Always come here for my car needs, Victor and the whole staff are such caring people. Very trust worthy and reliable. Definitely honorable people, never felt over charged for any work done to my car! Thanks guys!

I reached out to Victor via Facebook, and he responded back in minutes and told me to come in anytime. He took me right away. I was having a serious shaking issue for a while with my Volkswagen. I have been to the dealer to get an overall estimate of what was needed. The majority of those things the dealer said I needed. Turns out I didn't need, however their were other things that were broken that they failed to mention that Victor discovered. He also allowed me to step in the shop and see things with my own eyes. Victor was very knowledgeable! Honest! and very affordable. I came with my own parts. I used a few parts from his shop which were at a very good price. I dont leave many reviews however it's been very hard finding a honest shop and I will definitely be returning. Money well spent!!

This is one of the last true hometown favorite shops around! It's hard to trust a shop with all the rip offs and zero customer service... but I feel blessed to have been referred to this absolute gem! William is the heart and Carlos and the guys are the beat! They know what they're doing and aren't trying to sell you a service you don't need! I was told by a few my timing chain was the problem and once they diagnosed it they immediately found what the problem was and after contacting me and explaining everything... I agreed and they literally had a major job completed in a week! They took my circumstances into mind and got her back to me quickly. Their work is bar none!!! Their service is top notch! William the owner gave me some awesome tips on general maintenance as well as treated all his customers like Familia! I highly recommend and will be back when it's time for service! Thank you everyone at Auto Check!!! You made such a bad situation a million times better!!

This is my go to spot for my cars. The staff is honest and always does a great job. They are informative and thorough. My favorite aspect of this shop is that they are trustworthy. I recommend this shop to everyone.

Great experience got exactly what I wanted. Had my engine replaced most shops would not allow you to bring your parts to them to get installed and they had no problems with it. Very professional keep me in the loop throughout the whole process no hidden surprises when time to pay the bill. Good service will recommend to all my friendsService: Engine repair

I'm so thankful for these wonderful people. They took great care of me. They were very kind to take me right away after explaining them my situation to have to get to Virginia Beach before a certain time to pick up my bib for the Rock'n Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon. Not professional at all, they installed a faulty part in my car, and when I went back they said there was nothing wrong with it and that I need to install a different part that will cost me 900$, the funny story is they contacted their supplier while I was listening and they inquired about the part warranty, so in short they tried to rip me off again, thank God I found an honest guy who fixed it for 140$, and yes, he confirmed that these guys are using super cheap parts, so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They put more quantity of engine oil in my car than recommended by the company and my engine seals start leakage on mentioning this to the manager, business owner jumped in and start arguing and push me hard to leave the business and start threatening me PLEASE BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM BUSINESS AND MUST KEEP AN EYE WHILE THEY ARE WORKING ON YOUR CAR AND DO NOT TRUST THEM AS THEY DO NOT OWN THEIR MISTKE OR BLUNDER AFTER , had very bad experience with this business owner.Pusieron m�s cantidad de aceite de motor en mi autom�vil de lo recomendado por la compa��a y los sellos de mi motor comenzaron a tener fugas al mencionar esto al gerente, el due�o del negocio intervino y comenz� a discutir y me presion� para que abandonara el negocio y comenz� a amenazarme.
