Very down to earth and affordable. You pay for parts and labor. They don t charge you extra for parts that come with the replacement.

Took my car for a grinding noise when braking on 09/20/23, was told they didn't hear the noise, brakes look great "almost brand new", grinding noise worsens, take it back 10/05/23, now they say that all 4 brakes and rotors need to be replaced for 680$. Were rude and condesending, could not answer why it was missed the first time, a second opinion elsewhere showed that the rear brake pads were worn but the rotors had some scratches but not enough to warrant replacement, front brakes were ok. Will never go back, not even for an oil change.

I do not recommend going to this shop because they will try to take your money unlawfully...because they will not give you an invoice for the parts purchased for the car...why because they double the price twice as much as the car dealer prices..

My car was acting up and I needed some help. I tried 460 West Auto for the first time and was very pleased. I thought I was going to have to have major repairs but they were honest with me and I walked out with just minor repairs. I was so relieved and very happy. I'm so thankful to have found this place and will absolutely use them again!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Took some wheels and tires in to be balanced they got on them almost immediately and got them done! Made it a worry and hassle free experience!

Was told my car would be ready in 7 to 10 days. Called to check the mechanic said it "slipped his mind" even though it was right outside the garage. Now it's been 3 weeks and still No one has touched it. Had it towed elsewhere.

The charges our company more than the market and he didn t show us the receipt and the pic of what he changed he instated that his phone is broken and he did the job without permission .

460 west has performed several vehicle services for me. They installed a set of tires and also installed brakes and rotors on the same vehicle. They were able to get me in the next day for both services.
