Drop my car off for a week to get Mac to finish what he had started on my vehicle a year prior and the turn out was horrible. I would not recommend this garage to anyone over charged and did nothing but an oil change which needed to be done after the other major issue was fix. Once I talk to Mac to see why I was well over charged his reply was it s just money why you upset . So I paid $259 for an oil change and diagnostics. I picked my vehicle up with a fresh oil change on a vehicle that isn t 100% drivable

Called and left a detailed message, I asked him to give me a call back and let me know if it was something that he could do or not..Never heard back from him, before you ask yourself I ll tell you. Yes my mailbox is set up. It is not full and there was every way to leave me a message.

Fast, honest, organized. Local garage run by good people in Floyd. We had a really good experience with them and I plan to go back (but hopefully not too soon)!

This garage is off the beaten path! ...but many local folks go there! Highly recommended. Knowledgeable staff. They'll fix anything!The webpage listed is a rave review on a blog - worth reading!They don't have a website of their own.

Whitlock's is the best. Wonderful service. They get it done right and on time. I've gone to several other places in Floyd, and Whitlock's is by far the best.

An honest repair shop that can fix problems others cannot in the area. They're not cheap, but they are thorough. Much better than Autoville!
