I loved it here. Never been to Virginia before but the people here gave me the experience I needed . I did not have hard time getting the help I needed. Shoutout to Holly and Sabrina. They were very attentive and you could tell they love their job. The lot is HUGE and a bit unorganized but that's understandable. I bought my new car off the lot with no issues. They took care of anything that wasn't listed on the website with no issues. Everything checked out. One thing to look forward to: the lot drives with one of the mechanics on the lot. The golf cart type machines they use to drive you around are so fun! Please wear clothes/shoes you don't mind getting dirty !

Today we bought a 2019 Toyota Tundra from George at East Coast Auto Source. We found it on one of the search engines for used vehicles. The description on the ad was detailed along with a number of pictures of the truck. After a few conversations with George over the phone and paying a deposit we traveled to the business today to complete the purchase.Every thing went extremely smooth, the truck was actually better than expected. Within in 30 minutes of sitting down with George we were on our way home with the new to us Tundra.Why the insurance company totaled this truck is a mystery to me but glad they did because we received a sweet deal on the truck.I would highly recommend George and his staff for anyone wanting to get a great value on a used vehicle understanding it's going to need some repairs as you are buying a salvage vehicle.THANK YOU George, it was a pleasure to meet and buy a Toyota Tundra from you today.

This was the smoothest, most relaxed, and fair vehicle purchase ever made. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and not at all "pushy" like many other sales lots. I will definitely use George and the team again when the time comes.

I have been doing business with George for the last 10 years and he is a great guy! Have never been disappointed and he always delivered what he said..I have also referred several friends, who were very happy as well ! To begin with I have purchased about 7 cars from George, not to flip but because it's cheaper to own more than one car..then to pay a high car payment on a new one and the insurance..The blue z-car was my first purchase and was an most excellent purchase, never had a problem with it and this car pictured is 7 years old .. it's sold to a very happy owner who praised the great condition it was in. The second blue Honda was the most recent...have kids now so I needed a coupe.. interior is spotless and leather..East Coast Auto Source has been good to me. Thank you George!

Purchased a truck from George in late 2022. I knew I was getting a project vehicle, got a good deal and really couldn t be happier with the purchase. Everyone I worked with was great. Will definitely give them a call when I m looking for another vehicle.

I bought a very good running car from here at a really affordable fair price and plan to definitely buy and do more buisness here in the future. This is the first place I'm looking if I need to buy a vehicle of any kind. Loads of vehicles to choose from and plenty of parts if you looking for a certain one. George was very kind and treated me with the up most respect and really helped me out and works with you and is a very honest man. If I could give 10 stars for the amazing overall service I received I 100% would!

Thanks guys, I able to purchase the trucks from here, the setup it's a little un-organized but it's most definitely a great place to grab a bargain for used cars. Yes take a mechanic if you can to help you judge the car or somebody that knows about cars. Some need a lot of work but some others just need to replace pieces like bumpers, tires, windshields, but it's on you to take on that ordeal. Thanks again to the guys who help us outside at the yard.

I had a very good experience with these guys. George was willing to listen to my concerns and let us agree on a selling price. Everything was very seamless. I live about 2.5 hours away and had difficulty arranging shipment of the vehicle. George was able to recommend a shipper. This guys was great! He was very professional and even offered to help me get the car up into my garage.

I recently purchased a 1999 Vette. The staff were friendly and courteous, especially Sabrina. It took a while to get the title, but that falls on Va DMV and not East Coast Auto. Overall I m very happy with my car and looking forward to getting it back on the road. Who knows I may get something else down the road. Thank you Sabrina and George for your help with this transaction. Job well done!

if i could give one star i WOULD!!!! i paid for a car and which i never received, when i called George told me my payment didn t go through (all though i had the statements to prove it did) he said it was a bank error and the payment never went through. so i paid AGAIN!! never got the car. and now they won t give me my money back. so sad. i m a single mother of 3 little kids. you screwed us!! and took food out of my babies mouths

We bought a Mini cooper in May. George told us that there were some clips on the front end that needed replaced and the radiator had a leak. Other than that we were told that it ran good. When we finally got the car there were over 10 codes coming up. We decided to take it to a shop to have it worked on instead of doing it ourselves. We have now put $7000 into it and it is still not driveable. When we contacted George back about not being told the truth about the problems, he told us he never said anything about the car and there arent any mechanics or anyone that works there that would know anything. We would not have purchased the vehicle had there been some honesty on their part. You just can't trust people anymore. I would not buy from East Coast again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

My family has gotten 4 cars here now. My equinox is practically brand new minus a couple small things and is worth a lot more than I paid. If you re looking for another car you will guaranteed save by going here. Everyone is really nice and accommodating. They helped me a lot. Definitely worth checking out before you buy your next car.

BUYER BEWARE: East Coast sold us a vehicle that seemed great, but has now fallen apart within a month of owning it. The radiator pressure tank has exploded, its burning oil, the lifters is clacking, and the AC went out - all things that didn't come up when their mechanic scanned it. It's only been driven four times and lost over a gallon of oil. The odometer is also not accurate. We've maybe driven 200 miles and it's up over 600. It was supposedly a one person owned van with only 56k miles on it. I DO NOT believe that at all.They inspected it and it's definitely not safe to drive. I want to specifically mention George. He was not honest with us and this, *this*, is why so many people are scared to deal with sales people. I wouldn't trust a word that comes out of his mouth. Again, buyer beware.

Martin is very helpful and great to work with. I bought a 2017 GMC Canyon from East Coast and was pleased with my purchase overall. Sometimes salvage titles can be delayed from insurance companies so make sure you have the title before paying for the vehicle in full. Due to my title being delayed over a month, I ended up paying penalties in my state to legalize it since the 45 day period was past.

Spent alot of money here came to buy a Mercedes they had listed when I got there was told someone put a deposit on it in the time I called them and drove from Amherst to Bedford so I seen a 02 bmw 325ci in good condition low miles but the sales man didn't want to bother with me and was extremely rude to me and my wife and 4 year old daughter but one of the co owners stepped up and in and was super nice to my wife and daughter so I bought the car and didn't put 500 miles on the car before the engine over heated prob cracked the head sent it to the shop college park auto and had a leak down test performed for the mechanic to tell me I'd be better off replacing the engine money wise but told me an high price to replace it more money than I spent on the car so I brought it home and still have it I understand that I bought it as is key word but the ammount of parts I've bought and cars I've bought and the ammount of money and business I've done here over the years you would think they would help me out with an engine and I'd install it myself so I've been waiting for a decent engine to come through them if I could get a discount because of my situation and maintaining good business relationships I've heard good things about Cunningham bros but never done business with them and would rather have my part from east coast.

East Coast has been the most fun I've had looking for a car. They have an incredible variety of inventory, and it is a candyshop for any car enthusiast that knows enough about car repair to be dangerous.George was tremendous in helping with my use case and narrowing down what they had to what my maintenance ability would allow, and I drove off with a fully loaded 2011 Subaru Outback (including the $500 floor mats a car dealer would try to charge for) for substantially below the book value.It was a zero pressure environment, which was very bizarre coming from your typical 'HONEST JIMS QUALITY USED CARS AND BOOT EMPORIUM' you find along highways.However, and this is about the only caveat to the experience, be aware that you do your research; the cars are zero warranty. They allowed me to take my time, run the Carfax, plug in my own ODB2 scanner to look for fault and error codes/dump the ECU and TCU logs. If you take your time, there are some real gems to be found here.

No in house financing, where as most vehicles here have major malfunctions and your are going to have to fix anyway, might as well buy off a pay here buy here place because at least it's running when you get it. And you can make payments better than spending a fortune in parts and labor.

We purchased a Porsche Panamera from George and Co at East Coast Auto Source. They could not have been nicer or more honest to deal with. The vehicle was as advertised and that was such a relief as I had never purchased a car sight unseen. This worked out well.

I Have Not Given East Coast Any Money.. Although, I Have inquired about a Few Vehicles, Every Time 'The Alarms Went Off within the 1st minutes. I have a Great Deal of experience in 'The Used Car Business, For Some Time I Had 'a Small Stake in a UC Dealership. The (Late) Owner & I Ended Up Becoming Good Friends.' But My initial involvement was the result of One Of The 'business as usual' techniques Used Universally by UC Dealers.. Everytime I inquired about a vehicle at East Cost, I was approached & encouraged to 'Send $500.00!!.. (usually before I ha introducing myself or describing the car I was inquiring about!) .. Folks, That's One-Of the 'oldest & weakest' tricks of the trade'.. And (It Should be) a Red-Flag to Anyonewhos 'legitamately' seeking to purchase a dependable used vehicle that actually is the vehicle as it's represented..

I bought a Jeep Rubicon from East Coast. George, Martin, and all the staff were friendly and great to work with! I did all the work myself to fix the Jeep and now enjoy it every day. It was a fun and mildly challenging project. I would definitely do it over again!

If asked, a car fax report should be given when a purchase is made. Apparently this option doesn't exist with this company. Odd.

We have been in business with East Coast for the last two company vehicles purchased and will never go anywhere else. George is a patient accommodating man and their selection of cars is so huge you could spend all day there with prices to suit anyone. Highly recommend as they are all honest and true hardworking people they have there. Always a pleasure.

Online they try to pass themselves off as a used car lot but actually it's nothing but a junk yard and cars that they say that they have online are not there
