My son got his vehicle in a ditch in the front yard. I called Bobby s and they responded so fast! They got the vehicle out easily!! I would definitely use them again!! Thank you!!

These guys were awesome. I was parallel parked on a slight incline and the driver got it out- freezing cold and rain too. The driver was super nice and charged me a nominal fee based on what I've paid for towing in the past. Easy, super quick, outstanding service, at a fair price. If you need towing in Staunton these are your guys. Don't even bother calling around, these guys are who you want to do your towing. Two thumbs way up!

After my wife and I were involved in a horrific accident while passing thru Fishersville, Bobby s Towing was called to recover our totaled rental car. We were 5+ hours away from home and upon being discharged from the hospital, we contacted them about attempting to retrieve any remaining belongings that may be in the vehicle. The gentleman was very kind and understanding of our situation and made special arrangements so that we could obtain our property after hours. Thank you so much for making a terrible experience a bit easier for us!

Rude and no follow through. Truck never showed and no one could be bothered to inform me after it was confirmed they had my info. I Called back the following day for an inquiry about the no-show and received a thorough explanation in the form of a "yeah". That's it. "Yeah". Wow. Needless to say, "yeah", I would NOT recommend them!

Took out my drive shaft charged me 300 for 10 miles when I picked up my RV they never put the drive shaft back it after they told me 100$ two days before to tow but never showed an waited for state police to tell to impound it.. seams they rather get over on local people.

Woman on the phone was extremely rude and when I wanted a vehicle towed off my property that belonged to someone else she responded we don t get involved with matters like that, you ll have to call someone else . Will NOT be using them in the future for any type of occurrence where a tow company is needed.

My bus broke down on the side of the road and Bobby's towing service was one of the only places available to help. Real friendly guy, whose name I'm forgetting, came out and got me to a mechanic quickly. Thanks for the help

We use BTS for the trash service at Oak Grove Theater. They are wonderful to work with and have great equipment. Couldn't be happier!
