It was not a pleasant experience as I have had in the past. They left grease on my fender as well as on the interior of the door handle. Grease stains from shoes were left on the side of my carpet. Where your feet don't belong! I was there to have my oil changed. That job was completed, so I think...My oil change light wasn't reset. When I got back into my car, it still indicated I needed to have an oil change.

Had my tires put on fast. Only quip I have is that they didn t match the tire pressures. My 2017 Rogue tells me my exact tire pressures and they were way off kilter. Thankfully a stop at the local sheetz can fix the issue

The staff at the tire center in Farmville Walmart had my 4 new Goodyear tires that I had pre-purchased at the store installed in less than 1.5 hours and texted me when they were done. I had them install 4 new TPMS sensors in the rims during the installation and asked them if they could clear the TPMS light upon completion prior to letting them have the SUV (08 Hyundai Santa Fe). They told me they could successfully clear the light and re-program them to the car. When I picked it up, the TPMS light was illuminated on the dash. I drove it for several minutes and it didn't clear it. I went back to them and they showed very little interest in attempting to clear it and told me they didn't know why it wouldn't turn off and shrugged their shoulders. I'll have to go to another facility to have the sensors reset to the SUV properly to have the TPMS warning light cut off. In summary......their general tire installation and speed was 5 star, but their technical knowledge to reset the TPMS light (that they said could he done) was very disappointing.

I can't even give a review because I haven't been able to get a simple answer to a simple question.....do you have the particular tire I need in stock and if so, how much is it? I called yesterday and they asked if I could call back, they were slammed. I call back over 24 hours later and get the same answer?! THIS IS WAL MART. IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH BUSINESS THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!! It is not like we actually have options in this town, for if we did, you guys would be sitting around doing nothing, and we'd be patronizing another store.

Extremely rude manager. Two hour wait time for an oil change was told 45 min. I had to help an elderly man put a battery in his basket ( I so didn't mind) but the cashier just stood there and watched then huffed under her breath. Get in the car to leave oil all over the interior door, the dash and inside windshield where they put the sticker. Never again

The workers work hard and do a great Job. I was there for an oil change and new wipers. I also bought a new tire. I have bought at least 25 tires from you guys over several years. I lived in Wytheville before moving to Amelia. They didn t have the problems in Wytheville like FarmVille.I am a Pastor and I have owned a business plus managed 8 Pizza Huts as a District manager. I can tell you that this Walmart is always understaffed in the Auto Dept. The phone is ringing and they can t even answer it for being backed up with only one person on the Register. I don t want The workers to get in trouble. Somebody has to change this understaffed part. They also have to ring up multiple people with groceries going out the auto door. Plus they have to let people all in and out. If they get tied up on the phone everybody has to wait. This is a BIG PROBLEM for this store, you guys have to fix this. You are losing customers. I was waiting and watched person after person leave Or went to front registers because there were not enough help at the registers. (They went to front registers) I have seen this several times at this store. Go ahead and call them throughout the day. They can t answer most Times because they are tied up. To me the management needs to address people paying for their groceries at that station. That holds up things. They need another register or tire agent there. Not just anybody can help in that area like at the front registers. They have to have the knowledge of it. I sat there and watched the stress level. They are working as best and as hard as they can. This is not a employee problem this is a management problem. You have to fix this. This is from another management perspective. My observation. You guys are pretty good solving problems yet I have been there over the last 6 months 7 times and it s the same. Short handed. Send in a mystery shopper and see what I am saying is the truth.

Walmart tire center cashiers lie. I went by the other day to ask how much it cost to get 4 tires put on she said $15 a tire amount an balance. I said ok so $60 for everything she said yes. So then I proceeded to tell her then why did my husband just come there an you all charged him $88. Afterwards she then proceeded to say it $15 a tire plus mount an balance which is a separate charge. My whole point is ask questions because they will get over on you.

Poor service. Got there at 8am. Was told there were 5 cars ahead of me for tire service which was fine. Needed a tire patched it had to be done. At 11am they pull the car out of the bay and parked it in the done area. Tech never finished the paperwork or sent it im side. Asked the man inside if the car was finished and he checked and told me that it was still being worked on in the bay. I told him no it wasn't it that I watched him back it out of the bay and it is parked in the back finished lot. He told me the tech was driving it around the building to check for the lug nuts to be tight and see if they needed to be retorqed. I said ok. The man proceeded to go to lunch. Another man was working the counter at this point and after waiting 28 mins. I asked if the car was done and he told me it was being worked on in the bay and again I told he it was not and went through the whole scenario again. So he went into the garage and the tech never finished the paperwork so it wasn't sent inside. The tech had went to lunch. The car was parked in the finished lot area and the tech had taken the key fob on his lunch with him and the car was left unlocked. So after 11:45am, was when I got the key fob back and was able to leave. The techs are just standing around in the bays with cars in them talking laughing and carrying on and not taking their jobs seriously. I rate this experience a 0 out of 5 stars. I will not return to have the car worked on anymore. I will drive the extra miles and go to Hankock Walmart instead. It was just ridiculous.

I've been a customer for 15 years, but this time, I bought a set of Goodyear Viva 3s from them, and while they handle fine on dry roads, I had to take a trip to New York in the rain, and discovered that for some reason, they do not grip a wet highway safely (I had to go 20 or more mph slower than other traffic or risk spinning out).I don't know if the problem is the design of the tire, if these tires are defective, or if they are put on wrong, but Walmart says that because I have driven on the tires, they refuse to do anything about it. I will not be buying from them again

Every worker here is rude as hell. Put my tire on rim and didn t even let me or anyone know just left it sitting there , had to walk up and get it myself . They will literally ignore you , act like you don t exist. Sorry , lazy workers . Gross

I did not get tires here because they did not have my tires in stock and I would have to order them and wait 10 days and I couldn't do that. I had to actually go there to find this out because no one answers the phone ever!
