V was amazing! Not only did he offer to change my bulb for me he actually noticed the bulb wasn't burnt out and fixed it for me. I would go out of my way just to come to this store. Oh did I mention he immediately greater ne when I walked threw the door and asked if I needed any help. Then offered to look up which bulb I needed and when we couldn't find the bulb he called another store to see if they had it but he ended up finding one while he was on the phone. Wow just a good way to get off of work and end my day.

I went in to buy a long funnel to fill my hard to reach transmission fluid. After buying the wrong one and having to go right back in a returning it, they let me borrow theirs. And he actually helped me put it in! He opened it, placed the funnel and then sat on the break for me as I poured!SO THANKFUL! Thank you

The associates at this location is absolutely amazing. I am car literate, and the gentleman here are always so helpful. They break down whatever is going on with my car into Laymans terms to where I understand what is going on. THANK YOU

I recently returned home from a deployment and had my side view mirror broken off. I stopped by the Autozone Store on 1167 Garrisonville Road for assistance. I was greeted by Tom, the Store Manager, who took the time to identify the mirror and place an order prior to my redeployment. About a week later, after contacting the store and the Staff, Tom gave me a call to inform me that the Part had arrived and he would be available to assist me with the installation. I stopped by the store and Tom immediately stopped what he was doing and assisted me with the installation. I redeployed the following day; and, can't thank Tom enough for his dedication and thoughts. God Bless Tom and his Staff for making my life a little less stressful.Semper Fidelis

The team at this location are amazing Smitty, Rico and Scott the 3 employees that helped me out with my car lights. They were very knowledgeable, friendly took their time and were patient with me. They installed my car lights which for my Hyundai ELANTRA it s not easy but these three gentlemen were there me. thank you so much for your help means the world to me.

I had my battery lose charge in 100 degree heat luckily I had enough power to pull into this autozone. Best customer service hands down. I was helped by an associate named Tiffany and the manager Dani. They provided full diagnostics on my van. Charged my battery for me and quickly priced parts for me. Very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I highly recommend this store, fantastic team.

I came to the Stafford location at worth ave. And Daven was super helpful he was the best I have meet!! he took great care of me along with John and Rico when I tell you the best customer service experience it was the best!!!! All I needed was a battery I will definitely be back

Really easy to find things inside, usually always have the part im looking for, and theres 2 on 610 alone so the continence is crazy. Thank you to Thomas for changing my battery with yucky bolts and being informative. This is a great place for parts, and the employees are always helpful, but please, if you have a problem with your car take it to a mechanic and dont solely rely on autozone. The device they use to check your starter alternator and battery always gives me a different answer. It always either says its my battery or alternator but it was my starter. There were past employees that gave straight wrong information. Mechanics are professionals that really know about cars, most of the employees are just employees even if they know more than you (and thats ok!).

Walter Brown help trouble shoot what was wrong with my car. He recommended a part and I was done. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. He went above and beyond and saved me a lot of money. If I need anything else for my car, I will return because of the excellent service I received from Mr. Brown.

First off I want to say that the Manager Nick who assisted me is G.O.A.T. This location just opened on Saturday and while the plus side is that it is extremely close to my house, I - with Nick's help - was able to find the parts that I needed in order to fix my car in a timely manner. He's very knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what i needed without pushing unnecessary products in my face. Go there for what you need.

Awesome Service! Just walked out of Walmart neighborhood market and saw a guy with the auto zone shirt helping an older woman; he was jumping her truck battery with a "jump it". So nice of him. So glad to have this new auto zone so close to our house.

Can I say that I appreciate Robert s help so much today... his excellent Customer service probably saved me about $300 today. Staff at Auto Zone near Neighborhood Market were great. Had purchased a set of expensive wiper blades and they started failing three months later. I came into the store and they made everything right, no questions asked. Thanks Ruby!

Doug scanned my wife's vehicle and explained what could be going on with it to her. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He took time to go over prices for various O2 Sensors with her. Great customer service! Thanks Doug!

I wish I could do 10 stars because the service I got was great! My headlight had burnt out on my passenger's side and my driver's side was starting to fall apart so I was driving almost completely in the dark. Luckily this Autozone just opened up by my house so I pulled in and Armando was quick to help me out in finding the right bulb. When I mentioned that my bulb was out and I needed help installing it, he helped me even when it was 10 minutes to close so I wasn't driving blind at night. Thank you so much Armando! I'll definitely be coming back to this Autozone in the future.

I visited the store 1167 Garrisonville and was "assisted" by what appeared to be the on duty manager. A dark haired kid with a scruffy beard. I was in search of a gasket for a rear tail light. He reported that he didn't have that but he had gasket material. keep in mind, I had the old gasket with me made of a sponge like material. He comes back with a role of gasket material for engines and fuel filters. I say "this is for engines." He responds "yes." I say "this won't work will it?" He responds "no." Now I don't say anything at the time, but instead turn and leave. My take away, as a customer, is that an Auto Zone manager will sell me any piece of non-purposeful garbage rather than help me as a customer. The question I have here, is that one person or is that the culture? I don't intend on visiting another Auto Zone given this experience.

Same prices and selection as most other AutoZone locations. Customer service is hit and miss, depending on which employee you get. Sometimes the service is great, sometimes it is so-so. I will continue to go to this location first though, because its very close to my house. I just hope there's a reaffirmation of customer service values with all employees in the near future. The store is very clean and neat.

I called to see if there was an extended 10mm wrench and the woman who answered said what are you talking about . I said I want to know if you have an extended 10mm. She went to look and said I have one left. I said how long is it? She said I don t know! It s a wrench! And then she hung up on me. First of all, lose the attitude. Secondly, how do you not know? You work at an auto parts store. They literally hire anyone at this place

I prefer Carquest, but since they close at 6pm and Autozone was open to 10pm and at 545pm I discovered my simple break job got a little more complex with a bad caliper i didn't have a choice. Part was refurbished but was good quality. Maybe I need to change to Autozone.24 hours later update. Well the refurbished caliper I had to get from Autozone because they were the only ones open failed on my wife on her drive home from the school with the kids. So ordered a new caliper from Carquest and will be taking the failed one back to Autozone first thing in the morning. Not the stores fault, parts fail, just wish it wasn't less than 24 hours after I put it on the vehicle. Live and learn, definitely no more refurbished parts for me regardless of the convenience.

Love the convenient location. I buy all my parts here. Staff are always super helpful, especially Doug. Usually have the parts I need on hand, but if not the ordering process is quick.

A classic example of why online shopping is running stores out of business. I needed fasteners for my trunk lid liner and the millennial working there points to a bunch of generic fasteners on a rack and left. Didn't really help since I didn't know the exact size my car needed. I left and ordered the fasteners for my make, model and year from Amazon and had them the next day. I wish like hell they'd built a NAPA here instead of this lame Aurozone.
