At Val Collision Center, the level of service was truly exceptional. The staff was professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, going above and beyond in every aspect of their service. I can't say enough good things about VAL Collision Center. Everyone that works there is kind, courteous, and extremely professional. I went to them at the last minute on a weekend, and the entire staff quickly and efficiently made my life easier. The work was of excellent quality, and I can honestly state that it was done very neatly. I have never been so happy with amazing work that has been done to my car! VAL Collision provided great quality repair and customer service. My car s trunk got busted and couldn t shut it down. However, it turned out a new car after they repaired! I was so happy about that. Due to parts shortage, it took 5 months or so but that s not their fault. You gotta be more patient. I really appreciate them, good people!

Phenomenal! I went today for an issue with my bumper on my Jaguar. Jennifer was amazing and was able to help me out. This place is honest! They could have easily took advantage of me and told me to replace the whole bumper but they were able to fix it like new for literally nothing! I highly recommend them for family and friends! It's great to find an honest good body shop. Also their prices are very reasonable! I can't recommend them enough!!! Thank you Jennifer and VAL crew !

Eddie is truly incredible. I have been putting off writing this review because I don t really have the right words to explain how thoughtful, empathetic, and kind Eddie is.I went to him about a year ago for some body work on a door. He was mindful of the timeline on which I needed my car back, and prioritized the work accordingly. I almost don t want to put all the kind (and unnecessary) extra steps Eddie took in this review in case people start just expecting him to go above and beyond, but that was my experience with him. He has fixed my car twice, and knowing my driving track record, I am sure I will be seeing him for a third time soon.It s hard to express how much I appreciate Eddie s help with something as stressful as car issues. I will never go anywhere else, and I am so grateful that the dealership recommended him.

I have worked with Val twice for one of my cars, and I have to say that I understand why the Volvo and Land Rover dealerships work with them. They make sure to properly blend/match the color of everything to your car, and they take their time to get all the small details right. If you want the best quality of body work, please consider Val. Like previous reviewers have mentioned, Eddy, Jennifer, and everyone in the shop are very nice and understanding. Just please don't be rude to them, if it is taking a while for your car to be ready, it's because of the supply chain issues, not the shop neglecting their duties.

Val was dishonest and workmanship was poor. Fixed my car, called said it was ready to pickup, upon arrival was told it wasn t ready, numerous excuses. Was told to come back the next day, which is when I discovered the real reason it wasn t ready, they had an accident in their parking lot the previous day, rather than state that and offer a time to fix, they attempted to cover it up with touch up paint. When confronted they offered to fix and stated that their paint job had a lifetime warranty. Took car off property and discovered everything they painted had paint bubbles, caused by poor workmanship. Since initial posting, Val compensated me for repair of their damage to my vehicles front bumper cover, but refuse to acknowledge their poor workmanship.

Eddie and his staff were such a pleasure to work with. I went in very last minute to see if they could put a new cover on my antenna as mine somehow went missing. Not only were they able to fix this issue but while doing so they noticed a water leak through my roof and fixed it at the same time. My car was in immaculate condition when I picked it up. Thank you to the VAL Collision Center team!

I had a tree branch spear through the rear windshield of my new car. I hadn't had the thing for 2 months, it was brand new, so I was obviously a little bummed. Eddie found the glass and had it completely fixed in 2 days -- like it never happened. He also found the glass for cheaper than he'd quoted and saved me almost a $1000 from the original quote. I never would have known the difference but he was straight up and passed the savings on to me. He also buffed out a couple scratches on the paint and detailed the car at no additional charge. I could not be happier with the work, and highly recommend Eddie and his crew -- outstanding, honest work, truly a pleasure!

Pros: Outcome looked really great and price seemed reasonable.Con: Communication. Car took over a month, likely part issue out of Collision Center control. However, in the 4+ weeks without the car, I called three times for an update and was told someone would call me back within 24 hours, didn't happen. Three times I was told they spoke to parts place and it would arrive on a certain day, it didn't. Three times I asked to speak to the manager (twice over phone, once in person) and he never called. Finally, when car was ready, I went to pick it up and it wasn't there as it had been moved to other location - note that you sign permission for this when you drop off the car.What matters most when you are choosing a place are the pros above. But the cons were frustrating.

DON'T SIGN VAL'S POWER OF ATTORNEY!!!! This is one of the biggest blunders we ever did. That form is also the authorization form. Once you sign, you are stuck with them, and you have no recourse. Even when they don't provide status and it takes months of inaction. It took CLOSE TO ONE YEAR(!!!) to get our vehicle repaired, for only a minor fender bender. The office and CEO were non-responsive. Even the insurance person said this place is awful to deal with. Most likely Mr Flores will counter below and give the excuse that parts are scarce and he is stuck waiting on them. Don't believe it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My first time using this auto repair shop. Very. Pleasantly. Surprised.I will give Val Collision Center another opportunity to continue to wow me.The manager himself replaced my broken driver's side mirror (see the photos). On. A. Saturday.Definitely doing business with them again when I need to.

VAL Collision & Eddie are the absolute best! These folks really understand cars and educate their clients on what is needed to regain that pristine car. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and they actually keep you updated as parts come in and they can start their work. I ve never had a positive experience with auto repair until I came here last year. VAL worked directly with my insurance company seamlessly eliminating the annoyance of the client being the middleman between insurance and body shop. I was in a major accident where there was extensive driver's side damage but the insurance company would not total the car. I called around to a few places but nobody would store the car on-site until parts could be obtained. Being shortly after the pandemic parts were hard to obtain. Eddie allowed me to bring my vehicle over immediately. They fixed the car to look like new. Eddie and staff are hardworking and friendly. Highly recommend

I arrived with a loose bumper part that needed to be re-connected to the frame of the car. They looked at it and then fixed it on the spot. Since it only took them 15 minutes, then did not even charge me. Who does that these days? This is a customer friendly, honest and honorable business. I love this place! They have fixed my Lexus when it got hit on the side and when a deer jumped in front of it. Both times it was like it never happened good. It takes a minute but the quality is top notch! Thanks Eddie!

Eddie and team did an amazing job fixing my rear bumper at a great price, you can't even tell there was ever anything wrong with it. They did not take care of my car. They added what looks like a key mark on the back of the car, dirt in the back seat (they did not need to even be back there), dirt in the front seat and drivers side door, and severely bent my license plate. Fortunately I was able to bend it back to almost normal. I believe they may have cone this because I complained about the price, it was 1/3 the total of the estimate. They were not happy with me complaining about the price increase. While the did give me a slight discount, they still messed with my car, it is only two years old.

Professional, prompt and excellent work!!My wife's Range Rover was scratched on the back driver side door, I thought it was below the clear coat. I called Val Collision as they are the body shop for Alexandria Land Rover. The receptionist scheduled me for the same day. As I arrived Eddie came out and examined the scratch, within less than 10 minutes he had the car in the shop and repaired!! It seemed like they dropped everything to help me out and get me on my way, total professional and detailed service! Needless to say they have made a customer for life! Eddie, the owner and estimator of the shop, is the nicest person on the planet. He jokes that he looks scary but it becomes evident once you converse with him that he is super easy-going and understanding. He treats his employees well and you can tell that they all embrace him. Everyone in the shop just genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of their repair work.Having a car that requires extensive body repair due to multiple accidents in the past, I found myself in an unfortunate situation that I had to pay the repair cost out of pocket. When Eddie quoted a price for all the necessary repairs, including replacing two doors and a side mirror, I didn't want to do it because the value of my car isn't worth that much of an investment. Empathized with my situation, Eddie agreed to offer a deep discount by prioritizing the repairs that mattered most to me. He thought he could just replace one door and have his guys fix the other.However, when the work began Eddie discovered that the damaged door couldn't be fixed to the point that the side mirror would be properly positioned. Yet he remained true to the promise he made to repair both doors and the side mirror. Instead of charging me more, he chose to absorb the cost of the second door himself, resulting in a financial loss for him. What he gained is future business from me and my referrals. My car looks amazing now as I am typing this review. Thank you so much Eddie.

My vehicle was towed here for minor repairs in September 2023 and I am still awaiting completion in January 2024. After multiple phone calls seeking updates on the status of repairs, during which the person who answered the calls was unable to confirm the status with their manager, I am still awaiting a response. If you are seeking timely repairs and professional communications, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

They did fantastic work and fixed my car beautifully. I wish they were more transparent about the status of my car when they pass their own deadlines. Hopefully I will never have to go back, but if I do they will be my first choice.

They did an absolutely amazing job at an amazing price! My Acura RDX's right rear light and the parts surrounding it got damaged. You will not waste time over there. They not only fixed the car on time but also did an entire interior cleaning of the car, trunk, and under the hood! Absolutely amazing service. I highly recommend this body shop.

Found VAL on the referral of a friend and have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work. Unfortunately, have had multiple vehicles hit by other drivers and Eddie and his team have done a great job with all of them. They made the process as painless as it could have been given supply chain issues these last few years. I came to Val Collision center to see if they could touch up paint chips on the hood of my car (I purchased my car used and it had a lot of wear and tear). Eddie was fantastic and more than willing to help. He listened to my concerns, and was very attentive to all the areas that I needed painted. He offered two solutions $1500 to repaint the whole hood or to touch up the chips with touch up paint. Not only did his team touch up all the problem areas, he even gave me the touch up paint and it was all done for FREE! He said don t worry about it, I ll do it at no cost! I am incredibly grateful and glad that I chose this auto body shop! Thanks again Eddie! Also, the woman at the front desk (Lucero) was very kind and customer service oriented. She was keeping me updated and offering refreshments! Highly recommend!Service: Paint repair

Very poor service...I had my car repainted and there was damage to the seals which they promised to fix....2 months later I'm still waiting to get it fixed...been told cannot find a part. Not ordered part...owner was away so can not purchase till he comes back....every excuse in the book.... highly recommend to avoid and find someine else
