I was having a really bad day when my car engine light went on and I was having trouble accelerating. This place was close so I stopped in hoping they could help me.They went the extra mile for me without an appointment. They were having trouble finding the problem but they persisted and they were able to fix it quickly.Chris showed kindness and compassion and the fix was pretty inexpensive.I can't say enough good things about this place.

I ve been coming to Buraq auto for 9 years. Always a pleasure. They can fix just about anything and get it right the first time. They have always treated me fairly and professionally. I have referred many friends and neighbors with no hesitation. Hussein runs a very good business and Chris the service manager knows what he s doing and can relay my concerns to their technicians to get my problems resolved the first time around.

Nice place, outstanding customer service. I went there many times so far. Mr Bouraq is very professional, friendly and honest. I got my 2 cars serviced there . Each time I was happy about the service provided.I highly recommend it.

A busy place but I got in for my emissions and safety tests and got right out. They follow the rules so if you have something wrong, they will find it. If you are good you will pass. No surprises.

Selected this place because of the good online reviews so I feel pertinent to share my experience.I always check my car before and after dropping it for any type of service, and noticed this deep scratches when picking it up after a regular car inspection.Of course they denied doing the damage, but the fact they couldn t even clean the window before placing the new inspection sticker tells you about their work ethic....NOT RECOMMENDED.

Quick and easy oil change and state inspection. Get there early! They also close for lunch from 12-2:30 I believe.

Reasonable prices, Honest, and respectful.Charged $20 to fix something, dealers or corporate businesses would have charged 3-6 times or may have just said, it needs changed rather than fixing. Told them I was hearing noice upon breaking, I was expecting rotors and break pad change quotes. Chris said everything looks good, that s honesty!

Professional and fair prices. Doesn't feel like there taking advantage of you. I'm a mechanic as well so I can tell the b.s. apart from most mechanics but never had any issues with these guys. There here to make a living not a killing.

Just had my oxygen sensor replaced by them. I didn't have time to mess with it myself and I was very happy with the communications, the speed they completed the job, and they price, which was fair. I always get my cars inspected there, but this is the first repair. I have been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years! There business is one of integrity and their prices are fair! They treat their customers like family! I was even able to speak to the new owner, Chris, on his cell phone when I dealt with a insurance claim. I highly recommend this auto repair shop for all your vehicle needs! Well run shop with multiple mechanics available. We get our state inspections and emissions done here. *Note: Inspection is $15.00 if you pay with a credit card you will be charged a "convince fee" of $5.00 for a total of $20.00. Pay cash!

A good mechanic is hard to come by, especially one that is not going to be Hulk Hogan jumping off the top rope onto your wallet. Well, if that is what you need(and you know it is because we like saving money) Buraq's Auto Repair is where you need to go! They shoot straight to the point, will give you a breakdown for what you need and the price before they touch bolt one; they also let you use your own parts for the repair to help with the cost. That is a win in itself since there were a few other shops I called around to that were charging 3x's the cost of what the job should have cost. I had my 04 Avalon towed to their shop because I had to get a water pump replaced since it was starting to leak after I had replaced the original radiator on it, they got it right. I took it home and noticed my lower radiator hose was leaking, I called them back and they put it up on the lift to check after doing a pressure test, they brought me into the bay where my car was and showed me what was wrong, and tightened everything up for me. The transparency, the communication, respect for customers for this place even when they are packed and busy was exemplary. This was the first shop I have taken my car to outside of my normal mechanic when I am home in Philly. I am back and forth to the area quite often and I know that my car will be solid for another 150,000 miles from this work. Outstanding service! This was my second vehicle inspection with them.I was third in line for a state inspection so i had a little bit of a wait. While I was waiting, I overheard how they communicate with customers on all sorts of maintenance related issues and inspections. They are truly professionals in what they do and how the treat their clientele.I would recommend them to anyone who asked for good quality service.

I have only used this shop twice - once for tire mounting and once for an emissions inspections. Both times service was quick and efficient. Personnel are very pleasant.

Chris and the rest of the staff are top notch. They did a partial exhaust replacement and installed a tow hitch receiver on my wife s car and we couldn t be happier!! Honest, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They worked on my car when no other shop in Stafford had any appointments available for a few days due to it being a holiday weekend. These guys stayed after hours to complete the job and charged me less than the other shops I called! I am so glad I took a chance and went here. I will be going back to them for all my car maintenance and repair needs! These guys are awesome and above all, Honest Professionals who know their trade and charge a very fair price. Excellent experience at Buraq Auto Repair. They were able to help get me out of a jam with a misfired engine issue and on my way within a few hours. The guys were professional and courteous and pricing was quoted before repairs. Was grateful to find them and the help they provided.

I would give it zero stars if I could. They misdiagnosed my car & made me spend money on something that didn t even need to be repaired. Removed all the codes, so other mechanics couldn t see the issues my car was having. Don t even get me started on that cigarette smell. They all smoke cigarettes in front of the customers, how rude!

The best service I ever had. They changed the clutch/flyweel and tuned my engine. Feels like a new car. This is most trusted service that I have ever relied on. I highly recommend them. After reading their reviews and in dire need of a safety inspection, I did a walk-in on a Thursday afternoon after 2:30. Was told it would take about an hour due to other customers, but they had me in and out in 25 minutes. Staff was very courteous and professional, the owner extremely friendly. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.
