Beware: scammers, liars who sell lemons! We came down to Stafford to check out a Toyota Sienna. Josue even laid on the floor to assured us there was no rust on the car. Before finalizing the deal we asked them to replace the bald worn tires and they agreed. We came back a hour later (shout to the yum Thai restaurant we found in town) to find that they did not replace the tires and lied and said they did. I guess they thought we wouldn t notice because it was dark and rainy. We demanded a refund for the value of the tires. Once arriving home, the next day I notice a lug nut so baldly stripped that there was no way they would have replaced the tires if they wanted to. He assured us there was no rust, come to find out there was so much rust it didn t pass Maryland inspection. They claimed the car passed VA inspection, there inspector is not creditable, don t fall for it . I have spend thousands of dollars to correct the issues myself because they sell these lemons as it.

This was an amazing dealership. I was helped at every step of the way. No random charges or upping the price last minute. This dealership definitely changed my perspective on Private Dealerships. Jeff was my representative and he helped me buy my first car with a really good deal on it. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing customer service. I originally went in to purchase a vehicle and Josue and Jeff assisted me with that. Even gave me a reasonable discount fairly lower than asking price just because I explained how I just moved in town with my children and wife. Once an issue was discovered literally 10minutes after buying the Mechanic Deep helped out and Josue and the team gave a full refund without any issues. I would recommend Auto Gallery simply because of the customer service alone. The cars are a plus.

I went there to look at a different vehicle than what I wound up purchasing. I wasn't impressed with the vehicle I went to see because it wasn't what I really wanted. I saw my dream vehicle there waiting for me. Harris who walked me through the whole process let me see her when I asked about her. Ran the numbers and kept me informed on her progress when I said I was interested. He did everything himself for me to make sure I was going to be blessed. I told him I hadn't bought a car in 18 yrs so everything was new to me. He made the experience very easy. We are now friends. Everyone in the business was very nice and respectful. Always greeted me when I came and were always helpful. I recommend them to anyone. Ask for Harris. Tell him Cynthia sent you ! Lol

Fake, false, disrespect, rude, cheap ethic, uneducated and no experienced staff, below 0 customer service all negative thing you know you see and find in this ditch of waste. I found a 2012 toyota highlander hybrid from them on 11/2023 and the sales person name was fake name was jeff. We traveled 450 miles to look this car it was a traded car very dirty condition not detailed, not inspected, brake pads and rotors squeaked and had noise, some inside panels were missed, engines was dirty and not serviced. They promised us till next week all will be done. Next week we came to pick it up these idiots even did not cleaned the engine under the hood. Me and friend came with a great hope and expectations but faced with rudeness and lack of ethic and service. After all arguments they requested two hours to fix these items we gave them 5 hours. So, they covered the rotors by metal color spray, painted the inside missed parts and sprayed w40 on top of engine. Now, it is 14/02/2024 and still we did not received the vehicle title. When I call them most time never answer and most the title lady is absent. I received many warnings from my state DMV and my vehicle insurance regarding my license fine and charges if I don't register my vehicle.Please anybody read my massage carefully ignore and scape this fake place. If needed I will complain to the local law enforcement to give them an expensive lesson that never play with US citizens.

If you are thinking of buying a car at this dealership I highly recommend it!! They helped me every step of the way to getting my Honda Pilot and I absolutely love it! They treat you just like family and are very straight forward. I ll definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Went there to get my Chrysler 300c 5.7 hemi. Prices are great, variety of selection, and staff were amazing. Jeff helped us with our car, he had wonderful communication, good sales man, very personable, very cooperative, he got us in and out with no surprises! Thank you Jeff!

This place is TERRIBLE and not exactly sure how they re still in business. They sold my cousin a Honda Civic that I helped her fix after she discovered that it had a bunch of mechanical defects. When we tried to reach out they just said she knew it was sold as is but when she test drove the car the check engine light wasn t on and the other issues weren t obvious. She has spent thousands fixing the issues the car came with because she didn t have a choice once she drove it off their lot. Avoid this place!

**Avoid this Used Car Nightmare!**I had the misfortune of purchasing a car from 1st auto gallery, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The shiny exterior and smooth talk from the salesperson masked the true horror lurking under the hood. Within weeks of driving off the lot, the car started throwing white smoke, engine began sputtering, and after taking to a mechanic they had illegally sold me a car without a catalytic converter.When I took it to a mechanic, they revealed the grim truth: the car was a lemon. It was clear that 1st auto gallery had either failed to properly inspect the vehicle or knowingly sold me a lemon. The cost of repairs was exorbitant, leaving me with a hefty bill for a car I had just purchased.To add insult to injury, when I tried to contact 1st auto gallery to address the issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It's clear that their priority is making a quick sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction or selling reliable vehicles.Save yourself the headache and financial burden by steering clear of 1st auto gallery. Update: Image attached of actual car purchased from here!Worst car buying experience ever!!! Sold me a lemon and from reading other reviews this is how they keep their business running? Engine blew up the day after it was purchased they came to pick it up and said they would fix attempt to fix it. MONTHS later, they finally returned car to us and it is in terrible condition with lights still on dashboard. Waste of money, time and terrible customer service. They took the the car back again with the promise they'd fix it and didn't do a thing. Used an engine from a different model car when being rebuilt and can't pass emissions now. BUYERS BEWARE.

Test drove a Hyundai for my friend that was looking for a vehicle, they gave him the keys to a car that legally should not be on the streets due to all the lights and sounds the transmission was making. They begged him to take the car home and try it out for a day. He did against my advice and it broke down twice in the span of 3 days. 7-8k for a car that can t make a 50 mile trip should be a crime. If you test drive vehicles here bring someone that knows about cars or is a mechanic, most of their vehicles have issues. We test drove at least 3 and they all had something wrong with them. Also, the owner of this site always replies with we don t have records of your visit here when they know well who the bad reviews are coming from.

Watch out for these guys!!!! The vehicle lexus ct 200h i purchased early december 2023 is already giving me problems. When test driving the vehicle, i told the sales man there was somthing going on with the car because there was alot of vibration going down the road. Of course he acted like he didnt know. I than looked around the vehicle and noticed the rotors were warped. I informed the salesman and he totally didnt care. But i thought that was the only issue so a purchased the vehicle at a little over $7000. Bringing the car home and a week later i replaced the brakes and rotors but was still having a shaking issue. So i decided to take it to a shop and was told i need two front tires because the in the front two tires i had broken belts on the inside. I than deiced to do a complete tune up on the vehicle and to my surprise the spark plugs werent even tight. I was able to loosen them with my fingers easily. I was told the vehicle was just inspected and overlooked the month before but i believe is was a lie as the 11/2024 inspection sticker doesn't even have the shop writing nor did the car come with the vehicle inspection paper work. Just be careful buying from this dealer because theyll say anything for a sell even lie to the buyers face and smile. Absolute unhappy with my experience ill never purchase from there again

This is in addition to the previous review in which the owner continued his streak of denying any wrong doing with his business. This is the exact vehicle that was sold to my friend and FACTUALLY TOLD since I was witness to take home and try out for a few days. This is a photo of the car in my friends parking spot. The sales person was named Harris . First car couldn t even make it home since we live about 50 miles away and second car was the Hyundai shown above, which didn t start and had to be towed. The only harassment in this exchange is what was done to my friend(which is out of 700 for no reason). Preying on people with bad credit and few financial options is terrible.
