Best auto shop I have ever been to. I bought four brand new tires for $1400 from Tire Rack and had them delivered to this location for them to install on my truck. I dropped my truck off at lunch and they said they are a little backed up but will get to it today guaranteed. I went to pick up my truck after work and they were just about to be finished with the installation and alignment when I arrived. I was then brought back for the last tire because it was a factory defect on the tire. They tried everything they could to get the defect fixed without breaking the warranty but could not get it to work. Chris suggested that I call tire rack explain the situation and send them photos of the defect to have the warranty upheld and new tire shipped out. Tire rack initially didn't honor the warranty and blamed Aquia Auto Repair's mechanics for faulty installation. Upon hearing this Chris said let me talk to them, so I came in and called tire rack again and Chris talked to them and expertly handled the situation and they reversed the initial decision and sent out a tire the very next. I have never seen a shop go above and beyond especially when they are busy from open to close and could easily just shrug it off and not assist me. I now recommend this shop to everyone I hear talking about auto repairs. Very reasonably priced, quality work and an honest answer every time. Take your service here and see for yourself.

Nothing in this life is certain, except death, taxes, and untrustworthy mechanics. Aquia breaks the mold providing excellent service, a knowledgeable staff, and experienced mechanics, creating an honest and dependable environment. We ve been bringing our Chrysler T&C and VW Passat here for just over two years and have been consistently impressed with their efficient work and reliability.

Very quick!! They did a good job repairing my fender that was backed into. Had by far the best price out of many estimates I received, stayed true to their original estimate price after the work was done and the work was completed in a day and a half. Would definitely recommend to others!

So here s the story. Moved to Stafford about two months ago, needed to get our cars inspected for registration. We went to a few other places, everyone was booked or had an unimaginable line, one place was just plain rude, we showed up at Aquila Auto Repair and the first service tech we ran into, told us where to line up and that it would be about twenty minutes per car in front of us, but it would move quick and to just wait in the car till one of the techs came over. My husbands truck was first after waiting for about ten minutes, after his truck was done, it was my Jeeps turn. The tech walked up and asked me if I had the light covers for my lights inside the grill: I told him that I did, but had left them at home, he told me if I could go grab them and be back before 11A he could do the inspection needless to say, I couldn t find the covers so I ordered them and of corse they took a week to come in, today I went right back there and got my car inspected. Mark, one of the technicians there told me he wanted to show me a few things that I need to keep in mind and have done to my Jeep, just regular maintenance no pressure it was nice and I feel that I can trust them to do work and not take advantage of a silly girl, I ll definitely be back.

My husband took his antique in for exhaust pipe repair. Dude was too big for the car got in pushing the clutch to get seated in the car and bent the clutch rod, tried to say my husband drove it that way but of course the car would not move. So how could he drive the car there from Thornburg. My husband had the car towed from there with out it being fixed. This piece of mess place has cost us a large amount of money and they still have yet to say they would pay for anything. Don t go there they are !!! Next complaint is to the better business BureauService: Brakes

Needed an Emissions inspection, other shops had the inspector off duty, or needed an appointment. Drove to Aquia Auto Repair, no problem. Friendly,fast and polite. I will continue to use them for every thing I need.Thanks guys for the fast professional attitude

Gotten all of my state safety and emissions inspections here and never had any problems. Everyone here has been friendly, honest, and respectful every visit. Wait times might be long because they are usually very busy but worth it in my opinion.

I have been coming to this business for several years with all of mine and my children's cars. I have always had wonderful service until the last time my son brought his car in for an oil change and being a kid not knowing the difference they gave him an synthetic oil change and then charged him for a new filter without letting him know it was going to be extra so what my son thought was going to be a $50 oil change cost him $100. Then i called today to find out how much a standard oil change was and how much a front end alignment was i was told they don't quote prices over the phone. I told him an oil change and a front end alignment are usually standard prices not items that have to be quoted. He said well we don't quote over the phone then he said this several times. I asked if they didn't have set prices for those services he said i said we don't do pricing over the phone. He was very rude i have never had an issue before these 2 incidents but it was the same guy both times (or sounds like him over the phone)

1) They quoted me over $3,900 to fix a leaky oil pan, I declined. Mother in-law took it to the mechanic on base instead --- they charged about $500 for the same work. Beware!!2) Before that happened, I had taken my mother in-law's vehicle in for minor service while she was overseas. She is a 25 year military veteran and long-time customer but they refused to apply the military discount that they'd always applied for her over the years because "she wasn't there in person", said that she'd have to email them a scan of her military ID. First of all, the license plate of the vehicle says Disabled Veteran! Second, they themselves have years of receipts of past service proving they'd applied the discount for her in the past, even when it wasn't her bringing in the car. One of the receipts with the discount applied showed my father in-law's name, and he isn't a veteran. I didn't feel like a drawn out argument since it wasn't a lot of money, but to me it's the principle! Why would you ask a loyal customer you know for a fact sacrificed to serve our country to waste their time emailing you a scan of their military ID over $15??

I have been using this auto shop for over 4 years. The best car service ever. They do diagnostic tests for $90 bucks and their state and emissions test is usually done pretty good time. The mechanics here will take the time to explain what your issue is and recommend real options necessary. They don't try to rip you off. I love coming here and very affordable.

My experience at Aquia Auto repair was remarkable. The customer service was amazing as I didn't have to wait at all to get my tire repaired. The facility was very clean, including but not limited to the bathrooms, the lobby, outside the building, and the garage. The quality of service, skillset of all the employees was beyond perfect and impressive. I was in and out in less than an hour and on my way. At another facility, I was going to have to wait over two hours for the same service. They are trust worthy, and do quality work, which is a rare gem in this day in age. Again, I highly recommend this great company for any car repair!

Decent folks running this place. Quality of work is good and, more importantly, they stand behind it. Fair prices for the work, I've never felt like I was ripped off over the decade + I've been bringing my vehicles here. They're pretty good about explaining the issues they've found and the remedies, without blowing smoke. Recommended.

Very friendly people. Went there for state inspection and emissions, was in-and-out very fast, there was a line to get service and I still manage to get everything I needed in about 45 minutes, because they have like 4-5 vehicle bays all open and servicing cars at the same time, so the wait line moves pretty fast. Great place, definitely coming back and recommend.

Good service. 2nd in line took around an hour to get to me for emissions. Tech must have been on break but would have appreciated if someone notified the customers in line or had pa sign saying so.

Great customer service. I loved the fact that the technician came out to speak to me prior to the work being done and explained everything to me. I arrived early because I thought I would be there for hours. I got in and out within 1 hour. This location will be on my list every time I need something done to our vehicles. Very fair and honest in what they charge to do the work.

I can't say enough about this shop, they've taken care of me since the beginning of 2016. Their service is always outstanding, they recognize me every time I come in, and ask me how I'm doing. Mario has offered to give me rides if I need to leave the car at the shop. They have even ordered parts in front of me so I know what I'm paying for. Never have I had to bring my car back to have a repair or service corrected. The staff is amazing and I'll be a customer for life, just a shout out to all the guys at the shop!

Aquia Auto is the BEST!! I have owned 2 jeeps and they have ALWAYS provided EXCELLENT SERVICE at AFFORDABLE prices! In addition to their outstanding work, they go above and beyond to help you when you need major repairs. They care more about providing you with affordable care care and not adding any nonsense other mechanics have done to me. They are HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY!!

Knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff, with very affordable prices. I ve gone here for many repairs and maintenance on other vehicles. I have a 2014 Honda Accord. I recently came off of an extended warranty. Until now I have taken it to the Honda dealer. I trust the Aquila Automotive staff to take excellent care of my vehicle. I highly recommend it for the superlative care and speed in which they provide it.

A tree branch dented my car and they were able to give me an estimate and take my car in the same day. It took them half the time it would ve taken the other places I looked at and I also saved quite a lot by coming here. The service was great overall and I would come back here again if I ever need more body work done on my car.

My A/C went out last Sunday. I took my car to them Monday morning. Late that afternoon, I got a call saying I needed a new a/c compressor and dryer. The cost? $1200! Definitely more than I expected, but I know anywhere else would have charged me 2 or 3 times as much. I authorized the work, they ordered the parts and my car was done by Wednesday morning. My A/C blows freezing COLD now!! Just in time for this crazy Virginia heat! Thank you Aquia Auto Repair!

Amazing staff. As a mechanic myself I recommend them to everyone in search of an honest mechanic. You dont have to worry about being scammed with "failing inspection" just to get money out of you. Very trustworthy business.

If I had the opportunity to give them 0 stars I would. Also, their customer service is terrible. I took my vehicle for an engine repair and they decided to make other unnecessary repairs to make more money. Be careful they scam people. I recommend you take your vehicle somewhere to a more trusted shop with more reliable people.Very shady business, stay away!

Let me just say, it is extremely difficult to find a honest mechanic. However, after 2 years of going to them I must say that they have been nothing but upfront and honest with me. I never feel as though they are trying to rip me off. There have been countless situations where I have been unsure of a part and they show me the price tag and exactly the process they will use to install the part. Also, I have been given different quotes on parts so I can see what part they are actually going to install. I guess I say all that to say is that I truly enjoy the customer service there and will keep coming back. I can't give 5 stars because I'm not sure I am sold on the cost of labor for some jobs.

Honest and upfront about cost. Finished job under estimate and even stayed late to finish it the same day I brought it in. Great place.
