Staff is always attentive and friendly , members always go out of their way to interact with customers. Been here multiple times and it s the same every time . Great service and if they don t have the answers they always make sure to find it for you .

Came here around 11:30am 12/27/2023 on a super rainy day in desperate need of a wiper blade. My driver side wiper blade flew off while I was driving on the highway. There was a piece still attached on the wiper arm that I could not get off in order to install the new wiper blade. Daven came out in the rain with his tools, I didn t even ask for help, but he saw me struggling and came to save my day! I really appreciate this!!

The kid Ozzy that helped us was absolutely wonderful. He is such a good kid. He helped my daughter get all the parts she needed for her car. He went above and beyond. Very pleasant experience.

Scott from the Auto Zone in Stafford provided excellent customer service. He was patience as he was explaining to me about the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) implemented in a lot of model vehicles and if the indicator comes on the dashboard, that means the system is not getting an accurate reading of the tire(s) pressure. Thank you, Scott for taking the time to explain this and what steps I can take if I do chose to do so. Kenny

Giving 5 stars ONLY for employee Nate! Very courteous and professional worker! However, I would give a .00001 of a star to the young Asst Manager, very rude and totally unprofessional, although it was his 3rd day but still, he won t be in this position long. Smh We (3 other customers) were still in the store and this Asst Manager cut off the lights

The young man that helped me with my wipers was very nice. He helped me with the installation of my new blades and was extra careful when we ran into a problem with one of the blades. Very impressive in such a young man.

Ozzi had great customer service and gave great advice with my car. He installed a new battery for me and talked to me the whole time! He also assisted with finding parts and old transactions for me. Autozone has an amazing staff!

Every time we come here, they are always quick to help. My wife needed replacement windshield wipers and they helped her with the selection that was appropriate for her vehicle and they also installed them for her. Talk about service! Keep up the great work!

I went in to get the battery changed in my key fob. Aidan was quick to help. Unfortunately, when he opened the fob to switch out the battery, it tipped and tossed all the tiny parts out onto the counter. He was calm and poised and patiently put it back together over and over as the pieces did not want to cooperate and stay put. Finally was able to get everything to fit back in place. I just wanted to say I very much appreciate his ability to be cool under pressure.

Tom P. was amazing! He was the closing manager the day I came in. I needed headlights and wanted LED s. The first ones he showed me were $100. But he gave me 3 options and Then offered to install them for me if I got home and had trouble doing it myself. (Which I did) so I came back and he kept his word, installing both lights for me and did so in light rain! I am so impressed with the service here! Thank you Auto ZOne and thank you Tom!!!! I won t go anywhere BUT auto zone now!

Excellent location with experienced staff and notable customer service. I was having significant trouble with my car battery (it even died in the Autozone parking lot) but the manager, Rico, was quick to help. He identified the issue, found me a new battery, and had it all installed within 15-20 minutes. He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

This place is so friendly and helpful! They care about you and your car! They are fair and treat you like family. Rico helped me today and he helped more then this first place I went to that almost charged me over $700. Rico helped me get the part I needed to fix my car and saved me so much time and money! Had an issue with my subwoofer where it randomly stopped working, I figured id stop by this autozone to see if they could spot me any pointers on what I should look for to fix it being that I have no knowledge of wiring and what not. Colton immediately offered to take a look at it. Within minutes Colton was able to diagnose the problem, told me what I needed to fix and then offered to fix it himself. We were out there for a little over 5 minutes and he was able to put together everything and the subwoofer was working again. I am very appreciative of Coltons work and his professionalism, this work ethic should definitely not go unnoticed.

Good prices and the service personnel are helpful. Unfortunately, due to a new corporate policy, they were unable to handle the replacement of my battery. I had to do it myself. They did, however, allow me to "borrow" their tools to accomplish the task.

I had to go here tonight to get an engine air filter and the staff were so helpful. They looked up the part for me and then walked to go get it. My daughter was acting a little crazy and the cashier let her watch Bluey on his phone while he rang us up. 5 stars!

Highly recommend this store to anyone. I went to this store to purchase a car battery and an associate named Osman went above and beyond to assist me. It was late and it was the end of his shift but he waited for me to bring my car to the store so he could change the battery for me. Thank you Osman!

I went on a busy Saturday and although there were a couple very grumpy borderline rude customers a young lady (I believe her name is Lea ) helped my out. She was extremely helpful, contagiously happy and just all around knowledgeable on how to best get what I needed. Although there is an AutoZone closer she is the type of customer support that makes you want to go back to the same store. Thank you young lady!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Hands down the best customer service I have ever received!! I was a frazzled mom with 2 small kids who were very active. The friendly staff helped me with my check engine light, helped me purchase a part for my mini van, and buy a hitch all while entertaining my kids. I am so so so grateful for your outstanding customer service and help! Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Absolutely the best experience I think I've ever had at an auto parts store. The customer service was outstanding. I have an older Toyota truck, and there apparently is no replacement part available. Dani (I hope I've spelled that correctly) came out to the parking lot and fixed my problem with some "American ingenuity" as she called it - and now I'm good to go. I'd give a thousand stars if I could. This will be my go-to store for parts from now on.

Very rude manager. He told me he s been hired 6 months ago and he did not even take time to look up our account. I will report this to corporate and other places. You should know how to treat your customers and not just hang up the phone because you do not want to take a couple seconds to find my account.
