Best people you ever meet, great service and very knowledgeable, Ricky goes out of the way to help everyone he can all the time. Go early cause he is busy all the time. But will get you back on the road.

Then the owner continued to state to publicly say that I have no room to speak because I have not paid a bill. Well now that I have had the money I have called multiple times and no one that I spoke to knew how to find that bill and said I needed to speak to the owner. They never seemed to be able to be organized enough to give him a message that I had called so he could call me when he got in since he was always busy outside of the garage. So the message was not acceptable and either the owner can call me saying he found the long lost bill or when I find time again I will call.

Worst experience I ve ever had with a mechanic. Tried to get a state inspection, and they kept my car for a month without calling me (I had to call them weekly). Walking around the car with a clipboard he announced that I needed new brakes WITHOUT REMOVING THE WHEEL. Gave me an estimate of $91 and I ended up paying $243. I felt that I was taken advantage of. I was not informed of any step in the process and I was surprised to be charged over triple the amount he told me I would have to pay. Wait time was excessive, they were socializing while I was ignored in the waiting room for over 2 hours.

Took it for a repair and he kept it a month without ever calling then said he didn t remember why we even brought it in. He had estimated us a week and then a month went by while my other vehicle broke down and we got no call or correspondence at all while it was locked up for weeks.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

I like because the Verizon was supposed to be in Blue Ridge and they kept Kasperskys' anti-theft bay by pretending GPS was off.Neighbor works there.They butchered the developer options so I could not Id.processes and all the brief attempt to chat with Congressman Don Beyer got was an n expensive Verizon that was Kasperskys project wiped to only say Motorola like F1 s3 was before.
