I've never had a problem with them. Easy to work with, generally know what they're talking about, had an in-store pickup and I was in and out in minutes, and they generally have everything I'd need

I was in this particular store to purchase some cleaning supplies for my car. They had everything that I needed. The store seems to be very well stocked and the staff are friendly. Couldn't have asked for more.

Make sure when you go into an AutoZone store it doesn't matter where. that you know what you're doing (or try to be). don't completely trust everything they say on their computer.Use Google and ask your question on it before trusting an autozone employee or manager.

Parts store can't even sell you the right parts, probably won't have it in stock anyways whatever it is you're looking for, and their price markup is insane I mean they're ripping you off just look it up on Amazon

Went there for years when Joe was manager.He was very knowlegable & always helpful.So was Jason & Samson.What happened?Found part from one of your competitors and part was $50 less.I see only good reviews in the past 5 months.

if you read the reviews none of the people so highly mentioned are not with Autozone any longer. Service is bottom of the bucket, no knowledge of parts, cant find things, send out the same part two or three days after you have already gotten the part. A few years a ago this was a great store, only thing that has made a difference is the District Manager. Since he has taken over the store has gone down

I had not had the chance to write this review but on June 28th I was in Bedford, Va and hit a deer and got a nail on my tire. I stopped at this store 5 or 10 minutes before their closing time. One of the guys that was there (tall white guy, had a crucifix necklace on) came out and helped me tape the bumper back on and checked my tire. I drove there from Stafford, Va. and had to come back that night. I made it home ok thanks to his generosity. I will forever be grateful. May God bless you. I didn t catch your name since I was shaken up from the incident but wanted to make sure you knew that me and my daughter are so grateful for your help. The world needs more people like you.

Sitting outside the store, was supposed to be open at 9:00. Now it is 9:07 and still closed. Usually a great store but waiting for it to open is not fun. Where are the employees?

Dakota and his manager (I think jason) were very helpful with my return when I didn't have a receipt and they couldn't scan the item. All in all a very great experience!

I've been dealing with this particular autozone for year's and I can definitely say that I'm 99% of the time completely satisfied. FYI Jason and Samson are outstanding on their services. Lot of wisdom and knowledge between those 2 men. Thanks guy's for all the help!

Samson is an example of what customer service is suppose to be. Very helpful and kind helped me in my time of need for auto service. Excellent service quality and knew his job! Refreshing in today's world. Deserving of a bonus or promotion. Above and beyond his call. Thanks to him I got new windshield wiper that actually were right as the dealership put wrong type on and I had not been able to see. Samson analysised the situation and honestly made it right. So glad I made his acquaintance.

I have been a loyal AutoZone customer for all my life and will continue to be, but I will never shop this location again. I called for a part and Roland Instant tells me nope, cant help you. We don't carry that part. SO I look it up online to order it and the person at corporate says that the store has them in stock. I Call back. Roland again. I tell him what corporate says. Roland laughs and puts me on hold. Ten minutes goes by and PHIL gets on the line. Heavy sigh. Ok, I explain it to Phil and while explaining it he's looking it up. Preto! 30 seconds in and Phil confirms he has three in stock. What up Roland? Can't do your job? Can't treat people with respect? mama raise you to be a liar? I thank Phil for doing his job but purchased the part at a competitor instead. Decided that if Roland AutoZone wanted to lie to and disrespect me like that, over something so small, then there are several other parts stores in town more deserving of my money.

Most of the staff is knowledgeable...however every time I go in there is a lovely young gal that works there and is just awesome!! Knowledgeable, friendly, and smiles all around. Beats the hell out of the others by far!!

I almost wasn't able to buy a can of Fix-A-Flat without revealing my phone number for some reason.. it's just fix a flat. No warranty issues needed with that. The guy at the counter was a little rude

Use to be my go to place for anything and everything automotive. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Sadly it has changed management, disrespectful Employees, none of the testing equipment ever works and like with the rest of the modern American workforce. No pride in one's self or work

Normally the best service until today. When in the get an oil filter for my car. Normally the guy will go get it. This guy with whom I never seen inside the store before prints out a ticket and says here the number go find it. I spent maybe 5 mins looking for the part needed. Only not to be able to find it. So I just left and when to advance auto.

I went in to pick up wipers and store associate Bob made the experience very unpleasant. While waiting for assistance I over heard him being rude to a customer over the phone and the mood carried over when assisting my mom and I. His attitude was very sour and not only was he rude he was also very unhelpful. I would not recommend visiting this location.

Good source for backyard mechanics like me. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and what they don't have in stock they can get the next day or FedEx it in 2 days for pickup.
