any service performed on your vehicle.

This is by the far fastest,most honest, best bang for your buck place to get your vehicle repaired or serviced. Will be bringing every vehicle I and my family and friends own here when I need anything vehicle related taking care of right.Thank you!

I've been doing business with the folks here for over four years, I've been very pleased with the service I've gotten. Rick is honest and up front about what services he thinks you need and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is pleased with the services he preforms. Angie is friendly and courteous, goes out of her way to help a customer with their automotive needs. I can honestly say , that I will continue to take my cars there in the future.Service: Oil change

These guys are the best! They went above and beyond helping me get a new clockspring for my jeep at a price I could afford. They took the time to sit and go into detail with me on my first ever car inspection and how to fix it the cheapest way possible and get my inspection sticker at my next visit. That kind of customer service is hard to find. They could have price gouged me by not explaining it all to me and my other options but they didn't. They have my business from now on because they care.

They performed a service on my car that s just not possible on my model and then proceeded to charge me for it. My daughter is at Radford college so a quality repair shop to tend to our children s vehicles while they are working for their education is important but we definitely don t need thieves and liars doing business with our kids. I was a mechanic for 20 years so I m very familiar with cars up to 2015 and I m very familiar with basic automobile operation anyway my daughter attempted to check her transmission fluid the the tube broke so I called this shop and asked for them to try and repair it and if it couldn t be repaired that I needed it replaced and the fluid checked and I also wanted a oil change so they said they remembered setting my appointment and discussing the problem with me and they would take care of it so 5 hours later I called for an update and this woman attempted to tell me that they didn t fix anything and all they need to do was hook up a diagnostic scanner to check the transmission fluid which I know for a fact to be a bold face lie ,and that the computer said the fluid was fine so I then asked if they even changed the oil like I asked and that was a no I was shocked they didn t charge me for not doing that caused they charged me 40.00 for apparently checking the transmission fluid with a diagnostic scanner which is just not possible in this model anyway if I had pictures I would post them but fortunately I was only lied to and disrespected not to mention the one service I wanted that was easy enough to do the oil change never got done now my daughter has to make another appointment somewhere else and take off more time from work boy what a hassle this has been

Hands down best place in the area to bring your vehicle. I drive over 30 minutes to being my vehicles here. Fair pricing and Rick really looks out for anyone who steps through his doors. Don't waste your time with the rest when you've got the best right here.

I had the best experience with East Main St. Auto Repair! While on a camping trip, I noticed that some coolant was dripping onto the ground underneath my truck. I called East Main St. Auto Repair and Kris (sp?), said I could bring my truck right in. Rick is an expert technician and he checked my truck out thoroughly and let me know what the problem was. Kris ordered the parts and I picked up my truck the very next day. The incredibly friendly staff and honest service at East Main St. Auto Repair made it possible for me to get my scouts home safely and worry free. Thank you East Main St. Auto Repair!

Went in very last minute on a Friday for a WAY overdue inspection sticker. I had already been turned down at several other places because of the time and they worked with me to get it done. Very professional and courteous service! I will be returning!

Absolutely awful. They have had our car for a week and a half and haven't even bothered to look at it to diagnose the problem yet. Every time I call it's just "we haven't gotten to it yet, it's been busy" but it's ridiculous. Other cars dropped off after ours have come and gone and mine is still sitting in the back of the lot, untouched. Unprofessional and unacceptable service, in my opinion.

I would never go anywhere but East Main Auto Repair. They have serviced my vehicles for years and I feel their knowledge and extremely fair prices can't be beat. By far the best in the area.

Always bring my cars here! They don't charge an arm amd a leg like other places or try to get you to do a bunch of unnecessary stuff to your car. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

I will not take my vehicle anywhere else in Radford. They do honest work at affordable prices. My car is always ready in a reasonable amount of time.

Havent been there in awhile. If they havent hired more help it doesnt take long gor them to get backed up especially if they have a few state inspections...buy a group of good guys
