Picked up a nail in my front driver's side tire a few months ago and Sonny took care of it and patched it in record time for $15. Great attitude and all-around friendly service. Highly recommended!

Sonny was awesome! We had a screw in one tire and a nail in the other. Sonny fixed them both for $15 in record pit crew time. He was very friendly as well.

Tried to get a quick tire patch but I brought my dog. Big mistake. This man has such an irrational hatred or fear of dogs that, despite trying to apologize for not seeing his sign and taking my dog out of the van, he immediately stopped all work and yelled at me in the rudest manner possible. Over a puppy.No customer, let alone human, should ever be treated so disrespectfully.I am never going back there.

Would give zero stars if possible. The most rude, mean person ever. I was YELLED AND CURSED AT AND HAD THE PHONE HUNG UP ON ME when I politely asked if they had any availability to put new tires I was given on for me. Apparently you are **not** supposed to ask to PAY them to put tires you already own on for you. Lol. This place is a bad, bad joke.

I want to recommend Floyd Tire. When I left home today, a rear tire felt funny. When I dropped off recycleables at the dump, I saw that one tire was almost flat. The workers there were kind enough to pump up the tire so I could get into town. I stopped at Floyd Tire.The tire in question didn't match my other tires and I was told it was such poor/cheap quality that it couldn't be patched. It took me a while to remember I had bought it at Wal-Mart after a tire was slashed 3 years ago!! Thanks Wal-Mart!!He had a used tire that was better quality and had less wear than the bad tire. He only charged me $15 installed! He then told me that since they have customers all over the valley, he can match or beat the price of any tire shops in Roanoke or Christiansburg. He seemed knowledgeable about which brands to avoid. He quoted me $80 each installed for new tires when I need them in a few months. I did a quick check online and his price is a good deal.So I'm definitely buying from his shop in a few months. I appreciated his help today.

This shop is insane, if I could give it zero stars I would. Called my boyfriend the N word after we picked up my truck, tire deflated 10 miles down the road. If I wasn't scared for my life I would have went back but I was happy to just get away.

Stopped to put air in my wife's Camry with Michelins on it. Said they don't put air in those kind of tires: cheap with all sorts of pending law suits cause they explode when you put air in them. It's time for someone to retire, because the cars and tires he's used to work on don't exist any more, much less the world he is used to living in. No social skills, much less customer service skills. Not everyone in Floyd is friendly, I guess.
