First time here because I just moved to the area recently. Amazing, friendly, and quick! Needed a inspection and brakes. They were able to do everything within a hour! Really impressed by their work and customer service!

My left rear running light was not working and UHaul would not rent a trailer I had reserved to pull to Florida. They resolved the problem without hesitation and got me on my way. Great job. Thank you.

I have used Sprinkles Garage only for the last year twice. Both visits were not pleasant and they did a great job. I will be using them again soon for other maintenance work and state inspections. Great group of people there!

When my battery died a few miles from their garage, they sent a truck out to jump my battery and then replaced my battery at the garage at a fair price. Did not even consider charging me for the roadside assistance. This isn't even the only time they have rescued me in a similar situation. These folks go the extra mile for their customers and always do great work at a great price.Service: Auto battery replacement

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a garage. I had a very bad experience with another business so decided to let Sprinkels look at my vehicle. Ultimately, it did not need the work that the previous garage had told me. Sprinkels was honest, dependable and very professional. I will be a loyal customer for life. If you need anything done to your vehicle, listen to what I'm saying...trust these people! I dont say that lightly. Thank you Sprinkels for all you do!

In almost 60 years of living I have never felt comfortable going to a car mechanic shop to have my car worked on because I never knew if I was being told the truth and/or ripped off. That ended today when I went to Sprinkel s Garage. Leslie was awesome, knowledgeable and fun and all the mechanics were honest and on their game. I was there a couple hours and as customers came and went all they could say was positive comments. The owner Dustin loves God and his country and stands behind everything they do to your vehicle. This will be my only Garage! Do yourself a favor and make it yours!

I had driven to Roanoke from my home 50 miles away. I got a low tire pressure alert. I stopped at two convenience stores and tried to add air. One tire wouldn t take air and was down to 20 pounds. I stopped at Sprinkels. They were so kind and helpful. They immediately took my car in and got the tires properly inflated. They wouldn t take money. I don t know what I would have done without their help. If I lived in Fincastle, they would get all of my business! Many thanks!Service: Tires

100% trustworthy. They tell it like it is. Fincastle is a small town so any local business relies on the trust of the local community. They live up to it and earn that trust. I took my vehicle to sprinkles a few days ago to drop it off for a battery switch, inspection, and brakes. All they did was a battery cut off switch and rejected my vehicle and the total was 229$.One of the mechanics called and left a voice mail. I called them back and Nate/Nathan told me my vehicle would not pass inspection. When I asked what needed to be done to fix it, he laughed at me and said "everything." He basically told me my car was junk and it wasn't worth the money to fix.When asked for more detail he said your exhaust manifold needed to be repaired, brakes, and ball joints.. I had Sprinkles fix the manifold 6 months ago and they told me it was fixed enough for it to pass inspection. Here we are, and sprinkles won't pass it. The Nate told me "i was not the mechanic that fixed it and im not passing it."I questioned the inspector and asked him to show me physically the things that needed repairs and the he gave excuses and wouldn't show me. They don't have time to show me what my vehicle needs fixed but they can all sit around and smoke cigarettes outside when i went to pick up my vehicle. I have had other opinions on my vehicle and they do not see the same issues this place did. The other opinions told me my vehicle was not in the condition this inspector said it was.Nate the inspector, was a complete a-hole. When I complained to the receptionist I was told the manager would be calling me and I haven't heard a word. I will never recommend sprinkles to anyone. I am not upset over the fact my vehicle did not pass inspection, I am upset that this mechanic would not take his time out to show me what needed to be fixed and the absolute disrespect he showed. He would not show me the repairs because some of the repairs did not exist per other opinions.
