They did not explain that the recall was a two day procedure. On the first day I had an 8:30 am appointment. They finally got to me at 2:30pm, only to explain that the parts had been ordered and they would call me when they came in.They didn't.Instead I had to follow up on it and spend another day in Bedford.The camera is fixed and working properly.

Really, Berglund . You re letting go of an employee while his wife is in the hospital after giving birth to a newborn and she s in serious condition, I thought your company had more sympathy and integrity.That employee has been talking to me and many of my friends and I was interested in coming to your facility to look at options. Not now!!! I will let everyone know that this is not reputable company!!!

My fiancee and I ordered a Ford Maverick from Berglund in Bedford, September 2022. It was nothing but a hassle and headache through the entire process. We were assigned 4 different salespersons throughout the process. This led to confusion multiple times. Any of the customer service team is next to unhelpful, incompetent really. To top it all off, we went in two weeks before the truck was delivered and got pre-approval for the loan, to save time for when the truck arrived. The day the truck arrived, our credit was ran again. As we were finishing up the paperwork, I noticed the rates of the loan were nearly 2% higher than what we agreed on. I showed the sales manager Ron our notes from the previous meeting and showed where we were approved for the lower rate. He had to redo all the paperwork. The entire process that day took nearly 3.5 hours, even though we'd already done all of the work previously. While signing, they offered me a 7 year/85,000 mile warranty for $3300. I refused because I'd already had a quote for the same coverage at $1355. Ron chopped the price all the way down to $1800. I still refused because that's when he showed me, they're purely for profit and not for service. Was I offered the $1800 in the first place I would've bought it, no doubt. I completely understand making a dollar, but to nearly double your money is completely wrong.The final straw is that nearly two weeks after having our truck, my fiancee and I get a notification on Credit Karma that our credit was ran yet again! This time without our permission! We called up Ron and he explained it away as he didn't do his job in full, the day we signed the paperwork. He said it wasn't malicious or anything. I told him he had no right, nor did anyone from Berglund have permission to run our credit again. Because of Berglund, I now have a total of 9 hard inquiries on my credit. Be wise and stay away from this establishment. I wish we would've ordered from any other dealership besides Berglund. That was our mistake. It is a mistake, we'll never make again.

In October I took my car there for a recall repair - rear toe links - went to pick up my car and a few weeks later my back tires were bald and it was unsafe to drive. I had my car towed back to Berglund and at first I was told I wrecked my car and they did everything correctly ( definitely didn t wreck my car) then was told that they in fact did not fix it properly - so they fixed it and put tires on the vehicle - I was told I was to pay for 2 of the tires but after speaking with the owner that was taken care of- unfortunately 2 months later the brand new tires that were just put on my car are bald! So I take my car back again and was told again by a mechanic that my car is completely messed up so they again fix it but I m told by Josh the manager that I will not be getting new tires because I stole the last ones and that I stole my car - last time I checked if someone stole something police would be involved especially since they have my information - had my car been fixed properly the first time I would still have my original tires. This place is a joke.

Truck was making strange sounds so I brought it in for service here. Josh and his guys did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Great customer service, and super satisfied with my experience here. Highly recommend to anyone that may be considering bringing their vehicle in for service!

Beware service at this dealership. The gaslighting at this establishment is of epic proportions. General breakdown of events. 2018 F150, 50k miles, 2.7 V6. Catalytic converter bad. Second one. First one fixed in six months. Check engine light came on two days later for second Catalytic. Put in system and told basically first come, first served. This was June 2022. After two months I started visiting, in person, to ask for updates. By early December was told to call Ford to push through the request. January 3rd, 2023. Upon arriving at Bedford Berglund, was told part was shipped, BUT never arrived! Because it was "shipped", I was removed from system. I called Ford again to complain and they said that, "yes, we had part but don't anymore. " Then told by parts manager that it was not traceable, didn't know if it showed up, had to restart my case again that Ford helpline can't really help anyways. Also, said I had to restart my emergency part request every 30 days. Ford said that wasn't true. No one knows who kicked me out of the system to make it look like I've not been waiting for 7 months.

Dont go or ask I went on the internet to find a car low and behold Here is what I want..berguland bedford va from guru..wonderful..so went ant took a look nice car..By the way 12000 dollars..so I go look ask whats the lowest dollar saleman sad Let me go ask..ok..came back..nope 12,000 ok I will think about it..all this was friday june 30 2023..Overnite ...I thought thats a good deal..today i went back..ask the salesman was the price still the same..He said yep..kewl...I am going to get me tags from my wrecked car ..be back in 1 hr..lol...this is a joke..test drive it..ok..got ready to pay..Dont know this guy he said got to raised the price..how much from 12000 to 15999 really now how do 24 hrs change things All becuz I was writeing a check...Well mr burgland I am calling on monday BBB THANK YOU

This place used to be good for service, recently it has not. Not long ago I towed one of my vehicles there for a coolant leak. Someone calls me the next day I m assuming the service manager to let me know they had my car. After 1 minute on the phone he had already diagnosed my car! It needed a new engine per him, crazy how to know these things without performing diagnostics or even looking at it! So I had it towed down the road to another business (Rowletts) and they found the issue (A coolant line) and fixed it with no more issues.I wouldn t trust even a oil change from here anymore.

Takes about 3 weeks right now to even assess your vehicle. And, no loaners. I'm out a ride, with no ride. I know it's not completely their fault, but at least, I think, they could accommodate with a loaner. They do have other dealerships that actually have cars.

The service department manager is rude. If you late for an appointment due to children or traffic you lose your appointment and are made to wait all day or reschedule even if it s only by 1 min. This service department will never have my business. Ryan the service manager needs to be replaced.

Took my car for a recall and they took care of it in about an hour or so. I was also looking to check out an Expedition and Explorer, but they didn't have any on the lot.

The staff is very helpful and informative. "For the most part" they were polite and pleasant. Even taking into consideration "dealer pricing," parts were expensive. Additionally, I was surprised to see 1.5 hours listed for AC recharging. Seems a bit long.

Buy couple new vehicles a year in these guys are great to deal with they have a great selection and if they don't have it they can find it for you would definitely recommend at least going in and seeing what they can do for you always hard to find a good retail dealership to deal with.
