There aren t enough stars to give Eddie Lotts as a salesman. Excellent service all around great guy. Went above and beyond for our Tahoe purchase. I will definitely recommend this branch of Burglund. This will be my go to dealer from now on because of Eddie. Now Mr.Ferrell this is a dealership to be proud of. Happy Wife Happy Life

Had my truck in for service. Zack Carmen was my service guy through out the entire situation. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and even let me know step-by-step updates as to how the issue was being handled and called me promptly when it was taken care of and ready for pick up. Best service guy I ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I have been buying Gm cars for the last 50years the last 20 years I have been buying from Berglund in Roanoke and 3 from the Rocky Mount office and always had great service. I move to Goode so I took my Sierra Denali in for service I can not get a hold of anyone in service or the manager phone gets cut off. can anyone help

If I could give Berglund of Bedford negative stars, I would. We took our ranger in for warranty work that they said they could do. We would check every few days to see how the work was progressing. First they were waiting for the part, then they wanted more money, then they said it would be a few more days, then maybe tomorrow. The technician was busy, etc. etc. After 3 weeks, I went in to check on it, after waiting for quite a while, Jason the manager ( he would not give me his last name) gave me back the keys and said the work was not done. There was no explanation, only a threat to call the police if I did not get off the property. We were lied to, treated very rudely and very unprofessionally. There are no cars on the lot for sale and no salesmen in the offices. We were not sure what to make of that but our advice is "buyer beware".

New employees. New management. New lots of things in all departments! GM techs that actually know what's up and what they are doing, and get it fixed right the first time! Overall dealership moving in the right direction

My family has purchased the last 4 vehicles solely from Berglund Group. Always great price. I work in and around the dealership atmosphere for another industry for 17 years and have been completely happy with my experience. More recently Eddie Lotts has been our go to sales person. They make everything easy and right.

Nothing wrong with the vehicle but with newer technology couple of things we needed help understanding and Brandon explained.

I bought a truck here in 2020 everything went great. Fast forward 2 years I paid my truck off early in July. I had gap on it so I m supposed to get a refund. Well here it is almost December and still no refund. The finance guy Chris keeps giving me the run around. I will never buy a vehicle from berglund again.

Bought a car that landed up having transmission issues, Lamberth found me another and had more stuff I wanted. Lamberth & my husband went back & forth for about 2 weeks on pricing before an agreement was made. Chris the salesman gets a shout out as well for making the 2nd car buying process so smooth. I give Lamberth & Chris both a 5 star

I have purchased several vehicles from Berglund both Fords and a Buick. Even the GMCs that I bought elsewhere have always been serviced at Berglund of Bedford. Their service has always been reasonably priced and delivered quickly. I would really like to commend the service advisor Cheryl. The dealership could not ask for a better person. She is professional and personable. I will always bring my vehicles to Berglund of Bedford for service.

Purchased my first vehicle from here and did business with them for years until they did maintenance on an older vehicle of mine. Window regulator needed replaced but also a peice that guided the glass was broken needed repair also. I was told they could replace it. They failed to successfully replace and didn't want to order a door to repair the part and still charged me for the job they failed to finish.

The best experience at a dealership I ever received!! Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and was not pushy. The manager was friendly and responded to the needs of the sale quickly. All the guys and gals there at the dealership were nicely dressed and professional acting. GMC should be proud of the Bedford Va. location.

So your Service consultant was very helpful and aided me being from out of town in transient back home with getting a rental.What your Tech found supposedly fix the problem initially but 1,000 mile later my truck is back at the dealer with engine misfires again. Not to say anything was done wrong but something still isn't right. So I guess we will see what they come up with next

They didn t look over the van we bought. Had to replace the battery twice and had to get a new alternator. They didn t want to help with anything. I DO NOT recommend buying from here.Plus the van we bought, they couldn t even work on it there. We had to go to Nissan in Lynchburg to get it fixed, which was a 5 hour wait.

When we bought our 2018 explorer we told them the brakes had a running noise. They assured us they would check the brakes and make sure everything was okay. Since we bought the vehicle (5 months) the back end has began vibrating worse and worse. I took it to my own mechanic today and he informed me the back brakes were so badly rusted that the had completely locked up and the front was doing all the work. This has now caused the front brakes to warp. Also in the five months since I ve bought it I had to replace the battery and the APMI with an aftermarket one and don t have gos or controls for my air conditioner anymore. I will never buy another cord or anything from berglund again. This is the second time they have some me a vehicle with something dangerously wrong with it.

Very friendly front desk lady in service department. Enjoyed talking to her while i waited. I Needed an alignment. There was a 4 wheel drive truck ahead of me. So i thought i would be there a while. But actually they got my car done within an hour. I was happy.

Been very happy with both purchasing and having vehicles serviced here. Everyone is friendly and tries to do a good job. Sales people are not your typical pushy type but make you feel relaxed and are there to help you, Seth and Jeremy are great. Service department went out of thier way to get what I needed done as soon as they could and do good work.

I paid about $240 and the only work completed was an oil change. The other charges were for diagnostics. We have a noise when we accelerate. The technicians took a test drive, but could not diagnose it, probably because the radio station was changed and volume was turned up when we got our car back. So I guess we paid about a $100 for the technicians' joy ride. UPDATE: Subsequently, I took my car to Bedford Auto Repair in Goode and they determined that the parking brake issue was a shorted wire and FIXED it for $137!!! Berglund quoted me $600 to replace the parking brake module and it would not have fixed the problem. A small independent repair shop was able to fix what Berglund's GMC trained technicians could not fix and for a fraction of the cost. In fact, they diagnosed and fixed the problem for less than Berglund charged me for the diagnosis!!

My initial review of this dealership is that it wasn t great. There were some issues; repeat trips to fill out the same paperwork, and a scratched windshield from the plastic being left on a wiper blade by a tech. Mark the general manager reached out to me to help resolve these issues. He apologized for me having to keep coming back for the paperwork, and set up a time for him to look at the windshield damage. They put a new windshield in, as well as a full tank of gas, and even provided a loaner vehicle for me to drive. Shout out to mark for being understanding and taking care of these things swiftly.

I found it very annoying that it was such a struggle for them to look up my purchase information with my warranty information and provide that to me. I can't be the only person who can't find or didn't bring there warranty information with them when work is done to their vehicle. The service guy was rude, the manager was nice. The sales department is nice and professional, but wow what a hassle for what I thought was general information for them to provide to their customers when they need their warranty number. They did wonders for me when I purchased the vehicle but long term customer service is concerning me.

2018Since owning our Regal, we've had above average experiences with this local dealer, a great sales experience (Jeff) , (Jeremy is the Man!) but room to improve on maintenance finish work, although Liz is very professional and pleasant to deal with.(2017)Once again the repairs were not satisfactory. The body shop in Roanoke missed repairing the original complaint and I'm once again back in a loaner. I have never in my life had to take any other vehicle in for repair, for so many different issues, as many times as I've had for this Buick Verano which we haven't even owned for a year. Unbelievable.
